An organic‐solvent‐soluble disperse dye was introduced into an aqueous phase by a reaction with a self‐emulsified, aqueous‐based polyurethane (PU), and this resulted in the formation of a homogeneous, aqueous polymeric dye dispersion. This aqueous polymeric dye was stable in a water phase with excellent color extension upon application. It was formulated with a latent curing agent, polyaziridine (e.g., TMPTA‐AZ), as a single‐component, self‐curable, aqueous polymeric dye. The curing reaction took place between PU carboxylic acid and the latent curing agent upon drying. A self‐cured polymeric dye was obtained with excellent color extension and fastness and resistance to organic solvents and water after drying. This single‐component, self‐curable, aqueous‐based PU system containing a dye has potential for printing, writing, and dyeing applications. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Adsorption properties of copolymers of acrylamide and mesaconic acid (CAME) in aqueous Basic Blue 12 (Nile blue chloride) solution have been investigated. Chemically crosslinked CAME hydrogels with various compositions were prepared from ternary mixtures of acrylamide (A), mesaconic(ME) acid, and water by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution, using a multifunctional crosslinker such as ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA). Dynamic swelling tests in water was applied to the hydrogels. Weight swelling ratio (S) values have been calculated. Sorption of Basic Blue 12 (BB 12) onto CAME hydrogels was studied by batch sorption technique at 25°C. In the experiments of the sorption, L type sorption in the Giles classification system was found. Some binding parameters such as initial binding constant (Ki), equilibrium constant (K), monolayer coverage (n), site‐size (u), and maximum fractional occupancy (Ô) for CAME hydrogels‐BB 12 binding system were calculated by using Klotz, Scatchard, and Langmuir linearization methods. Finally, the amount of sorbed BB 12 per gram of dry hydrogel (q) was calculated to be 2.28 × 10?6–7.91× 10?6 mol BB 12 per gram for hydrogels. 以FeCl3、NH3·H2O和正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为原料,采用溶胶凝胶分步反应合成了硅铁红色料。研究了煅烧温度、硅铁比、包裹次数等工艺因素对色料红度值的影响.利用XRD、FTIR和全自动测色差计等分析手段对色料结构和呈色性能进行了表征.XRD图谱中未发现有Fe2O3或Fe3O4的衍射峰,表明铁离子被包裹在二氧化硅晶体内,采用本方法所合成的硅铁红色料具有较好的包裹效果.FTIR分析结果也进一步证实了二氧化硅对铁红色料的包裹.同时,色料的红度值随着煅烧温度的升高呈先增大后减小的趋势,900℃煅烧的色料具有最大红度值,a*=22.89,比传统固相法合成色料的最佳煅烧温度降低了200℃;随着硅铁比的增大,色料的红度值仍出现先增大后减小趋势,硅铁比等于5∶1红度值最大;随着包裹次数的增加,SiO2的包裹层逐渐增厚,色料的红度值逐渐减小,而明度值逐渐增大.  相似文献

Adsorption isotherms of pigments from alkali-refined oils (rapeseed, soybean, wheatgerm, safflower, corn, cottonseed and sunflower) were measured to investigate the applicability of the Langmuir and Freundlich equations and to elucidate the adsorption characteristics of pigments on sepiolites and standard activated clay. The Freundlich equation was more applicable to the experimental adsorption isotherms. The equilibrium amount adsorbed, acidity, pore size distribution and inflection of the Freundlich isotherms could be explained by assuming that pigments were adsorbed on the stronger acid sites in smaller pores at low concentration, and then in the larger ones when the concentration increased. The amount adsorbed increased with a rise in adsorption temperatures from 70 to 110°C, and the heat of adsorption was below 10 kcal/mol. The results indicate that pigments were physically adsorbed on the acid sites activated at higher adsorption temperatures.  相似文献

以条斑紫菜叶状体为材料,对精子囊细胞分化过程中光合活性、色素含量的变化进行研究并与营养细胞进行比较分析.结果表明:营养细胞在色素含量以及光合活性方面均明显高于精子囊细胞,二者表现出明显的生理生化差异.在脱水及复水过程中,营养细胞和精子囊细胞表现出相似的光响应特征.两种组织在生理生化特征上的差异和相似点表明紫菜精子囊细胞在形成过程中始终保留部分营养细胞的功能,反映了紫菜精子囊细胞形成过程中细胞功能分化的原始性.  相似文献

对云母钛珠光颜料光泽性能的影响因素进行了研究.综合碱性中和法和缓冲法的优点,优化了云母钛珠光颜料的制备工艺,并分别以尿素和氢氧化钠作为pH值稳定剂进行实验.实验结果表明:制备云母钛珠光颜料的最佳条件为尿素作反应体系的pH值稳定剂、反应温度80℃、钛液质量分数1.5%、pH值≈3、搅拌速度400r/min.在上述条件下制备的云母钛珠光颜料,其珠光光泽相对较好.  相似文献

Photoluminescent pigments could be successfully applied on the wall tiles, floor tiles and porcelain tiles as well as glass substrates (glass mosaics, borders, and cutted glass with various designs). For this applications, these products can be used for different purposes. In this study, these pigments are applied on the ceramic tiles and glass mosaics/tiles with traditional ceramic production line. These products are intentended to provide guidance in the event of a power failure. With this study also aimed to prevent potential accidents and injury during evacuation of building.  相似文献
