The quasi-particle approximation for the 4p4d state of the metallic elements around Cd breaks down because of very rapid 4p4d–4d3 super Coster–Kroning (sCK) decay of the 4p hole in the presence of the spectator 4d hole. Here the underbar is a hole. As a result, the 4p4d multiplet coupling breaks down. We can examine the presence or absence of the 4p4d multiplet by Auger-electron sCK-electron coincidence spectroscopy measurement of the 3d–4p4d–4d3 Auger-preceded sCK transitions. We collect the sCK-electrons in coincidence with the Auger-electrons of a selected kinetic energy (KE) and vice versa. If the multiplet coupling breaks down and does not exist, the coincidence sCK-electron (or Auger-electron) lines shift as much as the Auger-electron (or sCK-electron) analyzer's selected KE is varied. We can determine not only the three 4d-hole sCK final-state energy but also the presence or absence of the 4p4d multiplet by Auger-electron sCK-electron coincidence spectroscopy. The unique capability of the coincidence measurement by which one can determine the correlation between an Auger-electron and a sCK electron generated, respectively, by creation and annihilation of the same Auger two-hole final state is very useful, even when the quasi-particle approximation of the two-hole state breaks down. 相似文献

The perovskite-type ceramic La0.7Ca0.3MnO3−δ was prepared by the solid-state reaction with 0.00?δ?0.15. X-ray diffraction, electrical and magnetic measurements were performed to examine the effect of the B-site size on the properties of these materials. We have found that the structure is orthorhombic for 0.00?δ?0.075 and becomes rhombohedral for 0.10?δ?0.15. The measurements of the magnetization as a function of the temperature, M(T), shows a ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition at the Curie temperature TC for δ=0.00. When increasing δ, these curves report the presence of two types of transitions. The first one is from the ferromagnetic to the antiferromagnetic state, indicating the existence of a charge-ordering state (TCO). The second antiferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition occurs at the Neel temperature TN. The temperature dependence of the resistivity ρ(T), indicates a metallic behaviour at low temperature (T<Tp) and a semiconductor behaviour at high temperature (T>Tp) for δ=0.00. For 0.05?δ?0.10, the ρ(T) curves shows a semiconductor behaviour revealing the disappearance of the metallic state which reappear at low temperature for δ=0.125 and 0.150. 相似文献

Magnetic nanocomposites can be controlled and tailored to provide the desired mechanical, physical, chemical, and biomedical properties depending on the final applications. The coating of ferrite nanoparticles with polymers affords the possibility of minimizing agglomeration in large-scale commercial synthesis of nanocomposite materials. The process of coating not only provides effective encapsulation of individual nanoparticles, but also controls the growth in size, thus, yielding a better overall size distribution. In this paper, in-situ polymerization of aniline was carried out in different concentration of the ferrofluid with the aim to obtain agglomerate free nanocomposites. The role of the ferrite concentration was investigated by the spectral, morphological, conductivity, and magnetic properties of Fe3O4/polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites. XRD revealed the presence of spinel phase of Fe3O4 and the particle size was calculated to be 14.3 nm. Spectral analysis confirmed the formation of PANI encapsulated Fe3O4 nanocomposite. Conductivity of the nanocomposites was found to be in the range of 0.001–0.003 S/cm. Higher saturation magnetization of 3.2 emu/g was observed at 300 K, revealing a super paramagnetic behavior of this nanocomposite. 相似文献

The structures of the novel super forward error correction (Super-FEC) code type based on the concatenated code for high-speed long-haul optical communication systems are studied in this paper. The Reed-Solomon (RS) (255, 239) + Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocguenghem (BCH) (1023, 963) concatenated code is presented after the characteristics of the concatenated code and the two Super-FEC code type presented in ITU-T G.975.1 have theoretically been analyzed, the simulation result shows that this novel code type, compared with the RS (255, 239) + convolutional-self-orthogonal-code (CSOC) (k0/n0 = 6/7, J = 8) code in ITU-T G.975.1, has a lower redundancy and better error-correction capabilities, and its net coding gain (NCG) at the third iteration is 0.57 dB more than that of RS (255, 239) + CSOC (k0/n0 = 6/7, J = 8) code in ITU-T G.975.1 at the third iteration for the bit error rate (BER) of 10−12. Therefore, the novel code type can better be used in long-haul, larger capacity and higher bit-rate optical communication systems. Furthermore, the design and implementation of the novel concatenated code type are also discussed. 相似文献

This note shows that the second derivative of the value function exists (across a stopping threshold, short “super contact”)
if reversibly stopping and entering involves no cost, called “switching”. This holds for discrete (real option) as well as
for continuous stochastic control problems and proves particularly suitable in real option set ups since it provides the lacking
boundary condition. However, super contact does not hold in dynamic games. A simple example documents the applicability of
this condition.

In this paper we describe an analytic method able to give the multiplication table(s) of the set(s) involved in an S‐expansion process (with either resonance or 0S‐resonant‐reduction) for reaching a target Lie (super)algebra from a starting one, after having properly chosen the partitions over subspaces of the considered (super)algebras. This analytic method gives us a simple set of expressions to find the subset decomposition of the set(s) involved in the process. Then, we use the information coming from both the initial (super)algebra and the target one for reaching the multiplication table(s) of the mentioned set(s). Finally, we check associativity with an auxiliary computational algorithm, in order to understand whether the obtained set(s) can describe semigroup(s) or just abelian set(s) connecting two (super)algebras. We also give some interesting examples of application, which check and corroborate our analytic procedure and also generalize some result already presented in the literature. 相似文献

Through the reaction of Super Hydride (LiBEt3H) with 6-phenyl-substituted fulvenes followed by transmetallation to TiCl4 ten novel benzyl-substituted titanocene dichloride derivatives were synthesised. 6(4-morpholinomethyl-phenyl) fulvene (6g) and (bis-[(4-methoxymethyl-benzyl)cyclopentadienyl]titanium(IV) dichloride) (8a) were characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction. All of the titanocenes had their cytotoxicity investigated through preliminary in vitro testing on the LLC-PK (pig kidney epithelial) cell line and CAKI-1 human kidney cell human carcinoma cell line in an MTT based assay in order to determine their IC50 values. The titanocenes synthesised were found to have IC50 values ranging from 2.3 (±0.3) μM (comparable to cisplatin) to others which show no anti-proliferative activity on this cell line in standard DMSO formulations on LLC-PK cell line. Eight of the titanocenes were found to be completely water-soluble and had IC50 values of 6.5 (±0.7) μM to no activity when using medium only for formulation. On the CAKI-1 cell line, IC50 values of 7.8 (±1.4) μM to no activity were found using DMSO formulation, while IC50 values of 0.55 (±0.32) μM to no activity were measured using just medium as the formulation reagent. Some of the titanocenes show significant cytotoxicity improvement when compared directly to the lead compound Titanocene Y (bis-[(p-methoxybenzyl)cyclopentadienyl] titanium(IV) dichloride) and are more cytotoxic than cisplatin. Bis-[(4-diethylaminomethyl-benzyl)cyclopentadienyl]titanium(IV) dichloride (8d) at this preliminary stage seems to be the most promising of the ten compounds prepared and exhibits nanomolar activity against CAKI-1. 相似文献

在超重力条件下电沉积NiW合金镀层,考察了超重力对NiW合金电沉积过程(各元素分电流、W含量和槽电压等)的影响规律;并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、Tafel技术和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术研究了电沉积NiW合金镀层的表面形貌和在NaOH溶液中的抗腐蚀性能,同时通过浸泡实验考察了镀层的稳定性.结果发现,与常重力条件电沉积的NiW合金相比,超重力场电沉积的NiW合金中W含量增加,镀层表面无微裂纹产生;在10%(w)NaOH溶液中镀层自腐蚀电位正移,自腐蚀电流密度减小,腐蚀电阻也由常重力(重力系数G=1)时的865Ω·cm2增大至超重力(G=256)时的2305Ω·cm2;在10%NaOH溶液中浸泡144h后,超重力场电沉积的NiW合金表面无破碎和起皮现象发生.超重力技术在NiW合金电沉积过程中的应用,使镀层的耐碱腐蚀性能得到改善. 相似文献

By using the semi-analytic approach introduced earlier, we formulate and subsequently evaluate the irradiance fluctuations of partially coherent super Lorentz Gaussian beams for orders of 10 and 11. Within the range of examined source and propagation conditions, our calculations show that there will be less fluctuations at short propagation distances as the Lorentzian property is increased. But the reverse will be applicable, if the longer propagation distances are considered. The use of focusing will cause reductions, particularly for beams with increased Lorentzian property. 相似文献
