律师统战工作初探

律师的思想政治特征状态及发展趋势，关系到律师行业的健康发展，影响着改革开放和社会经济发展的大局，左右着建设社会主义法治国家的进程。对此进行认真分析是做好律师统战工作的基础和前提。通过从思想观念、政治态度、道德认识、价值取向等层面分析了律师的现状和特征，揭示了团结、帮助、教育、引导律师对做好律师的统战工作的重要意义。     

Creation of Ultra-precision Microstructures with High Aspect Ratios

In recent years, ultra-precision micromachining technology has been used in a variety of fields such as optical instruments, electronic devices, medical equipments, etc. At present, it is essential to meet the requirement of producing various shapes, one of which is a structure with a high aspect ratio. Such structures are applied, for example, to a shaft of micro robot, a long part of microactuator and micromachine, a microneedle for syringe, etc. However, due to its fragile nature, it is extremely difficult to fabricate the structure with a high aspect ratio since it is easily damaged during cutting. It is intended to produce micro towers with high aspect ratios by applying the ultra-precision milling technology using a single crystal diamond cutting tool. The method enables accurate creation of a variety of microstructures with high aspect ratios. In addition, the study also proposes a new machining method to create microneedle arrays, avoiding the contact of cutting edge with already machined parts again. As a result, it is concluded that the proposed method has the potential of producing a variety of microstructures with high aspect ratios.     

Transformations in machining. Part 1. enhancement of wavelet transformation neural network (WT-NN) combination with a preprocessor

Properly selected transformation methods obtain the most significant characteristics of metal cutting data efficiently and simplify the classification. Wavelet Transformation (WT) and Neural Networks (NN) combination was used to classify the experimental cutting force data of milling operations previously. Preprocessing (PreP) of the approximation coefficients of the WT is proposed just before the classification by using the Adaptive Resonance Theory (ART2) type NNs. Genetic Algorithm (GA) was used to estimate the weights of each coefficient of the PreP. The WT-PreP-NN (ART2) combination worked at lower vigilances by creating only a few meaningful categories without any errors. The WT-NN (ART2) combination could obtain the same error rate only if very high vigilances are used and many categories are allowed.     

鄱阳湖水质状况分析与评价

鄱阳湖是我国最大的淡水湖,其水质现状为人们普遍关心的问题。通过对1980年1月至1988年12月水质资料的搜集整理,对鄱阳湖水质的时空分布规律进行分析。作出的结论是:鄱阳湖虽已受到污染,但其水质总体情况尚属良好,在全国淡水湖泊中属最好的湖泊之一,应予特别珍惜、保护。     

利用正交试验确定钒渣焙烧的最佳工艺条件

介绍了钒分厂利用正交试验法进行试验方案的设计及试验结果的直观分析，确定出钒渣烙烧的最佳工艺条件是：钒渣粒径小于0．12mm，烙烧气中氧气体积分数大于10％，焙烧温度850℃，烙烧时间60min，碱比(碱与钒渣质量比)16％，盐比(盐与钒渣质量比)5％，从而改变了以往在生产和转渣时组织生产的被动局面，为公司创造了可观的经济与社会效益。     

基于BP网络的设备状态分类器的设计

介绍了在Matlab6.5的神经网络工具箱中，开发基于BP网络的设备状态分类嚣的方法和要点，给出了仿真结果，并以实例验证了该分类器在设备故障诊断中的有效性。     

高频MnZn功率铁氧体烧结工艺研究

按照氧化物陶瓷工艺对高频MnZn功率铁氧体烧结工艺条件进行了研究。烧结温度越高，晶粒越大，晶界越薄，电阻率越低，磁芯损耗越大，起始磁导率和烧结密度分别在1240℃和1230℃达到最大值。延长保温时间，可以使晶粒充分生长，晶界变薄，电阻率减小，损耗增大。保温3h后，起始磁导率和烧结密度均可达到最大值。氧分压越低，材料起始磁导率越高，电阻率越小，损耗越大，但氧分压低于5％后烧结密度不再继续增加。     

东濮凹陷泥岩裂缝油气藏形成条件及分布特点

结合东濮凹陷地质特点，探讨研究了东濮凹陷泥岩裂缝油气藏形成的地质条件，东濮凹陷油气源岩发育，泥岩裂缝发育，泥岩裂缝油气成藏有着较好的成藏条件，是一种新的油气藏类型，有着良好的勘探前景，同时对泥岩裂缝油气藏在东濮凹陷的分布特点进行了研究。指出高压区及超高压区，盐岩分布区，构造转换带是寻找这类油气藏的有利地区。层系上，沙三^2-4是勘探这类油气藏的有利层系，一些稳定的泥，页岩标志层也是寻找这类油气藏的有利层段。     

Restricted overlapping balancing domain decomposition methods and restricted coarse problems for the Helmholtz problem

Overlapping balancing domain decomposition methods and their combination with restricted additive Schwarz methods are proposed for the Helmholtz equation. These new methods also extend previous work on non-overlapping balancing domain decomposition methods toward simplifying their coarse problems and local solvers. They also extend restricted Schwarz methods, originally designed to overlapping domain decomposition and Dirichlet local solvers, to the case of non-overlapping domain decomposition and/or Neumann and Sommerfeld local solvers. Finally, we introduce coarse spaces based on partitions of unity and planes waves, and show how oblique projection coarse problems can be designed from restricted additive Schwarz methods. Numerical tests are presented.
