为了更有效地测量用于上海同步辐射光源波荡器的积分场误差,在已有的伸展线磁测系统的基础上研制了一套翻转线圈磁测系统,该系统的运动控制、数据采集和数据分析处理均可自动完成。在利用这套磁测系统测量3.4×10-6 T·m磁场积分时获得高于1×10-6 T·m的测量精度,初步的实验结果表明这套波荡器积分磁场测量系统具有测量精度好、速度快的特点,与已有的伸展线磁测系统、平移线圈磁测系统和霍尔点测系统相比,它更适合于测量波荡器的一、二次场积分和多极场分量。 相似文献

This work aims to develop novel composites from a poly(L ‐lactide‐co‐trimethylene carbonate‐co‐glycolide) (PLTG) terpolymer and mesoporous silica (SBA‐15) nanofillers surface modified by post‐synthetic functionalization. SBA‐15 first reacts with a silane coupling agent, γ‐aminopropyl‐trimethoxysilane to introduce ammonium group. PLLA chains were then grafted on the surface of SBA‐15 through ammonium initiated ring‐opening polymerization of L ‐lactide. Composites were prepared via solution mixing of PLTG terpolymer and surface modified SBA‐15. The structures and properties of pure SBA‐15, γ‐aminopropyl‐trimethoxysilane modified SBA‐15 (H2N‐SBA‐15), PLLA modified SBA‐15 (PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15), and PLTG/PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15 composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, N2 adsorption‐desorption, differential scanning calorimetry, contact angle measurement, and mechanical testing. The results demonstrated that PLLA chains were successfully grafted onto the surface of SBA‐15 with grafting amounts up to 16 wt.%. The PLTG/PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15 composites exhibit good mechanical properties. The tensile strength, Young's modulus, and elongation at break of the composite containing 5 wt.% of PLLA‐NH‐SBA‐15 were 39.9 MPa, 1.3 GPa, and 273.6%, respectively, which were all higher than those of neat PLTG or of the composite containing 5 wt.% of pure SBA‐15. Cytocompatibility tests showed that the composites present very low cytotoxicity. 相似文献

Abdominal wall defect caused by surgical trauma, congenital rupture, or tumor resection may result in hernia formation or even death. Tension-free abdominal wall defect repair by using patches is the gold standard to solve such problems. However, adhesions following patch implantation remain one of the most challenging issues in surgical practice. The development of new kinds of barriers is key to addressing peritoneal adhesions and repairing abdominal wall defects. It is already well recognized that ideal barrier materials need to have good resistance to nonspecific protein adsorption, cell adhesion, and bacterial colonization for preventing the initial development of adhesion. Herein, electrospun poly(4-hydroxybutyrate) (P4HB) membranes infused with perfluorocarbon oil are used as physical barriers. The oil-infused P4HB membranes can greatly prevent protein attachment and reduce blood cell adhesion in vitro. It is further shown that the perfluorocarbon oil-infused P4HB membranes can reduce bacterial colonization. The in vivo study reveals that perfluoro(decahydronaphthalene)-infused P4HB membranes can significantly prevent peritoneal adhesions in the classic abdominal wall defects’ model and accelerate defect repair, as evidenced by gross examination and histological evaluation. This work provides a safe fluorinated lubricant-impregnated P4HB physical barrier to inhibit the formation of postoperative peritoneal adhesions and efficiently repair soft-tissue defects. 相似文献

为满足高功率激光装置对终端光学系统的改进要求,控制3ω光路透射元件厚度以降低激光损伤风险,避免3ω非对称聚焦与色分离元件对靶场调靶产生不利影响,本文利用非共线相位匹配原理讨论了KDP晶体Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类两种和频产生351 nm(3ω)激光及其远场色分离过程.模拟结果表明,室温20?C环境中除目前常用的共线和频外,1053 nm(ω)与526.5 nm(2ω)激光可选择Ⅰ类或Ⅱ类两种非共线和频方式实现高效3ω激光输出并在激光远场实现色分离,且具有足够的高效转换失谐角容宽.计算表明,与Ⅰ类和频类似,Ⅱ类和频也存在一个非临界相位匹配过程,其匹配方向约为θ(3ω)=86.53?.可通过增加晶体厚度克服其有效非线性系数较低的缺点,实现3ω高效输出,失谐角容宽可达±20 mrad.为满足靶场需要,解决非共线角容宽苛刻带来的调节不便,并进一步使光路紧凑,将楔角为12?的熔石英楔板置于倍频晶体之后,ω与2ω激光在熔石英楔板后表面可产生约3.5 mrad分离角.经非共线和频,使用薄透镜即可实现聚焦及色分离.该方案完全满足终端光学系统的改进要求,可作为可靠的备选方案之一. 相似文献

What is damaged cannot always be readily repaired. This is observed for particular areas in the genome (mutation hot spots), which are repaired with low efficiency. DNA–DNA duplexes that exist in the B-conformation are repaired relatively efficiently by photolyases. DNA–RNA duplexes, which prefer an A-type conformation are only moderately destabilized by DNA photolesions and are slowly repaired. This suggests that the DNA conformation modulates the necessary “flipping” process for the repair of DNA lesions. 相似文献

DNA damage repair through the nucleotide excision repair (NER) pathway is one of the major reasons for the decreased antitumor efficacy of platinum‐based anticancer drugs that have been widely applied in the clinic. Inhibiting the intrinsic NER function may enhance the antitumor activity of cisplatin and conquer cisplatin resistance. Herein, we report the design, optimization, and application of a self‐assembled lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system to simultaneously deliver a cisplatin prodrug together with siRNA targeting endonuclease xeroderma pigmentosum group F (XPF), a crucial component in the NER pathway. The LNP is able to efficiently encapsulate both the platinum prodrug and siRNA molecules with a tuned ratio. Both platinum prodrug and XPF‐targeted siRNA are efficiently carried into cells and released; the former damages DNA and the latter specifically downregulates both mRNA and protein levels of XPF to potentiate the platinum drug, leading to enhanced expression levels of apoptosis markers and improved cytotoxicity in both cisplatin‐sensitive and ‐resistant human lung cancer cells. Our results demonstrate an effective approach to utilize a multi‐targeted nanoparticle system that can specifically silence an NER‐related gene to promote apoptosis induced by cisplatin, especially in cisplatin‐refractory tumors. 相似文献
