以正常培养和油酸诱导培养的人肝癌细胞系(human hepatocellular liver carcinoma cell line,Hep G2)细胞为模型,通过测定普洱茶茶色素对Hep G2细胞内甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)和总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)含量,细胞中脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)、固醇调节元件结合蛋白1c(sterol regulatory element binding protein 1c,SREBP-1c)、三磷酸腺苷结合转运子A1(ATP binding cassette transporter A1,ABCA1)、胆固醇7α-羟化酶(cholesterol 7α-hydroxylase,CYP7A1)的转录水平,磷酸化腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(phospho-AMPactivated protein kinase,p-AMPK)的蛋白表达水平研究普洱茶茶色素的减肥降脂作用机制。结果显示,普洱茶茶色素能明显降低油酸诱导的Hep G2细胞模型中TG和TC含量,作用程度依赖于普洱茶的作用质量浓度。但对正常培养的Hep G2的TG、TC作用影响不显著。经过普洱茶茶色素作用油酸诱导Hep G2细胞24 h后,能显著下调细胞的FAS和SREBP-1c的m RNA表达水平(P0.05),显著上调ABCA1的转录水平(P0.05),且使CYP7A1的转录水平呈上升趋势,并显著上调p-AMPK蛋白的表达量(P0.05)。因此,普洱茶茶色素可通过调控上述调控因子和酶的表达而改善油酸诱导下Hep G2细胞的脂质代谢水平。  相似文献

Poly(acryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride) (PAOTAC), in which cationic groups were connected with the polymer skeleton through ester bonds, was applied in the salt‐free reactive dyeing of cotton with the aim of achieving good dyeing properties. Exhaust and exhaust–pad–steam dyeing procedures were used with the cotton cationized with PAOTAC in the absence of salt; for comparison, both dyeing procedures were also applied with the untreated cotton in the presence of salt. The dyeing results show that only the exhaust–pad–steam dyeing procedure was suitable for dyeing cationic cotton to achieve a high dye fixation. Color yields, colorimetric properties, fastness properties, dyeing levelness, and penetration behaviors with different dyeing methods were evaluated. Compared with the dyeings with untreated cotton in conventional exhaust dyeing, dyeings with cationic cotton in the exhaust–pad–steam procedure showed equivalent or even better fastness with generally higher color yields and good dye penetration. Possible reasons for the improved salt‐free dyeing properties were proposed, and the hydrolysis of ester bonds within PAOTAC under the dyeing conditions was proven by IR spectroscopy. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of colour assays were conducted taking into account old bibliographic recommendations and oral testimony regarding traditional lime painting technology from the Alentejo (South Portugal) region. The main objectives were: (a) the colorimetric analysis of paintings made with different limewash preparation methods; (b) the comparison between natural processed red and yellows ochre pigments (“home made” and from industrial origin) and synthetic iron oxides in different concentrations and lime proportions; (c) the evaluation of the colorimetric CIELAB coordinates during the lime carbonation process in coloured mortars and limewashes. The results shows that the evolution of L*, a*, and b* during the carbonation process is independent of pigment concentration and paint thickness but dependent of pigment composition and finishing technique (lime painting or coloured mortar). This article explores the chromatic reconstruction of La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina and seeks to protect its patrimonial heritage. This article is organized into three parts: an Introduction, a section entitled Searching for Colours, and a Conclusion. The Introduction explains the historical factors contributing to the large‐scale Italian immigration that settled in La Boca neighborhood as well as their influence in shaping the character and landscape of the area. This section also comments on the emergence of the zone's brightly coloured homes, which have become a trademark of the neighborhood. The second section, Searching for Colours, details the composition of the paints made and used by La Boca residents, in addition to the field research, the method of analysis and the results of the study. The Conclusion highlights the importance of preserving areas of significant historical and patrimonial heritage such as La Boca, an ever more timely challenge in an increasingly globalized world. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A zircon encapsulated carbon black (C@ZrSiO4) pigment with high color rendering was synthesized via facile non-aqueous acetic acid (NAA) assisted sol-gel method using carbon-containing precursors (zirconium n-propoxide and tetraethoxysilane) as in-situ carbon sources. The effects of the NAA amount and heat treatment temperature on the structure and properties of the synthesized encapsulation pigments were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, FE-SEM, HR-TEM, EDS, XPS and CIELAB colorimeter, respectively. The results showed that the C@ZrSiO4 encapsulated pigments heating at 1000?°C for 2?h in N2 atmosphere presented a dense and stable encapsulation structure as well as deep dark hue when the mole ratio of NAA and Zr (NAA/Zr) was 3:1, and the chromaticity values were L*?= 21.20, a*?= 0.56, b*?= ?0.09 and Cab =?0.57, respectively, which were contributed to the high homogeneity at atomic level in ZrSiO4 sol and the tight bonding between carbon black carbonized by carbon containing group and zircon matrix. In addition, the pigment exhibited excellent chemical stability, thermal stability and tinctorial strength when it was used in water, acid, alkali, organic solvents and ceramic glaze. Especially, these pigments improved the utilization of raw materials and avoided the use of heavy metals or transition metals as coloring agent, which was an environment-friendly black ceramic pigment.  相似文献

In this paper, a new synthetic pathway is proposed for the system YIn1-xMnxO3, a bright blue inorganic pigment, discovered in 2009. Blue pigment samples with increasing concentration of Mn3+ (x?=?0.08, 0.12 and 0.16) were prepared using the complex polymerization method (CPM) and compared with those synthesized via solid state reaction. All powders, the amorphous precursor from CPM and the starting materials for solid state method, were calcined at 1000, 1100, 1200 and 1300?°C for 12?h, and the resulting blue pigments were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), colorimetric system CIE L*a*b* and Near infrared (NIR) reflectance measurements. XRD patterns and Rietveld Refinement show that the lowest temperature at which single hexagonal phase (isostructural to YInO3) is formed is 1000?°C for CPM method and 1300?°C for conventional solid state method, respectively. The L*a*b* values demonstrate that the coloration of powders prepared by CPM exhibit temperature dependence below 1300?°C, a color shade shift from grayish blue to intense deep blue is observed when heating the samples from 1000 to 1300?°C. Blue pigments obtained by CPM have smaller particle size due to low temperatures and excellent near-infrared reflectance comparable to those by solid state method. Thus, providing advantages for application process and energy efficiency.  相似文献

Aminophenoxazinone dyes with variable water solubilities were assayed for the first time in a live‐cell imaging application. Among a library of ten sulfonylated chromophores, one compound gave excellent results as an endocytic marker, showing a precise subcellular distribution. The compound was compared to four commercial vital tracers, including Lucifer Yellow. The first laccase‐mediated regioselective synthesis of a diphosphorylated 2‐aminophenoxazinone dye was also described. This compound, water‐soluble at 10?2 M , displayed modest fluorescence properties and the ability to complex Mg2+ and Ca2+ cations, therefore giving fluorescence quenching.  相似文献
