STUDY OF INTERFACES AND SURFACES OF YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)-Ag

Interfaces and surfaces of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)(YBCO)-Ag have been studied by SEM-EDXand AES.No effect of Ag on 123 structure in X-ray diffraction pattern was observedfor 0.4 mol Ag doped YBCO.AES analysis indicated that Ag segregated on surfaceof YBCO and resulted in decrease of YBCO-metal lead resistance.In addition,solutionand segregation of Ag as elemental state were often appeared on interfaces and surfacesof high temperature annealed YBCO,whether elemental Ag or compound Ag_2O andAgNO_3 adopted as doping material.     

CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF γ-Li_xFe_2O_3 WITH ELECTROCHEMICAL INSERTION OF Li

Crystal structure of γ-Li_xFe_2O_3,inserted Li electrochemically,was studied by Moss-bauer spectroscopy together with X-ray diffraction,XPS and electrochemical method,Onthe insertion of Li at low current density,the crystal structure is keeping original spinel;while at higher current density or by thermal activation,owing to violent movement ofLi~+ ions,part of crystal structure transforms into rock type similar to face-centeredcubic structure of ferrous oxide.The transition channels during insertion of Li~+ ions andlimitation of Li~+ ions inserted were discussed.     

填隙Ti2Ni相形成条件的模式识别分析

在多维键参数空间中对填隙Ti_2Ni相化合物的形成条件做模式识别分析,由于前过渡金属原子组成的八面体空穴中填入C,N.O原子使Ti_2Ni结构稳定化,此结构的分布区扩大,邻近的Al_2Cu,MoSi_2结构分布区减小。     

EFFECT OF NaOH CONCENTRATION AND AlO_2~- SPECIES ON CAUSTIC STRESS CORROSION CRACKING OF A LOW ALLOY STEEL AT 260℃

用慢应变速率法（ＳＳＲＴ）、动电位扫描和循环伏安法研究１６ＭｎＲ钢在氧化铝溶出过程中的高温碱脆行为。结果表明，在２６０℃，１６ＭｎＲ钢的碱脆敏感性随ＮａＯＨ浓度（７．４２－１０．０６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ）的升高而增大；当碱液中含有ＡｌＯ２＾－离子时，１６ＭｎＲ钢的碱脆敏感电位区缩小，样品表面腐蚀产物保护性好，ＡｌＯ２＾－离子对低合金钢高温碱脆有一定抑制作用；１６ＭｎＲ钢在２６０℃碱液中生成的腐蚀产物为Ｆｅ３     

氯化铜在水溶液中的扩散系数的测定SCIEI

用膈膜池法测定了298K条件下CuCl_2在CuCl_2和CuCl_2-HCl水溶液中的扩散系数。发现CuCl_2的扩散系数与其浓度依赖性主要取决于它的化学位和溶液的粘度。

Based on the observation of temperature variation of both domain structure and magnetic con-trast.the thermal demagnetization and randomness of domain nucleation was discussed.     

CoCl2在Ni-P基化学沉积中的作用

在Ni-P基化学沉积液中加入氯化钴,得到Ni-Co-P合金镀层,与Ni-P镀层相比较其性能得以改善。研究了氯化钴对化学沉积所起的作用及其影响机制,结果表明:加入适量的CoCl2可有效提高镀层的硬度和耐热溶液腐蚀性能,并能抑制镀层的晶化,提高其晶化温度。     

PREPARATION OF TEM THIN FOIL CONTAINING POWDER PARTICLE BY ELECTRODEPOSITION METHOD

A practical technique to prepare transmission electron microscopy （TEM） thin foil containing powder particle was described and the data for the codeposition of two type particles with copper in the electroplating were presented. By depositing the particles which were distributed in CuSO4 electrolyte on cathode together with Cu^2＋ in electrodeposition bath, composite coating with suitable thickness could be formed. The thin coating was separated from the substrate and cut into a disc with diameter of 3mm for electropolishing. When the Cu matrix was thinned during electropolishing, the particles contained in the coating plate were also thinned to meet the suitable thickness for TEM observation. Various experimental results revealed that during electrodepositing the current density, pH-value of electrolyte and stirring mode all have significant effects on the distribution of particles in composite coating and the surface quality of the composite coating. The proper parameters used during electrodepositing to prepare TEM thin foil containing powder particle were discussed.     

New inverse method for identification of constitutive parameters

A new inverse method by coupling iSIGHT and ABAQUS was proposed to determine the constitutive parameters of Al2O3sf/LY12 composite deforming at elevated temperature. It combined the merits of the f＇mite element simulation and optimization technique. The direct model was simulated with finite element code ABAQUS. The inverse problem associated with the identification of the constitutive parameters was expressed as a least square optimization problem. The direct simulation and the parameters optimization were implemented in iSIGHT integrated environment. The aim was to match the output of the direct simulation with the experiment data. The capability of the proposed inverse method was demonstrated through the identification of constitutive parameters of Al2O3sf/LY12 composite. The proposed new inverse method is also applicable to other parameters identification which is hardly determined through experiments or direct analytical method.
