The present work considered the capillary micro-flow through a fiber bundle. The resin heights in the fiber btundle as a function of time were used to detemine the experimental valises of capillary pressure and the permeability by the nonlinear regression,fitting method. The fitting curves showed a good agreement with experiments. However, these values of capillary pressure from short-time experiments were much lower than the theoretical results from the Yang-Laplace Equation. More accurate capillary presswre was predicted from the presented long-run experiment.  相似文献

本文应用基质辅助激光解吸飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)测定基因工程产品一重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)的分子量,用毛细管电泳仪测定了其纯度,并得到用Glu-蛋白酶切后rhEGF的质量肽图,其中81%的肽段与理论值相符,无规则裂解只占8%。由此建立了一种对基因工程产品进行质量控制及研究蛋白质一级结构的新方法,此方法快速、简便,灵敏度极高,相对误差小于0.5%。  相似文献

前期通过搭建试验台,分析了二氧化碳跨临界循环中毛细管的节流特性,并运用无量纲分析法计算出了毛细管质量流量无量纲试验关联式,经可靠性分析发现该关联式优于diogo的关联式。若超出考虑的范围时,该关联式模型可能产生较大的误差。由此,利用微元分割法,设计VB程序对毛细管长度和流量进行数值计算,将计算结果与前期试验测试结果和文献值做比较。在流量计算方面:95%的计算值与前期试验值的偏差在10%以内,与文献试验值的偏差全部在10%以内。在长度计算方面,90%的计算值与前期试验值的偏差在15%以内,75%的长度计算值与文献试验值的偏差在15%以内;在偏差分布方面:流量计算值与前期试验值和文献试验值,均有95%以上的流量计算值与试验值的偏差在10%以内。最后利用该计算程序,在标准工况下对毛细管尺寸进行数值计算,绘制成毛细管选型图。  相似文献

Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) has been applied to separation and characterisation of enzymatic (tryptic) hydrolysates of water-soluble proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt)-transgenic (Aristis-Bt) and two native non-transgenic (Aristis and Coventry) maize varieties. Water-soluble proteins were extracted from the flour of these maize species and digested by bovine pancreatic trypsin immobilised on agarose gel in 100 mM ammonium hydrocarbonate buffer, pH 7.9. The yielded tryptic digests of proteins were analysed by CZE in four acidic background electrolytes (BGEs) (100 mM H3PO4, 50 mM Tris, pH 2.25; 500 mM acetic acid, pH 2.54; 200 mM formic acid, 200 mM acetic acid, pH 2.05; and 200 mM iminodiacetic acid, pH 2.26) using a lab-made CZE apparatus equipped with bare fused silica capillary and UV-absorption detector operating at 206 nm. Among the tested BGEs, the best resolution of the tryptic peptides of extracted proteins of the above three maize species was obtained in isoelectric BGE, 200 mM iminodiacetic acid, pH 2.26. Selected resolved tryptic peptides of proteins were characterised by effective electrophoretic mobilities and corrected (migration times normalised) peak areas. Some significant relative qualitative and quantitative differences in CZE-UV profiling of tryptic protein digests were found, which can be potentially used to differentiate transgenic Aristis Bt and non-transgenic Aristis varieties or two native non-transgenic varieties, Aristis and Coventry.  相似文献

Fermentative hydrogen production from fruit and vegetable wastes (FVWs) through Dry Fermentation Technology (DFT) was studied through three independent experiments in order to find out the effect of particle size and autoclaving pretreatment on bio-hydrogen production from FVWs and as follows: (1) autoclaved FVWs with sizes < 5 cm (experiment I); (2) raw FVWs with sizes < 5 cm (experiment II) and (3) autoclaved FVWs with sizes > 5 cm (experiment III). The assay with autoclaved waste yielded a higher percentage of hydrogen in the headspace of the dry fermenter reaching a maximum value of 44% in experiment I. However, the maximum hydrogen production was obtained in experiment III with 14573 NmL at a yield of 23.53 NmL H2/gVS. Profiling of the microbial communities by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) indicated that the most prominent species were the genera Clostridium, Bifidobacterium, and Lactobacillus.  相似文献

Dysregulation of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα), a pro-inflammatory cytokine, causes several diseases, making it an important therapeutic target. Here, we identified a novel DNA aptamer against human TNFα using in vitro selection, which included a high exclusion pressure process against non-binding and weak binders through microbead-assisted capillary electrophoresis (MACE) in only three rounds. Among the 15 most enriched aptamers, Apt14 exhibited the highest inhibitory activity for the interaction between TNFα and its cognate receptor in mouse L929 cells. For further improving the bioactivity of the aptamer, dimerization programed by hybridization was evaluated, resulting in the Apt14 dimer exhibited a twofold higher binding affinity and stronger inhibition compared to the monomer counterpart. Rapid identification of bioactive aptamers using MACE in combination with facile dimerization by hybridization accelerates the discovery of novel bioactive aptamers, paving the way toward replacing current monoclonal antibody therapy with the less expensive and non-immunogenic aptamer therapy.  相似文献

Investigation on the behavior of nematic liquid crystals on functionalized polar dielectric crystal substrates is accomplished. Very interesting effects can be observed in maneuvering liquid crystal droplets on the substrate surface, driven by electric fields generated by pyroelectric effect. Reversible drops fragmentation and self‐assembling in different configurations can be achieved. The dynamics of the observed phenomena is studied and the repeatability of the process is full assessed.  相似文献
