易切削钢 XY45 的工艺实践与分析

总结了在易切削钢 XY45 生产过程中为保证成品质量而采用的冶炼工艺、连铸工艺及轧制工艺上的关键因素,并进行了相应的理论分析.实践表明,精炼过程中控制好[O]、[S]含量和将m(Mn)/m(S)控制在4.0～5.5之间,连铸过程中严格控制过热度等工艺参数以提高铸坯质量,在轧制过程中加强温度控制以提高成品质量,最终可获得符合标准要求的产品.

Adhesion Properties of Rubbers Modified by Surface Active Substances

The introduction of anionic surface active substances into butadiene-styrene rubbers doubles or trebles the work of delamination (A) for fabric-rubber bonds. The increase of A is due to a rise in mechanical loss through a higher rate of relaxation of a polymer adsorbed by a filler (τ_H). A linear dependence between A and logτ_H is found.

介绍了电解沉积铝层与黄铜基体在摩擦磨损条件下的力学性能。用单摆冲击划痕法测定了破膜最大切向力和法向力及镀层与基体剥离所消耗的能量，并研究了扩散处理对其力学性能的影响。     

易切削钢中Ca-Al-O-Mn-S系氧硫化物变性的热力学计算

本文对易切削钢中Ca-Al-O-Mn-S系氧硫化物变性进行了热力学计算。计算结果表明,硫含量愈高,氧硫化物变性所要求的Ca愈高而Al愈小。易切削钢中常见的是CA_6-(Mn,Ca)S和CA_2-(Mn,Ca)S。由于其较高的硫含量,液态CmA_n-(Mn,Ca)S不可能形成。实验结果同热力学计算相当吻合。     

Microstructure and properties of unleaded free-cutting brass containing stibium

A new environmental friendly cutting brass containing stibium instead of lead was produced by casting and rolling. The microstructure was observed and the mechanical, dezincification and cutting properties were studied. The results show that the white particles distribute in both grains and grain boundaries, and the particles are mainly intermetallics containing stibium. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation percentage of half-hard Sb-brass is 461.72 MPa, 213.3 MPa and 15.67%, respectively. Corresponding to HPb59-1 by the size as well as appearance of the chips and the mechanism of free-cutting, the cutting property of unleaded free-cutting Sb-brass is excellent. The unleaded Sb-brass has excellent dezincification corrosion resistance, and the average depth of longitudinal section is about 295.4 μm, while the average depth of lateral section is about 214.7 μm, and it is feasible to develop a new unleaded free-cutting Sb-brass.     

二步钝化法处理黄铜制品的研究

介绍了不同处理方式对黄铜制品经二步钝化法处理后形成钝化膜外观，色泽及结构的影响，并通过扫描电镜对钝化膜结构进行了表征，试验结果表明，黄铜制品在酸蚀后经1号钝化液钝化15s，2号钝化液钝化30s所形成的钝化膜结构致密、性能优良。

本文研究了C3604铜合金在有无电磁场下水平连铸铸坯横截面宏观偏析和加工性能。试验结果表明,在C3604铜合金水平连铸的过程中施加电磁场能有效抑制合金元素Pb的宏观偏析,并且切削性能和挤压产品的强度均得到提高。

分析电厂凝汽器铜管腐蚀失效情况。全面探讨铝黄铜凝汽器铜管腐蚀机理,及其影响因素。提出一定的防护措施及方法。对于解决目前我国电厂仍然大量存在的铜管腐蚀现象及事故,电厂的安全、经济、高效的运行有着一定的作用。
