Synthesis of 5-heteroarylazulenes: first selective electrophilic substitution at the 5-position of azulene

1,3-Di-tert-butylazulene reacted with highly electrophilic trifluoromethanesulfonate of N-containing heterocycles to give 5-(dihydroheteroaryl)azulene derivatives in good yield and treatment of the 5-(dihydroheteroaryl)azulene derivatives with KOH afforded 5-(heteroaryl)azulenes in excellent yield.     

The synthesis of N-substituted ureas II: Nucleophilic substitution of ureas at the carbonyl group

Summary N-Arylsubstituted ureas undergo exchange of the N-residue upon reaction with amines. Using kinetic measurements, investigation of product distribution, regioselectivity, catalysis, and substrate influences, it was shown that this reaction proceeds via a second order nucleophilic substitution at the urea carbonyl center. By means of semiempirical calculations using the MNDO method the alternative mechanism of fragmentation was investigated.

Zur Synthese N-substituierter Harnstoffe II: Nucleophile Substitution von Harnstoffen an der Carbonylgruppe

Zusammenfassung N-Arylsubstituierte Harnstoffe erleiden bei der Reaktion mit Aminen einen Austausch des N-Restes. Durch kinetische Messungen, Untersuchung der Produktverteilung, Regioselektivität, Katalyse und des Einflusses des Edukts konnte abgeleitet werden, daß es sich hiebei um eine nucleophile Substitution zweiter Ordnung am Carbonylzentrum des Harnstoffs handelt. Durch semiempirische Rechnungen mit Hilfe der MNDO Methode wurde der alternative Reaktionsmechanismus einer Fragmentierung untersucht.

大鼠肾组织的超低温快速冷冻固定和冷冻置换研究

超低温快速冷冻固定以极高的冷冻速率（１００００Ｋ／ｓ）对生物组织进行物理固定，可使生物组织结构、组织内可溶性离子及游离性物质得到保存，使被固定后的生物组织保持最接近于原自然状态，这种样品制备方法大大优于化学制备法，因而在Ｘ－射线微分析及免疫细胞化学中得到广泛应用。生物样品超低温快速冷冻后，利用冷冻置换法，在低温下将生物组织内的结晶水缓慢置换出来，而后常规包埋切片，可获得理想的组织结构及组织内待分析成分。本文应用超低温快速冷冻固定技术及冷冻置换法对大鼠肾皮质部的快速冷冻固定及损伤进行探讨。     

（±）—Salvinolone的全合成研究

以２－（３，４－环己基类二氧－５－异丙基）苯基乙醇（２）和３－异丙氧基－５，５－二甲基－１，３－环己烯酮（４）为原料，利用羰基α－位的烷基化反应和分子内的Ｆｒｉｅｄｅｌ－Ｃａｒｆｔｓ反应为关键步骤，经９步反应，合成了多氧芳香型三环二萜类天然产物Ｓａｌｖｉｎｏｌｏｎｅ。     

Catalytic nitrobenzene oxidation of lignins

Alkaline nitrobenzene oxidation of hardwood and softwood lignins in the presence of redox and phase-transfer catalysts was studied. The selectivity of oxidation of lignins increased by 1.7 to 1.9 times. A possible mechanism of catalysis is discussed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Trace enrichment and HPLC analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental samples,using solid phase extraction in connection with UV/VIS diode-array and fluorescence detection

Summary Both the separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH's) on tailor made HPLC phases, and their chromatographic enrichment and quantitative determination are of great interest. Because of the generally low concentrations of PAH's in the environment, and the low limiting values in German legislation for drinking water, methods for selective enrichment and sensitive detection are indispensable. On account of their relatively high amounts in soil, the determination of PAH's is valuable for the assessment of the potential danger to ground water by waste materials. These requirements can be fulfilled by used of solid phase extraction on enrichment columns, and fluorescence or UV/VIS diode array detection. For the detection of PAH's in the picogram range, the wavelengths for excitation and emission were time programmed over the chromatogram. With this feature, it is possible to detect all the individual compounds at the highest sensitivity, over the entire analysis.     

Efficient synthesis of 2- and 3-substituted-2,3-dihydro [1,4]dioxino[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives

A versatile new approach for the synthesis in three steps of 2-substituted-2,3-dihydro[1,4]dioxino[2,3-b]pyridines B via a Smiles rearrangement using easily available reagents is described. A study illustrating the influence of experimental conditions on the progress of the reaction is reported.     

硫代钼酸盐和硫代钨酸盐的合成性质和取代反应的研究

本文提出了在水或水/醇溶液中[NH_4]_2[MO_nS_(4-n)](M=Mo、W,n=0-2)进行取代反应的方法。用该方法合成出[X]_2[MO_nS_(4-n)](X=(n-Bu)_4N、Ph_4P、py—C_(16)H_(33)共18个化合物,其中11个为新化合物,并采用元素分析、红外光谱、电子光谱和X-粉末衍射等方法对这些化合物进行了表征。     

Catalysis of nucleophilic substitution reactions in supramolecular systems

The factors determining the catalytic effect of supramolecular systems on the nucleophilic substitution reactions are analyzed. The role of the structural and phase transitions of nanoaggregates in the catalytic mechanism are determined. The substrate specificity is shown for different structures of the supramolecular composition.
