利用XML语言的自我描述功能及跨平台特性,作为数据交换的信息载体,提出一个以XML为基础的工作流程系统整合架构。当系统产生所需的XML文件时,会触发相对应的工作流程程序,在跨组织或异质性系统间达到信息传递与整合的功能。以XML作为文件主要信息承载的媒介,可以让整个过程具有广泛而多元的表示能力。可以表示的内容包含相关公文信息、流程描述、流程核销记录等。并结合系统定义的映射文件转换规则,同时达到异质性信息库横向整合的目的。  相似文献

Autograft replaced by a nerve guidance conduit (NGC) is challenging in peripheral nerve injury because current NGC is still limited by precise conductivity and excellent biocompatibility in vivo, which influences the peripheral nerve repair even for a long lesion gap repair. Several particular elements have the potential function for nerve conductivity acceleration based on the traditional three factors of neural tissue engineering. The review aims to address three questions: 1) What is the superior factor for nerve conduction in the application? 2) How can a more conductive regenerative scaffold be constructed in vivo? 3) What is the next step in nerve regeneration for NGC? The bibliometrics analysis of NGC-related references is adopted to acquire that the conductive material, manufacturing technology of neural scaffold, and electrical stimulation (ES) play essential roles in the acceleration of nerve conduction. This review visually analyses the research status and summarizes the main types of conductive materials, the manufacturing technologies of neural scaffolds, and the characteristics of ES. The viewpoints and outlook of developing NGC are also discussed in this review. The proposed three elements are expected to improve the nerve conduction of NGC in vivo and even address the dilemma of long-distance peripheral nerve injury.  相似文献

Growth factors are potent stimuli for regulating cell function in tissue engineering strategies, but spatially patterning their presentation in 3D in a facile manner using a single material is challenging. Micropatterning is an attractive tool to modulate the cellular microenvironment with various biochemical and physical cues and study their effects on stem cell behaviors. Implementing heparin's ability to immobilize growth factors, dual‐crosslinkable alginate hydrogels are micropatterned in 3D with photocrosslinkable heparin substrates with various geometries and micropattern sizes, and their capability to establish 3D micropatterns of growth factors within the hydrogels is confirmed. This 3D micropatterning method could be applied to various heparin binding growth factors, such as fibroblast growth factor‐2, vascular endothelial growth factor, transforming growth factor‐betas and bone morphogenetic proteins while retaining the hydrogel's natural degradability and cytocompability. Stem cells encapsulated within these micropatterned hydrogels have exhibited spatially localized growth and differentiation responses corresponding to various growth factor patterns, demonstrating the versatility of the approach in controlling stem cell behavior for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.  相似文献

Remote sensing is a powerful tool for characterizing, estimating or modelling species diversity. Differences in environmental properties of different habitats should lead to differences of spectral responses, which can be detected by satellite imagery. Hence, spectral distance may be related to species diversity. Based on previous studies, Krishnaswamy et al. [Krishnaswamy, J., Bawa, K. S., Ganeshaiah, K. N., & Kiran, M. C. (2009). Quantifying and mapping biodiversity and ecosystem services: Utility of a multi-season NDVI based Mahalanobis distance surrogate. Remote Sensing of Environment.] used spectral distance to estimate species diversity. Since a noisy scatterplot of species versus spectral diversity is expected, the commonly used Ordinary Least Square regression may fail to detect trends which occur across other quantiles than the mean.Krishnaswamy et al. [Krishnaswamy, J., Bawa, K. S., Ganeshaiah, K. N., & Kiran, M. C. (2009). Quantifying and mapping biodiversity and ecosystem services: Utility of a multi-season NDVI based Mahalanobis distance surrogate. Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) require energy management protocols to efficiently use the energy supply constraints of battery-powered sensors to prolong its network lifetime. This paper proposes a novel Heuristic Algorithm for Clustering Hierarchy (HACH), which sequentially performs selection of inactive nodes and cluster head nodes at every round. Inactive node selection employs a stochastic sleep scheduling mechanism to determine the selection of nodes that can be put into sleep mode without adversely affecting network coverage. Also, the clustering algorithm uses a novel heuristic crossover operator to combine two different solutions to achieve an improved solution that enhances the distribution of cluster head nodes and coordinates energy consumption in WSNs. The proposed algorithm is evaluated via simulation experiments and compared with some existing algorithms. Our protocol shows improved performance in terms of extended lifetime and maintains favourable performances even under different energy heterogeneity settings.  相似文献

Hexahedral mesh has obvious mechanical advantages over tetrahedral mesh, but it is no trivial task to generate hexahedral mesh for complex object shapes such as individual faces. This paper presents a novel method to generate patient-specific hexahedral meshes of facial soft tissue models, based on a volumetric cross-parameterization mapping from a standard hexahedral mesh to the individual model. The volumetric parameterization is constructed based on triple of the volumetric harmonic fields, which are adapted to be as close to mutually orthogonal as possible, to achieve some quasi-conformal effect. In addition, some piecewise constraints on the harmonic fields are added to ensure anatomical feature correspondence. Experimental results show that our approach works efficiently for facial soft tissue modeling, avoids element flipping and preserves mesh element angles to a significant extent.  相似文献

随着越来越多多点投递应用的出现,由于Internet本身固有的异构性,分层多点投递将在Internet上得到广泛应用,这样,网络就面临着如何高效支持分层多点投递的问题,为了解决这一问题,给出一种支持分层多点投递的主动队列管理机制LMRED,其贡献主要有两点:(1)提出一种识别Internet中分层多点投递会话的机制,这是实现LMRED的基础;(2)对RED进行改进(改进后的RED称为LMRED),在报文随机丢弃的基础上实现优先级丢弃机制和预丢弃机制,LMRED具有公平性,稳定性和快速响应网络拥塞等特点,可以更好地适应分层多点投递的要求,并最终改善应用性能。  相似文献
