基于Kriging模型的汽车车门抗撞性优化设计

提出汽车车门抗撞性优化设计的方法,利用拉丁方试验设计选择少量样本点,构建响应目标的近似模型,应用序列二次规划法进行结构优化。对比分析Kriging和多项式响应面两种近似模型对于车门侧撞响应的拟和误差,表明用Kriging模型构建车门抗撞性近似模型是合适的。计算结果表明提出的方法可以保证车门在满足抗撞性要求的前提下,实现轻量化设计。     

液压机机身广义模块化快速设计系统

本文建立了液压机机身广义模块化快速设计系统,实现了框架式液压机机身的快速设计。应用该系统不仅缩短了设计周期,而且保证了所设计产品质量和性能可靠。     

Effect of joint design on mechanical properties of AL7075 weldment

The effects of joint design on the mechanical properties of AL7075-T6 aluminum sheet were studied on the latest automated gas-tungsten arc-welding system. Using ER5356 filler metal, full-penetration welds were made on workpieces with various included joint angles. Testing of the mechanical properties of the joints was done in the as-welded, naturally aged, and postweld heat-treated conditions. The results show that by using crack-resistant filler, and by selecting the proper joint design and postweld heat treatment, strong, dependable welds can be produced on thin AL7075 sheet material. An elasticity model of the weld joint was established to help understand the mechanical behavior of the joints. An undermatched joint design is shown to be capable of achieving a joint strength that matches the strength of the base alloy.

本文介绍了钣金件ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＭ集成系统的构成及其技术要点，提出了采用基于ＧＴ和特征的零件信息描述方法来实现ＣＡＤ，ＣＡＰＰ和ＣＡＭ的集成。     

可加工陶瓷结构件的设计优化研究

以云母微晶玻璃陶瓷为研究对象，通过模拟和分析，设计了一种金属热防护系统承力结构件，对可加工陶瓷的结构件进行了优化设计；对可加工陶瓷结构件在热、力载荷以及热力耦合下的陶瓷承力件的热流、温度以及应力的分布进行了分析。通过优化调整结构件的形状，最大应力值分别降低了14．8％和30．64％，最大热流值分别降低了7．65％和6．73％。分析表明，此种模拟方法，能够直观的考察结构件内部在各种载荷下的参数分布，并通过优化，可获得理想的结果。     

Development of design principles for a creep-limited alloy for turbine blades

Recent advancements in turbine-blade materials engineering are reviewed in light of general superalloy research and the author’s work on a new powder metallurgy IN-792 creep-limited alloy for application in blades of gas-turbine engines. The developed set of principles presented in this paper incorporates all the factors that must be taken into consideration in selecting and designing an alloy for turbine blades.
