运用离析法和显微照相等技术,以晚熟桃21世纪桃为试材、典型的耐寒品种珲春桃为对照,研究比较了21世纪桃次生木质部导管分子的特征。结果表明,21世纪桃树干次生木质部导管分子中存在着许多不同的样式,迎风面导管分子的特征为多具尾性、长导管性、宽导管性、孔纹导管、单穿孔等,这些特征为21世纪桃在生长季节旺盛的水分需求提供了强有力的保证作用,同时,在风力强劲的冬季也可能使导管容易形成空穴和栓塞,水力结构破坏,致使输水系统受限,可能造成冬害。 相似文献

This study investigated the hypothesis that dietary supplementation of fish oil as a source of n‐3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) influences the expression of target genes of sterol regulatory element‐binding proteins (SREBP)‐1 and (SREBP)‐2 involved in triacylglycerol (TAG) synthesis and fatty acid and cholesterol metabolism in the liver, and moreover activates the expression of target genes of peroxisome proliferation‐activated receptor (PPAR)‐α involved in TAG and fatty acid catabolism in liver and skeletal muscle. Twenty lactating sows were fed a control diet or a fish oil diet with either 50 g of a mixture of palm oil and soya bean oil (4:1, w/w) or fish oil per kg. The diet of the fish oil group contained 19.1 g of n‐3 PUFA (mainly 20:5 n‐3 and 22:6 n‐3) per 100 g of total fatty acids, while the diet of the control group contained 2.4 g of n‐3 PUFA (mainly 18:3 n‐3) per 100 g of total fatty acids. The fish oil group had reduced relative mRNA concentrations of various target genes of SREBP‐1 involved in fatty acid and TAG synthesis in comparison with the control group (p < 0.05). Relative mRNA concentrations of target genes of PPARα involved in fatty acid catabolism in both liver and muscle, and mRNA concentrations of target genes of SREBP‐2 involved in cholesterol synthesis and uptake were not influenced by fish oil supplementation. Concentrations of cholesterol and TAG in plasma, fat content of milk and weight gains of litters during the suckling period were not different between the two groups of sows. In conclusion, this study suggests that fish oil has only minor effects on hepatic lipid metabolism, which are non‐critical with respect to milk production in sows. 相似文献

为了探讨贵妃鸡体内矿物元素的含量,开发安全的绿色营养食品,改善人们的膳食和提供丰富的营养,以及为其人工饲养的饲料添加剂配方与微量元素疾病(缺乏症或中毒症)的诊断提供一定的科学依据.本试验采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定分析了贵妃鸡胸肌、腿肌及肝脏中Ca、Cu、Fe、zn、Mn、K、Mg和Se八种矿物元素的含量.试验结果表明,贵妃鸡肝脏中Ca、Cu、Fe、Zn和Mn的含量极显著高于胸肌和腿肌(P<0.01),其他元素差异不显著(P>0.05).Cu、Zn在腿肌与胸肌中的含量差异显著(P<0.05),腿肌含量高于胸肌,其他元素均无明显差异(P>0.05).与地方良种庄河鸡比较,贵妃鸡组织中矿物元素Fe、Cu和Se的含量明显高,矿物元素Zn、Mg的含量较高,矿物元素Ca、Mn、K的含量与地方鸡种基本一致.由此可见,贵妃鸡中矿物元素Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Se的含量非常丰富. 相似文献

AIM: To investigate the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) on the expression of cyclic AMP response element binding protein (CREB) and phosphorylated-CREB in rat parietal cortex during focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R).METHODS: Focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was induced by occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery using the intraluminal suture method. The expressions of CREB and phospho-CREB in the parietal cortex in different groups (sham group, focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion group and CGRP group) were detected with immunohistochemistry and Western blotting, and the positive products were analyzed by image analysis system.RESULTS: There was definite expression of CREB in right parietal cortex in sham group, while it was lesser in I/R group than that in sham group, but it became more in CGRP group than that in I/R group (P<0.05). Phospho-CREB was barely detected in right parietal cortex in sham group and it became more in I/R group than that in sham group. The expression of phospho-CREB increased in CGRP group than that in I/R group of the right parietal cortex (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: CGRP upregulates the expression of CREB and phospho-CREB in the ischemic neurons of the parietal cortex during focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and CREB probably involves in the mechanism of protective role of CGRP to ischemic neurons. 相似文献

A survey of plantation-grown Cyclopia subternata showed that average concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium in the new top growth of mature seedlings and cuttings were 1.59, 0.09, 0.62, 0.32, and 0.17%, respectively. Respective removal rates of these elements at each harvest averaged 13.1, 0.7, 5.1, 2.6, and 1.4 g plant?1. These quantities were equivalent to. 28% to 45% of the total element in the plant. Concentrations in the top growth of sodium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc and boron averaged, respectively, 1459, 34, 143, 7, 9, and 30 mg kg?1. Old top growth dry mass and root dry mass increased with time. Peak new top growth yields from C. subternata plants derived from seedlings and cuttings differed by only 2.2%. At peak production, new growth constituted 15% of total seedling dry mass and 21% of total cutting dry mass. 相似文献
