对嗜酸乳杆菌、变异链球菌和保加利亚乳杆菌这三种菌的荧光光谱进行研究,发现在紫外光的激励下,益生菌溶液发出荧光.在最佳激发波长290 nm的激励下,荧光峰值在300—650 nm范围内.采用小波变换对测得的150组光谱数据进行压缩,压缩后每组数据由原来的1341个点减少为168个点,既保留了原图谱的特征,又提高了神经网络的处理速度.径向基函数神经网络方法对压缩后的数据进行研究,对每种菌的40组实验数据进行训练,在此基础上对30组未知数据进行识别.结果表明经过训练之后,径向基函数神经网络能够准确预测未知菌种. 相似文献

This article discusses on the solution of the regularized long wave (RLW) equation, which is introduced to describe the development of the undular bore, has been used for modeling in many branches of science and engineering. A numerical method is presented to solve the RLW equation. The main idea behind this numerical simulation is to use the collocation and approximating the solution by radial basis functions (RBFs). To avoid solving the nonlinear system, a predictor‐corrector scheme is proposed. Several test problems are given to validate the new technique. The numerical simulation, includes the propagation of a solitary wave, interaction of two positive solitary waves, interaction of a positive and a negative solitary wave, the evaluation of Maxwellian pulse into stable solitary waves and the development of an undular bore. The three invariants of the motion are calculated to determine the conservation properties of the algorithm. The results of numerical experiments are compared with analytical solution and with those of other recently published methods to confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the presented scheme.© 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Multigram quantities (2.5-10 g) of highly purified IgG were obtained within 4 h from serum by using Avid AL packed in a radial-flow column. Avid AL is an affinity gel containing a synthetic, low-mol-wt ligand capable of selectively binding IgG from serum of all animal species tested. By packing the gel in a radial-flow column up to 500 mL, a high flow rate of 50 mL/min can be achieved without adversely affecting the performance of the gel and the purity of the isolated antibody. 相似文献

A 75—100 MeV H- compact cyclotron CYCIAE-100 is being constructed at China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). About 200 μA proton beam will be provided by CYCIAE-100. The imperfection of magnetic fields will remarkably affect the acceleration orbit and beam envelope in CYCIAE-100. The effects to the accelerating beam by the imperfection fields, especially the field components Br on the mid-plane will be analyzed in detail with tracking code COMA. Poles misalignment that causes magnetic imperfection will be described in the paper. The strength and equation of state of molybdenum triboride have been determined under nonhydrostatic compression up to 80?GPa, using an angle-dispersive radial X-ray diffraction technique in a diamond anvil cell (DAC). The RXD data yield a bulk modulus and its pressure derivative as K0?=?342(6)?GPa with K0′?=?2.11(17) at ψ?=?54.7°. Analysis of diffraction data using the strain theory indicates that the ratio of differential stress to shear modulus (t/G) ranges from 0.002 to 0.050 at pressures of 4–80?GPa. Together with theoretical results on the high pressure shear modulus, our results here show that molybdenum triboride sample under uniaxial compression can support a differential stress of ~10?GPa when it started to yield with plastic deformation at ~30?GPa. In this paper, the local radial point interpolation meshless method (LRPIM) is used for the analysis of two‐dimensional potential flows, based on a local‐weighted residual method with the Heaviside step function as the weighting function over a local subdomain. Trial functions are constructed using radial basis functions. The present method is a truly meshless method based only on a number of randomly located nodes. Integration over the subdomains requires only a simple integration cell to obtain the solution. No element matrix assembly is required and no special treatment is needed to impose the essential boundary conditions. The novelty of the paper is the use of a local Heaviside weight function in the LRPIM, which does not need local domain integration and integrations only on the boundary of the local domains are needed. Effects of the sizes of local subdomain and interpolation domain on the performance of the present method are investigated. The behavior of shape parameters of multiquadrics has been systematically studied. Two numerical tests in groundwater and fluid flows are presented and compared with closed‐form solutions and finite element method. The results show that the use of a local Heaviside weight function in the LRPIM is highly accurate and possesses no numerical difficulties. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
