测定钠中杂质的手动阻塞计的研究

文章介绍了测定钠中杂质浓度的手动阻塞计的原理、装置和实验结果。为了减少测量误差,我们研究了影响准确测定阻塞温度的因素,并且找到了减少测量误差的办法。在同样的杂质饱和温度下,该阻塞计测得的高、低阻塞温度所对应的杂质浓度差是很接近的。对氧其差值为1.03ppm;对氢为0.0763ppm。

High temperature controlled atmosphere experiments for catalysts in a transmission electron microscope

A new transmission electron microscopy (TEM) specimen preparation procedure for high temperature experiments using a controlled atmosphere specimen holder (HTCASH) has been developed. It is designed for studying the microstructure of catalyst specimens before and after treatments in various gases. The procedure involved (1) finding a new formula for the embedding material, (2) devising a new method of making specimen supports, and (3) developing a method for removing the embedding material after the specimen has been microtomed. These techniques were then brought together to produce the ideal specimens for the HTCASH experiments. As an extra benefit, this procedure is also suitable for preparing specimens for ultrahigh resolution imaging experiments. The application of the new procedure in HTCASH experiments is illustrated through a high temperature reduction of a Co/SiO₂-923 catalyst.     

白钨矿浮选731捕收剂低温乳化试验研究

介绍了731捕收剂在低温条件下试验的情况。试验研究结果表明，采用A和B药剂以5：6的比例混合组成的复合乳化剂对731进行乳化，低温时乳化体系稳定性好，浮选过程中降低乳化731的用量，同时提高了选择性，降低了浮选成本，实现了低温环境下白钨矿正常浮选作业，达到选矿技术攻关指标。     

Breakdown characteristics of oil and paper insulation for a very fast transient voltage

This paper describes the dielectric breakdown characteristics of oil and oil‐impregnated paper for very fast transient (VFT) voltages. Blumlein circuits generate VFT voltages of 60 and 300 ns in a pulse width that simulates disconnecting switching surges in gas‐insulated switch gears. We measured the breakdown voltages of needle‐to‐plane, plane‐to‐plane oil gaps and several pieces of paper between plane electrodes for VFT and lightning impulse voltages. The measured data were formulated in V‐t characteristics and Weibull probability distributions. The inclination n of V‐t characteristics of insulating paper is 150, which is less than n = 13.7 of the plane‐to‐plane oil gap in the VFT time range. The shape parameters of Weibull distribution obtained in this study show that the scattering of breakdown voltages of paper is much less than that of oil. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Corrosion behaviour of low-Si alloyed steels in neutral reducing conditions at 90 °C

Electrochemical investigations on low-Si alloyed steels with Si content ranging from 0.25 to 3.2 wt.% were carried out in a 0.1 M NaCl borate-buffered solution (pH 8.4) in reducing conditions at 90 °C. Silicon as an alloying element was proved to degrade at first the steel ability to passivate. For longer immersion times, protective effects developed more efficiently on the steel containing 3.2 wt.% silicon. Passive layers electrochemically formed in the transpassive domain on the steel containing 3.2% Si were shown to be significantly different from those grown at rest potential.     

含氯取代基的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺的合成与表征

以 2 ,5 -二氯对苯二甲酰氯作为第三单体 ,将其与间苯二甲酰氯、间苯二胺在N ,N -二甲基乙酰胺中进行低温溶液共缩聚反应 ,合成了含氯取代基的聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺。研究了单体摩尔浓度、反应初始温度、叔胺添加剂种类、第三单体用量等对共聚物相对分子质量的影响 ,并用红外光谱、热重分析等方法对共聚物进行了表征。     

半功率点法估计阻尼的一种改进

为了提高半功率点法估计阻尼的精度，探讨了快速傅立叶变换（FFT）离散谱线之间函数值的意义，基于这种连续性理解，构造了半功率点估计阻尼的新算法，采用理论分析与数值仿真相结合的方法研究了半功率点法的主要误差因素和各自特性，特别是其中窗阻尼变化规律，给出了保证阻尼误差小于10％，5％和1％对窗长的要求。

峡口水库沥青混凝土面板的施工与试验

以灌溉、防洪为主的峡口水库大坝，为沥青混凝土面板堆石坝，为研究低温抗裂性能，对沥青混凝土面板破损取样，进行了配比和多种力学性能试验，并与原面板设计指标进行了对比。由于面板经受住了－20℃以下的低温考验，其所用沥青指标、破损取样试验结果，特别是冻断低温指标，对确定水工沥青混凝土低温抗裂检验标准有重要参考价值。
