Proximity effects of a layered periodic structure on miniaturization of patch antennas

A miniaturized microstrip antenna on a planar layered periodic structure is proposed, designed and fabricated. The proposed structure miniaturizes patch antennas in the microwave band. With varying the parameters of the proposed structure, the achieved miniaturization factor can be adjusted in the range 2.6–4.2. Cd-substituted Mg composites with dual-equivalent permeability and permittivity for high-frequency miniaturization antennas

Spinel Mg ferrites Mg_1-xCd_xCo_0.05Fe_1.95O₄ (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4) as potential agents for the miniaturization of high frequency antennas are presented. All the synthesized compositions were experimentally revealed to possess pure spinel phase. Dual-equivalent permeability and permittivity (μ'≈26, ε'≈25, x=0.3 and μ'≈29, ε'≈28, x=0.4) from 5 to 100 MHz can be achieved by introducing Cd²⁺ ions, yielding large miniaturization factors of up to 25 and 28. To figure out the effects of Cd²⁺ ions substitution on magnetic and dielectric properties, the change in microstructure is mainly investigated. Meanwhile, enhanced magnetic properties including upward saturation magnetization (Ms) (approximately 47.60 emu/g) and reduced coercivity (approximately 54.22 Oe) are obtained due to increased grain size and denser microstructure arrangements reflected from scanning electron microscopy images. With low magnitude order of magnetic and dielectric losses factors (tanδ_ε reaches 10^-4, tanδ_μ reaches 10^-2), the composites can potentially exhibit high operating efficiencies at high frequencies.     

室外行波管发射机小型化的结构设计

介绍了一种室外高功率行波管发射机小型化的结构设计.该发射机具有高功率、高电压、高功耗、室外工作的特点.文中首先给出了发射机室外小型化的结构总体设计方案;然后针对发射机的各个组成模块,从电磁兼容、高压绝缘、高功耗的散热、室外防护等方面考虑,着重解决因室外小型化带来的问题.     

一种小型化多频段天线的研究

针对移动终端小型化多功能的要求,研究了一种小型多频工作的天线。该天线由两部分构成,分别馈电,实现了无线通信中天线的小型化和多频段的要求。对其进行了仿真和测试,结果表明该天线可工作于850MHz、900MHz、1800MHz、1900MHz及2．4GHz 5个频段,覆盖频段较宽,性能较好。     

A novel miniaturized frequency selective surface

A novel single layer miniaturized frequency selective surface made of circular unit cell elements is presented in this article. The frequency selective surface (FSS) unit cell measures 0.055λ₀ × 0.055λ₀, where λ₀ corresponds to its free space wavelength. The proposed FSS offers band stop characteristics with bandwidth of 137.5 MHz centered at 1.39 GHz. The symmetrical structure of the unit cell elements provides polarization independency. The miniaturized unit cell elements help achieving angular independency for both TE and TM mode of polarization. The miniaturized design provides excellent angular independency with negligible frequency shift for varying incident angles. A prototype of the FSS is fabricated and its simulation results are validated using measurements.     

微型制冷系统的熵产模型及分析

介绍了微型制冷系统的研制及熵产模型,分析了随着制冷系统尺寸的减小系统中各个部件熵产率的变化情况.制冷系统尺寸减小以后,压缩机内的熵产率及系统内不可逆热传导引起的熵产率增加;而换热器内由温差引起的熵产率减小,由摩擦引起的熵产率增加.对于微型制冷系统,提高微型压缩机的加工精度及减少系统内部热漏是系统成功运转的关键.     

一种小型化水声信号调制发射系统

为了满足小型化水下工作平台远距离通信的需求,从发射功率和通信体制两方面出发,提出了一种小型化水声信号调制发射系统的设计方案.设计了发射信号结构,以直接序列扩频通信体制为基础,采用结合移相脉冲宽度调制技术生成发射信号,进行了调制算法的仿真.应用体积小、效率高的D类功率放大器,设计了布局合理的系统结构和稳定可靠的硬件电路,优化发射机与换能器之间的匹配滤波网络,实现了小型化系统.系统在海试中完成了浅海、远距离、低误码率通信.系统工作稳定,有一定的工程应用价值.     

小型化热丝CVD金刚石膜沉积设备的研究与开发

对传统HFCVD金刚石膜沉积设备进行小型化改进,分析了传统沉积设备在真空系统和衬底机构结构上的不足之处;介绍了小型化CVD金刚石膜沉积设备的系统构成;详细描述了该小型化设备的真空系统和衬底摆动机构。该系统具有均匀的表面温度场和很高的运行稳定性,可以用于纳米金刚石薄膜和金刚石厚膜的沉积,制备的纳米金刚石薄膜晶粒大小基本上都在200 nm以下,纳米硬度为(450~700)GPa;沉积的金刚石厚膜直径达93 mm,晶粒完整均匀。     

一种新颖羊角形缺陷地结构宽带带通滤波器

为了得到小型化的带通滤波器,该文提出了一种新的羊角形缺陷地结构(DGS),并将其与耦合开路枝节线结合,设计并制作了一种新型宽带带通滤波器。该带通滤波器的中心频率为7.95GHz,3dB通带为5.25~10.65GHz,相对带宽达到了68%。与以往的宽带带通滤波器相比,它具有结构简单,尺寸小的特点,仿真和测量结果吻合较好。
