MEMS系统级设计与基于多端口组件网络的建模方法

MEMS的系统级设计对保证其整体综合性能和合理开发MEMS产品至关重要。针对MEMS的多能量域耦合、多信号混合的特点以及能量非保守等特殊要求 ,提出了基于多端口组件网络的MEMS系统级建模方法———采用多端口组件表示MEMS的功能结构部件 ,组件与组件通过端口联成网络表示整个系统 ;用统一规范化的微分代数方程表征并用硬件描述语言表述多端口组件。针对梁等具体的MEMS功能结构部件 ,采用宏建模方法确定其行为方程 ,从而得到有特定物理意义的、可供重用的组件模型。最后 ,给出了微加速度计的基于多端口组件网络方法的系统级设计示例     

一种基于满意度方法的建筑工程索赔决策模型

本文在对索赔问题进行全面系统分析基础上，提出一种索赔主体对索赔事件的不确定性分析模型和决策满意度模型，并进一步讨论了索赔主体优选索赔方案作为索赔报告提出的方法。     

高放废液中^147Pm的测定

建立了高放废液中~(147)Pm的测定方法。用HDEHP萃取稀土,再用HDEHP萃淋树脂柱分离AM和稀土。然后用高效液相色谱法将~(147)Pm从Eu、Ce等其它稀土中分离出来,用液体闪烁法测量~(147)Pm的放射性活度。

Syllables as processing units in handwriting production.

This research focused on the syllable as a processing unit in handwriting. Participants wrote, in uppercase letters, words that had been visually presented. The interletter intervals provide information on the timing of motor production. In Experiment 1, French participants wrote words that shared the initial letters but had different syllable boundaries. In Experiment 2, French- and Spanish-speaking participants wrote cognates and pseudowords with a letter sequence that was always intrasyllabic in French and intersyllabic in Spanish. In Experiment 3, French-Spanish bilinguals wrote the cognates and pseudowords with the same type of sequences. In the 3 experiments, the critical interletter intervals were longer between syllables than within syllables, indicating that word syllable structure constrains motor production both in French and Spanish. 基于二维直方图分析的二元子图微光图像增强处理

提出了基于二维直方图分析的二元子图微光图像增强处理算法，根据原始图像的二维直方图分布特征，依据相邻像素的相关性数据，将图像分割成二元子图像，对每个子图像分别进行直方图均衡增强处理，最后合成得到完整的处理图像，通过用信息容量等图像评价参数对实验结果进行分析，表明此算法克服了对整幅图像进行直方图均衡时难以把握局部细节的缺点，得到了具有较好视觉质量的处理后微光图像。

系统介绍了舞钢开发的针状铁素体型X70宽厚板的设计思路、工艺特点和实物水平；采用电炉 炉外精炼 连铸 TMCP工艺生产的X70宽厚板满足西气东输专用技术条件的要求，并批量应用在西气东输主干线工程中。     

Zeolite synthesis from paper sludge ash with addition of diatomite

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to investigate the synthesis of zeolites from paper sludge ash (PSA) with added diatomite to remove both NH₄⁺ and PO₄^3? for water purification. The PSA had low Si and significant Ca contents. Four types of diatomite: white (T‐W) and brown (T‐B) from deposits of marine origin in Takanosu, and white (S‐W) and gray (S‐G) from lacustrine deposits in Shonai, were added to NaOH solution to increase the Si content and thereby synthesize zeolites with high cation exchange capacity (CEC). RESULTS: The order of the amounts of Si extracted from the diatomite to the alkali solution was S‐W > T‐W = T‐B > S‐G, which correlates with the amorphous SiO₂ content of diatomite. The original ash without addition of diatomite yielded hydroxysodalite with CEC of about 1.0 mmol g^?1. For all samples, the addition of diatomite to the solution yielded zeolite‐P with a higher CEC, but the addition of excess Si inhibited the synthesis of zeolite‐P, and the CEC of the product was low. A product with high CEC including zeolite‐P was obtained in a solution with around 500 mmol L^?1 of Si concentration, and had the ability to remove both NH₄⁺ and PO₄^3?. CONCLUSION: Diatomite has the potential for used as an additive for the synthesis of high CEC zeolite from PSA. The product with zeolite‐P exhibited relatively high CEC, capacity for NH₄⁺ uptake, and the ability to remove PO₄^3? by precipitation, which is preferable for water purification applications.
