利用扫描电镜电子通道衬度(SEM-ECC)技术观察研究了[4 18 41]单滑移取向铜单晶体在不同塑性应变幅下的疲劳饱和位错结构及其在不同温度等时退火条件下的热稳定性. 结果表明, 在退火温度为300 °C时, 疲劳位错结构(如脉络结构、驻留滑移带PSB楼梯结构、PSB胞结构和迷宫结构等)均发生了明显回复. 当退火温度高于500 °C, 上述这些疲劳位错结构基本消失, 均发生了明显的再结晶现象, 并大都伴随有退火孪晶的形成. 分析认为, 再结晶的发生和退火孪晶的出现不仅与退火温度和外加塑性应变幅有关, 还与累积循环塑性应变量有着密切的关系.  相似文献

采用密度泛函计算方法,研究了二维单层硅Si6H4Ph2的稳定性及其电子结构.通过对纯硅纳米片Si6、加氢钝化的硅纳米片Si6H6以及添加苯基钝化的硅纳米片Si6H4Ph2对比研究,揭示了Si6H4Ph2的稳定性机理.通过电子结构研究,发现Si6H4Ph2与Si6H6类似,显示间接带隙半导体性质.  相似文献

采用有限元数值模拟方法,以响应面模型RSM(Response surface model)理论为基础对大型粮仓冬、夏两季的温度分布进行了深入分析,推导了粮仓温度反演数学模型。将采集的温度值导入RSM模型中,并结合单因素轮换法、正交实验和统计方法,通过构造一个具有明确表达形式的多项式来预测粮仓温度分布反演数学模型。在数学模型的基础上给出各因子交互作用下的设计空间、各因素对粮温影响的主效应及交互效应。实验证明该数学模型误差小,精度高,具有良好的计算性能,在大型粮仓温度监控系统中采用该模型能够解决布线少、预测空间范围广的问题。  相似文献

为了克服Kemp型弹光调制器调制效率低、加工工艺困难及体积大等缺点,提出了采用铌酸锂(LiNbO3)晶体压电弹光双效应的单晶体弹光调制器的设计思想;根据压电振动理论和晶体光学原理,分析了晶体各物理量随空间变换的特性,推导了调制电压相位差振幅之间的关系,并对晶体切型和通光方向进行了优化,所设计的晶体尺寸为41 mm×7.7 mm×17.1 mm(x×y×z),切割角为0°(x切),通光方向z轴(光轴),通过在x-z面施加与晶体谐振基频一致的周期性电压,产生沿x方向,频率为73.71 kHz的伸缩振动, 最后通过实验对所设计单晶体弹光调制器进行了验证;实验结果表明,对633 nm激光进行半波调制时,该弹光调制器所需调制电压为1.6 V;与基于钽酸锂(LiTaO3)且未进行切型优化的单晶体弹光调制器相比,调制电压下降了约4倍。  相似文献

提出了一种利用两个正交一维物体构成"T"型靶标进行摄像机标定的新方法。该方法只需对"T"型靶标上已知坐标的5点投影一幅图像,然后根据柔性靶标原理计算出由虚点和标记点组成的共直线的4点,由射影变换同素性、接合性以及交比不变性标定出镜头的一阶径向畸变参数。利用已知畸变参数对图像进行畸变校正,然后由基于两个正交一维物体坐标变换的方法即可标定出相机的内外参数。该方法线性求解镜头畸变参数,避免了传统方法非线性迭代优化过程中产生的参数耦合现象。实验表明,不进行镜头畸变校正则相机标定精度随着图像噪声的增加呈不稳定状态;进行畸变校正后对简单标定计算的初始值进行优化得到稳定的高精度标定结果。整个实验设备简单,操作方便,只需一幅图像即可实现镜头畸变和相机内外参数的标定,可以达到实时的效果。  相似文献

Unlike electronics, which is based on the freedom of the charge of an electron whose memory is volatile, spintronics is based on the freedom of the charge, spin, and orbital of an electron whose memory is non‐volatile. Although in most GMR, TMR, and CMR systems, bulk or classical magnets that are composed of transition metals are used, this Focus Review considers the growing use of single‐molecule magnets (SMMs) that are composed of multinuclear metal complexes and nanosized magnets, which exhibit slow magnetic‐relaxation processes and quantum tunneling. Molecular spintronics, which combines spintronics and molecular electronics, is an emerging field of research. Using molecules is advantageous because their electronic and magnetic properties can be manipulated under specific conditions. Herein, recent developments in [LnPc]‐based multiple‐decker SMMs on surfaces for molecular spintronic devices are presented. First, we discuss the strategies for preparing single‐molecular‐memory devices by using SMMs. Next, we focus on the switching of the Kondo signal of [LnPc]‐based multiple‐decker SMMs that are adsorbed onto surfaces, their characterization by using STM and STS, and the relationship between the molecular structure, the electronic structure, and the Kondo resonance of [TbPc2]. Finally, the field‐effect‐transistor (FET) properties of surface‐adsorbed [LnPc2] and [Ln2Pc3] cast films are reported, which is the first step towards controlling SMMs through their spins for applications in single‐molecular memory and spintronics devices.  相似文献

The present feature article highlights the preparation of polymeric nanoparticles and initial attempts towards mimicking the structure of natural biomacromolecules by single chain folding of well‐defined linear polymers through covalent and non‐covalent interactions. Initially, the discussion focuses on the synthesis and characterization of single chain self‐folded structures by non‐covalent interactions. The second part of the article summarizes the folding of single chain polymers by means of covalent interactions into nanoparticle systems. The current state of the art in the field of single chain folding indicates that covalent‐bond‐driven nanoparticle preparation is well advanced, while the first encouraging steps towards building reversible single chain folding systems by the use of mutually orthogonal hydrogen‐bonding motifs have been made.  相似文献

Abstract

Contents of the colored cells (alkaloidal cells1) found in Macleaya cordata root and Sanguinaria canadensis rhizome were analysed quantitatively by histochemical chromatography (HC) with the help of newly modified automated micromanipulator.

These were found to have 4 alkaloids viz protopine type protopine(1) and allocryptopine(2) and benzo- [c]phenanthridine type (sanguinarine(3) and cheleryth-rine(4)) in both the plants. Quantitatively the pro-topine alkaloids were 10-40 ng per cell while the benzo-[c]phenanthridines (as chlorides) were only 1-6 ng per cell in M. cordata root. However, in S. canadensis rhizome the relative quantities of the 4 alkaloids (1), (2), (3) and (4) were found to be 10, 13, 137 and 68 ng per cell respectively.  相似文献

A comparison of the temperature dependence of the P-hit single event transient (SET) in a two-transistor (2T) inverter with that in a three-transistor (3T) inverter is carried out based on a three-dimensional numerical simulation.Due to the significantly distinct mechanisms of the single event change collection in the 2T and the 3T inverters,the temperature plays different roles in the SET production and propagation.The SET pulse will be significantly broadened in the 2T inverter chain while will be compressed in the 3T inverter chain as temperature increases.The investigation provides a new insight into the SET mitigation under the extreme environment,where both the high temperature and the single event effects should be considered.The 3T inverter layout structure (or similar layout structures) will be a better solution for spaceborne integrated circuit design for extreme environments.  相似文献

A multi-hole vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser(VCSEL) operating in stable single mode with a low threshold current was produced by introducing multi-leaf scallop holes on the top distributed Bragg-reflector of an oxidationconfined 850 nm VCSEL.The single-mode output power of 2.6 mW,threshold current of 0.6 mA,full width of half maximum lasing spectrum of less than 0.1 nm,side mode suppression ratio of 28.4 dB,and far-field divergence angle of about 10 are obtained.The effects of different hole depths on the optical characteristics are simulated and analysed,including far-field divergence,spectrum and lateral cavity mode.The single-mode performance of this multi-hole device is attributed to the large radiation loss from the inter-hole spacing and the scattering loss at the bottom of the holes,particularly for higher order modes.  相似文献
