基于Web Services的科技信用信息共享

针对科技信用缺失现象,应健全科技计划和科学基金信用制度,非常重要的一项就是健全信用信息共享机制。利用Web Services可以方便地实现不同系统之间的数据交换和集成。本文提出基于Web Services的科技信用信息共享平台的思想,详细介绍信用信息数据库的建立、信息收集和信息处理,最后探讨信用评估体系的确立。     

Construction of Asymmetrical Hexameric Biomimetic Motors with Continuous Single‐Directional Motion by Sequential Coordination

The significance of bionanomotors in nanotechnology is analogous to mechanical motors in daily life. Here the principle and approach for designing and constructing biomimetic nanomotors with continuous single‐directional motion are reported. This bionanomotor is composed of a dodecameric protein channel, a six‐pRNA ring, and an ATPase hexamer. Based on recent elucidations of the one‐way revolving mechanisms of the phi29 double‐stranded DNA (dsDNA) motor, various RNA and protein elements are designed and tested by single‐molecule imaging and biochemical assays, with which the motor with active components has been constructed. The motor motion direction is controlled by three operation elements: (1) Asymmetrical ATPase with ATP‐interacting domains for alternative DNA binding/pushing regulated by an arginine finger in a sequential action manner. The arginine finger bridges two adjacent ATPase subunits into a non‐covalent dimer, resulting in an asymmetrical hexameric complex containing one dimer and four monomers. (2) The dsDNA translocation channel as a one‐way valve. (3) The hexameric pRNA ring geared with left‐/right‐handed loops. Assessments of these constructs reveal that one inactive subunit of pRNA/ATPase is sufficient to completely block motor function (defined as K = 1), implying that these components work sequentially based on the principle of binomial distribution and Yang Hui's triangle.     

基于RadFET的宽范围电离总剂量效应监测系统及试验研究

设计了一种基于辐射剂量传感器(RadFET)的辐射总剂量监测系统,并利用60Co-γ射线和电子加速器对金属氧化物半导体(MOS)结构的RadFET进行了电离总剂量效应模拟试验,得到了器件阈值电压随辐照剂量的变化情况.结果表明,该器件具有良好的抗辐射能力,累积剂量可达到1.0 ×105 Gy,同时,在空间应用时需重点考虑阈值电压、环境温度以及击穿电压等敏感参数.     

面向海量NetFlow数据的存储和查询处理方法研究

针对全国骨干网高速海量Net Flow数据到来速度快、数据量大以及对所存数据进行频繁多维查询操作的特点,提出了一种多维属性聚簇存储(MACS)模型。该模型根据实际应用环境中查询的特点对数据进行空间分片,以并行加流水的方式对数据进行存储。此外,为Net Flow提出了一种超多面体的查询模式。真实环境实验结果表明,运用MACS模型实现的系统单点数据实时存储速度达到270万条/s,远远快于其他的数据分析系统,并且多维属性查询的速度优于Hive和Impala。     

霍泉灌区作物需水量实时预报

采用联合国粮农组织最新推荐的修正Ｐｅｎｍａｎ公式分析计算了霍泉灌区长系列参考作物的腾发量及其变化规律,在此基础上提出了该灌区冬小麦、夏玉米需水量预报模型．分析了预报模型中参数Ａ０的变化规律,并在预报过程中进行调整．运用实测资料检验表明,修正后的模型在逐日作物需水量预报中更符合实际,具有比较高的精度．     

浅析企业形象设计实施效果评估

企业形象设计的目标是追求一种真实而良好的企业形象,从而实现企业生产经营的目的。那么如何判断和测定这一目标是否已经达到了呢？文章从提高对ＣＩ效果评估重要性的认识着手,从系统和量化角度设计出一套企业形象设计实施效果评估程序和科学的评估指标体系。这对于ＣＩ设计、ＣＩ导入和ＣＩ系统的优化管理都具有极其重要的实际价值。     

基于Internet的物联网系统中设备互联和实时在线技术

针对物联网系统中信息交互的实时性和系统自治特性,提出一种基于Internet和嵌入式设备构建物联网的技术;通过基于客户/服务器的体系结构和面向连接的设备实时在线技术实现信息交互的实时性,进一步通过一种服务器地址自动迁移技术实现基于Inter-net的嵌入式设备物联网的系统自治特性;通过多台嵌入式设备组网进行实际测试验证,系统满足良好的扩展性和设备即插即用特性,设备间数据通信相应时间低于1s,具有良好的实时性,可广泛应用于嵌入式设备的互联互通。     

基于真实物体模型的空间对象检索技术研究

针对MBR模型只适合检索联通的空间对象且查准率较低的问题,建立了真实物体模型,依据空间对象在平面上的几何投影的方法建立真实物体模型,采用深度方向关系矩阵表示真实物体模型之间的方向关系,利用该模型可以很好地将矩形代数良好的计算性质应用于空间对象检索技术中,简化了检索的过程,实现了矩形代数与真实物体模型的有效结合,使其检索的范围变的更加广泛.同时提出了一种改进的R*树算法,有效地提高了真实物体模型的检索精确度,降低了错误匹配的发生率.实验结果表明,该算法可以有效地提高检索的查准率,提高空间对象检索的效率.     

Robust MIMO disturbance observer analysis and design with application to active car steering

A multi‐input–multi‐output extension of the well‐known two control degrees‐of‐freedom disturbance observer architecture that decouples the problem into single‐input–single‐output disturbance observer loops is presented in this paper. Robust design based on mapping D‐stability and the frequency domain specifications of weighted sensitivity minimization and phase margin bound to a chosen controller parameter space is presented as a part of the proposed design approach. The effect of the choice of disturbance observer Q filter on performance is explained with a numerical example. This is followed by the use of structured singular values in the robustness analysis of disturbance observer controlled systems subject to structured, real parametric and mixed uncertainty in the plant. A design and simulation study based on a four wheel active car steering control example is used to illustrate the methods presented in the paper. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
