对建国后青年价值观教育的理性审视

建国后,我国在青年价值观教育方面取得了一定的成绩,积累了一些经验,但也存在一定程度的不足:注重坚持“一元”导向,但忽视了教育的层次性;注重紧密结合社会发展实际,但抑制了青年的个性发展;注重研究、照顾青年的特点,但存在对青年评价简单化的倾向;注重坚持相关理论知识的灌输,但忽视能力的培养;注重发挥先进典型的教育作用,但缺乏相应的制度保障;注重引导青年参加社会实践,但忽视青年主体性的发挥;重视学校、社会和家庭的配合,但未能切实形成教育合力。     

Evaluation of a University‐Based Mentoring Program: Mentors’ Perspectives on a Service‐Learning Experience

Researchers in the educational field have investigated how a caring adult can best provide mentoring support to youth placed at risk and what functions a mentoring program should serve to promote healthy mentoring relationships. However, the perspective of mentors rarely has been sought to elicit their evaluation of a mentoring program or recommendations for programmatic change. The purpose of this article was to investigate the views of university students serving as mentors in high‐need high schools or community centers. We asked 49 students, primarily undergraduates across a range of liberal arts disciplines, who were participating in a university‐based service‐learning mentoring program for youth attending high‐poverty high schools: (a) what activities they engaged in with mentees, (b) how they benefited from the mentoring program, and (c) how they perceived the program and what recommendations they had for change. Findings revealed specific suggestions that mentoring program coordinators can adopt to address mentors’ concerns and promote sustained, durable mentoring relationships for youth.     

网络时代的青少年思想教育

网络的发展对青少年思想和人格造成了负面影响，网络时代对青少年进行思想教育工作应从教育对象、教育主体、教育内容、教育方法和教育的外部环境等方面来考虑解决方法。     

基于整体性治理的我国青少年体育公共服务体系研究

体育强国战略背景下探究如何健全青少年体育公共服务体系,对于消弭青少年体育在整个体育事业、教育事业中的落差,改革和加强青少年体育工作具有重要意义。研究发现,我国青少年体育公共服务体系在完善制度、巩固基础、培育组织、开展活动、深化改革等方面取得长足发展,但是也还仍面临着区隔化、分散化和碎片化的瓶颈制约。依循整体性治理的学理逻辑,从跨政府部门整合、跨场域整合、跨公私领域整合的三维进路,实现青少年体育公共服务体系治理功能的整合、治理层级的整合和治理深度的整合,为构建体育部门与教育部门相结合,家庭、学校、社区体育相结合,政府与社会力量相结合的共建共治共享的青少年体育公共服务体系提供对策建议,致力于为青少年提供无缝隙的、整体性的体育公共服务。     

社会变革期青年存在方式的思考与对策

社会变革促进了当代青年生存方式的变化,呈现出许多新的特点。针对这些特点,教育工作者要以良好的精神状态激励青年,培养青年的主动进取精神;以全面提高青年能力水平的发展,通过各种措施聚拢青年"能"源;以准确到位的思想工作保护青年,不断降低青年成长中的挫折成本;以科学的思想武装青年,为青年提供必要的价值标准和判断依据。     

青年教师培养工作的思考与研究

加强高校青年教师培养教育是高校师资队伍建设的重中之重。所以需要加强他们的思想道德教育,树立以人为本的理念,培养青年教师,并努力提高青年教师的教学水平。     

Childhood Physical Fitness and Performance as Predictors of High School Sport Participation

ABSTRACT

Participation in youth sport is positively associated with physical fitness and performance. The purpose of the current study was to examine if physical fitness measures during childhood and early adolescence predicted high school sport participation. Participants included youth in the Michigan State University Motor Performance Study. Measures consisted of the endurance shuttle run, Wells sit-and-reach, jump and reach, standing long jump, agility shuttle run and 30-yard dash. Individual, generalized estimating equation models were used to estimate the association between each measure and the odds of participating in high school sport. For both sexes, the endurance shuttle run and agility shuttle run were related to sport participation. For boys only, the long jump and 30-yard dash were also associated with sport participation. Better physical fitness and performance across several dimensions in childhood, including those related to motor skills, enhanced the likelihood of sport participation in high school.     

论列宁的青年教育思想及其现实启示--基于《青年团的任务》

列宁高度重视青年教育,在《青年团的任务》中,列宁从理论和实践两个向度阐述了青年教育的重大意义、教育内容和教育策略,这些思想对我国的青年教育事业具有深刻的现实启示。新的时代条件下,推进我国青年教育事业的发展,就要推动青年教育服务于中华民族伟大复兴、加强对青年的全面教育、拓宽青年教育的教育路径。     

湘西州青年学生ABO血型分布的抽样调查

为了解湘西地区土家族、苗族、汉族 (以下简称土家、苗、汉 )青年学生ABO血型分布情况。采用整群抽样法 ,抽取吉首地区几所中专学校青年学生进行ABO血型鉴定。结果发现 :土家、苗、汉学生之间的ABO血型分布无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。但与该地区 1984年的调查结果相比有差异性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,说明该地区土家、苗、汉的混杂程度增大 ,婚配隔离状态逐步解除 ,土家、苗不断汉化。
