机车紧急制动装置使用中的几个问题

针对机车紧急制动装置使用中出现的问题进行了分析，并提出了几点解决问题的方法，对今后紧急制动装置的设计和使用具有一定的参考价值。     

数字电视测试信号

本文指出生成视频数字电视测试信号需逐个像素计算各分量信号值，为此建立了它们的数学模型，并用计算机予以实现。与传统方法相比，更加精确，便于应用、修改、增删、存储和交换。本文还提出和生成了测试数字电视或二维、三维信号处理电路性能的测试信号。     

光盘的出错率分析和研究

本文通过对光存储系统出错特性的分析，研究了一些描述出错特性的主要参数，并且给出了描述出错特性的Ｇｉｌｂｅｒｔ模型及其改进型模型。     

高压条件下伴随化学反应两相流动的数值模拟

建立了高装填密度火药床在高压条件下的一维两相流体力学方程组，探讨了两相自由射流边界的处理方法，并对其进行了数值求解．揭示了对流燃烧过程的燃烧机理．数值结果与实验测得的压力曲线和火焰阵面曲线有较好的一致性     

Determination of the epitope of an inhibitory antibody to proliferating cell nuclear antigen

We identified an expansion of the CAG trinucleotide repeat in the coding region of the Machado-Joseph disease gene in 7 of 24 American families diagnosed with autosomal dominant ataxia. All affected individuals were heterozygous for an expanded allele that ranged from 67 to more than 200 CAG repeats, whereas the normal allele had 14 to 33 repeats. In contrast to the Azorean-Portuguese origins of Machado-Joseph disease, the two largest American families were of German and Dutch-African descent. Clinical, pathologic, and genetic evaluations suggest that American families with spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 differ from those with Machado-Joseph disease by their ethnic origins, predominant spinopontine atrophy, lack of dystonic features, and larger CAG repeat expansion.

The X-linked lymphoproliferative-disease gene product SAP regulates signals induced through the co-receptor SLAM

In addition to triggering the activation of B- or T-cell antigen receptors, the binding of a ligand to its receptor at the cell surface can sometimes determine the physiological outcome of interactions between antigen-presenting cells, T and B lymphocytes. The protein SLAM (also known as CDw150), which is present on the surface of B and T cells, forms such a receptor-ligand pair as it is a self-ligand. We now show that a T-cell-specific, SLAM-associated protein (SAP), which contains an SH2 domain and a short tall, acts as an inhibitor by blocking recruitment of the SH2-domain-containing signal-transduction molecule SHP-2 to a docking site in the SLAM cytoplasmic region. The gene encoding SAP maps to the same area of the X chromosome as the locus for X-linked lymphoproliferative disease (XLP) and we found mutations in the SAP gene in three XLP patients. Absence of the inhibitor SAP in XLP patients affects T/B-cell interactions induced by SLAM, leading to an inability to control B-cell proliferation caused by Epstein-Barr virus infections.     

一个低电阻率油气藏的测井评价

根据J油田大量岩芯分析资料,应用油藏流体分布理论和毛管压力计算方法,研究该油田低电阻率油气层的形成原因认为:地层水矿化度高(多数>20万ppm);微细孔隙发育,束缚水含量高;粘土矿物含量高且分布在碎屑颗粒表面等是形成低电阻率油气层的主要原因.一般常规测井评价时,对这种低电阻率油气层容易误释而丢弃.依据油气藏流体分布原理,应用毛管压力方法计算原始含油饱和度,可准确地识别出这种低电阻油气层,并可预测其产能.     

一种新型有机非线性光学材料的光折效应及其产生机理

本文介绍了一种新近研制的光折聚合物。实验表明，除去吸收和反射，入射光束经聚合物后的第一布拉格衍射效率高达８６％，材料也显示出双光束耦合的净增益高于２４０ｃｍ＾－１。这些结果表明，这种新型研制的光折聚合物材料是替代无机光折晶体的实用材料。
