基于要素服务的地图在线编辑系统设计与实现

针对空间信息平台用户对空间数据的上传、下载、发布和在线编辑的需求,设计实现了基于ArcGIS Server要素服务和Flex的具有地图数据在线编辑功能的Web GIS系统。本系统应用RIA技术,实现了空间与属性数据的在线编辑,符号在线编辑和用户数据管理等,用户体验上也得到很大提升。通过工程化的设计实现,能够满足＂平台＂跨部门多应用主体的实际需求。     

地理国情普查要素采集要求在生产自查中的应用

地理国情普查是一项重大的国情国力调查,应综合考虑各个行业的需求。本文结合地理国情普查内容及要求,对生产作业过程中自查内容及注意事项作出分析总结,进行指导讲解。

Data Extraction Technology of Land Cover Element in Geographic Conditions Census Based on FME by YU Yongsheng Abstract In this paper, the problems and deficiencies of land cover classification based on vector and raster overlay were analyzed under the Wuhan geographic conditions census project. The thematic elements extraction and processing technology for large scale topographic map data were proposed. The results show that this method can improve the efficiency and quality of land cover classification interprets, and show certain significance for carrying out the geographic conditions census. 农村土地调查基本农田上图方法

土地是人类赖以生存和社会发展的物质基础,耕地是农业生产最基本、不可替代的生产资料。基本农田调查是农村土地调查最为重要的一个部分,基本农田上图工作对于政府部门制定土地政策、优化土地结构、保护耕地、提高耕地质量具有十分重要的意义。本文从基本农田概念的引入、基本农田上图技术流程、基本农田保护块上图以及图件编制、数据汇总几个方面阐述了农村土地调查基本农田的上图方法。
