输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石110例

目的总结输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法采用F8/9.8 Wolf硬性输尿管镜、JUN—AIR气压弹道碎石机治疗110例输尿管结石。结果输尿管镜直视下一次碎石成功105例，成功率95．5％（105／110），1～6周内结石全部排净。2例因置镜失败改开放手术，3例输尿管上段结石上移至肾脏行ESWL2例，口服排石药物治疗1例。术后泌尿系感染5例，轻度肉眼血尿1～3d。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石是治疗输尿管中、下段结石的有效方法之一，具有碎石率高、安全、并发症少、操作简单的优点。     

The study of diethylstilbestrol toxic effect in the mouse sertoli cell line by comparison of miRNA and mRNA expression

It is important to acknowledge the harmful effects of environmental chemicals in human’s lives. The toxic effects of Diethylstilbestrol (DES), one of the endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), have been documented in many studies. As expected, DES affect male gendal hormone as well as female’s; therefore, epigenetic study should be considered. In this study, microarray technology was used to study harmful effects on the level of genomics, and here, two types of microarray chips- the Agilent mouse genome 4 × 44 K array for gene expression profiling and the Agilent mouse miRNA v13 for miRNA expression profiling-was used to study the relation between gene and miRNA expression profiles. As a result, we identified 4 miRNAs (miR 203, 350, 421, and 466i) that were similarly expressed at 3 hrs and 24 hrs of DES treat times. Twenty one genes matched between predicted target for 4 miRNAs and 118 genes expressed similarly. These genes have functions related to cell differentiation and cell cycle. Therefore, DES affects cellular function and induces toxicity in TM4 cells. In future studies, it is necessary to find more related functions and mechanisms of DES in the system.     

鼻内镜下上颌窦（扩大）内壁切除术在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤手术中的应用

目的探讨鼻内镜下上颌窦（扩大）内壁切除术在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤手术中的应用价值。方法回顾分析2002年1月～2006年12月采用鼻内镜下上颌窦（扩大）内壁切除术治疗鼻内翻性乳头状瘤10例的临床资料。结果10例均在鼻内镜下完全切除。10例随访12～72个月,平均30个月;术后仅1例术后1年后复发;10例均无溢泪发生。结论鼻内镜下上颌窦（扩大）内壁切除术在鼻内翻性乳头状瘤手术中的应用是可行的,基本接近鼻侧切开的手术范围;最大优点是可避免面部瘢痕、创伤小、手术视野清晰、能够准确完整地切除肿瘤、术后复发率低。     

Assessment of global and regional left ventricular twist and displacement in anterior myocardial infarction using 2-dimensional strain imaging

The recent development of 2-dimensional strain (2D strain) imaging can provide a powerful alternative for assessing left ventricular (LV) torsion. This study was conducted to evaluate the global and regional left ventricular twist by 2D strain in patients with anterior wall myocardial infarction (AMI). A total of 55 AMI patients were divided into two groups according to their ejection fraction (EF) values (group A: LVEF ⩾ 50%; group B: LVEF < 50%), and 35 normal people served as the control group. Using 2-dimensional strain software, global and regional LV rotation and displacement were obtained at two planes. Compared with the control group, patients of group A showed reduced peak LV twist of the anterior and anterior-septal wall (9.26±1.89 vs 10.74±2.67; 9.71±1.71 vs 11.36±2.29, both P < 0.05), but the radial displacement and global twist were maintained (P > 0.05). Differently, regional and global LV twist and radial displacement in patients of group B deceased significantly, especially in the anterior and anterior-septal wall, as compared with patients in the control or group A (both P < 0.05). Moreover, a strong correlation was noted between peak twist and radial displacement; the twist-displacement loop was markedly distorted in patients of group B. This study demonstrated that 2D strain has a potential ability for quantification of left ventricular global and segment twist and radial displacement in patients with coronary artery disease.     

Two novel gastric cancer-associated genes identified by differential display

AIM To clone novel gastric cancer-associated genes and investigate their roles in gastric cancer occurrence.METHODS A method called differential display was used which allows the identification of differentially expressed genes by using PAGE to display PCR-amplified cDNA fragments between gastric cancer cells and normal gastric mucosa cells. These fragments were cloned into plasmid vector pUC18. Homology analysis was made after sequencing these fragments.RESULTS Two novel genes were identified compared with sequences from GenBank. One was registered with the AD number AF 051783. In situ hybridization showed that these two novel genes expressed specifically in gastric cancer tissues.CONCLUSION The two novel genes obtained by differential display were confirmed to be gastric cancer-associated genes using in situ hybridization.

介绍了我国环卫设备的发展现状,并提出了存在的一些问题.根据我国环卫产业政策的有关要求:论述了各种环卫设备研究和开发的方向,指出大力推进环卫机械设备的标准化、系列化、通用化、规模化是社会主义市场经济发展和环卫业发展的需要.     

时滞系统鲁棒稳定性的新判据

基于Ｌｙａｐｎｕｏｖ泛函方法，研究了满足匹配条件的不确定性时滞系统的鲁棒稳定性及具有稳定度β〉０鲁棒稳定性，给出了已有结果不能推出的新判据。这些新判据对已有结果难以使用的情况下也可有是有效的，或有时减少了已有结果的保守性。     

冠心病、高脂血症和低高密度脂蛋白血症患者载脂蛋白Al基因的多态性

本实验用分析基因限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(Restriction fragment length olymorphisms,RFLPs)技术,检测到中国人载脂蛋白AI(Apolipoprotein AI。Apo AI)基因3′端存一PstI多态位点,并发现该多态位点与低高密度脂蛋白(HDL)血症及冠心病有较密切的关系。
