高性能热塑性树脂基复合材料的研究进展

近些年来,纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料已逐步发展成为复合材料中一个高性能、低成本的新型材料家族。本文主要介绍了各种高性能工程塑料和增强纤维的发展,连续纤维增强热塑性树脂的浸渍工艺及成型工艺,最后还介绍了热塑性纤维复合材料的发展趋势。     

TPR处理剂的研究

利用活性单体苯乙烯与氯丁橡胶、高苯乙烯热塑弹性体接枝聚合，所得产物稀释后用于ＴＰＲ（ＴｈｅｒｍａｌＰｌａｓｔｉｃＲｕｂｂｅｒ）粘接前的预处理，可明显提高剥离强度。     

单组分阴离子水性聚氨酯胶膜的热质研究

应用热质分析（TG）研究了单组分阴离子水性聚氨酯胶膜的耐热性能，结果表明：n（--NCO）：n（--OH）增大，胶膜的耐热性能增强；聚酯相对分子质量增加，耐高温性能降低；用DEG扩链时的耐高温性能比用DEG／TMP时的好；TDI型水性聚氨酯成膜物的耐高温性能优于IPDI型水性聚氨酯。     

水性聚氨酯胶研究及应用

综述了国内外水性聚氨酯胶特点及应用,对水性聚氨酯乳液的制备及物理性质和聚氨酯胶层的性能进行分析和阐述。     

封闭型异氰酸酯胶粘剂的研制

以聚乙二醇（PEG）、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯（TDI）等为原料制得阳离子水性聚氨酯,异氰酸酯用丁二酮肟进行封闭制备封闭型异氰酸酯胶粘剂,探讨了阳离子水性聚氨酯溶液的固含量、TDI的封闭,解封以及封闭型异氰酸酯的用量对产品性能的影响.结果表明：30%的阳离子水性聚氨酯溶液加入溶液质量15%左右的封闭型异氰酸酯的胶粘剂对金属的粘接效果较好.     

A new core–shell type fluorinated acrylic and siliconated polyurethane hybrid emulsion

A novel core–shell type fluorinated acrylic and siliconated polyurethane (FSiPUA) hybrid emulsion was prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization using siliconated polyurethane (SiPU) as a seed and forming the structure with SiPU as a shell and the copolymer of butyl acrylate (BA) with 2,2,2-trifluoroethylmethacrylate (TFEMA) as a core. SiPU was synthesized using isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG), polypropylene glycol (PPG), dihydroxybutyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), 1,6-hexanediol (HDO) and triethylamine (TEA). The contents of siloxane and fluorine were determined according to the feed ratio. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to identify the chain structure of SiPU and FSiPUA. Investigation of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) confirmed the core–shell structure of FSiPUA emulsion and gave the particle size at about 50 nm. The measurement results of water contact angles and the solvent absorptions in water and n-octane for cured films showed that the water and the oil repellency for FSiPUA had been improved significantly with a suitable content of fluorine and siloxane.     

湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的合成与表征

以多异氰酸醋PAPI和自制多元醇为原料,采用熔融缩聚法合成出了一种具有快速粘接定位功能的新型反应性热熔胶,并利用FTIR、DSC和力学性能测试等手段对产品进行了表征。结果表明,合成产品不仅具有合理的结构特征,而且还具有良好的使用性能和耐热性能。     

Composite polymer electrolytes based on the low crosslinked copolymer of linear and hyperbranched polyurethanes

Low crosslinked copolymer of linear and hyperbranched polyurethane (CHPU) was prepared, and the ionic conductivities and thermal properties of the composite polymer electrolytes composed of CHPU and LiClO₄ were investigated. The FTIR and Raman spectra analysis indicated that the polyurethane copolymer could dissolve more lithium salt than the corresponding polymer electrolytes of the non crosslinked hyperbranched polyurethane, and showed higher conductivities. At salt concentration EO/Li = 4, the electrolyte CHPU30‐LiClO₄ reached its maximum conductivity, 1.51 × 10^?5 S cm^?1 at 25°C. 聚氨酯涂料中游离甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)单体的测定方法

研究了在GB/T18446-2001方法基础上改变内标物(使用无毒性记录的十二烷代替毒性大的1,2,4-三氯代苯)测定样品中游离TDI的方法。该方法简捷、快速、准确度高、精确度高、更环保。本方法的适用范围同GB/T18446-2001。
