The key factor of realizing super-resolution optical microscopy at the single-molecule level is to separately position two adjacent molecules. An opportunity to independently localize target molecules is provided by the intermittency (blinking) in fluorescence of a quantum dot (QD) under the condition that the blinking of each emitter can be recorded and identified. Herein we develop a spectral imaging based color nanoscopy which is capable of determining which QD is blinking in the multicolor QD complex through tracking the first-order spectrum, and thus, the distance at tens of nanometers between two QDs is measured. Three complementary oligonucleotides with lengths of 15, 30, and 45 bp are constructed as calibration rulers. QD585 and QD655 are each linked at one end. The measured average distances are in good agreement with the calculated lengths with a precision of 6 nm, and the intracellular dual-color QDs within a diffraction-limited spot are distinguished. 相似文献

针对软土地区采用桩墩扶壁复合土钉墙围护结构的基坑,按实际工况进行了开挖支护的三维非线性有限元模拟,其中土体采用修正剑桥弹塑性模型,计算结果与现场实测数据能较好地吻合,表明本文研究方法是可行的。现场实测数据与四种不同型式复合土钉墙围护结构基坑开挖的数值计算结果,均表明三维基坑开挖存在明显的“角部效应”;在复合土钉墙中设置灌注桩墩与锚杆对于减小灌注桩、搅拌桩、锚杆、土钉及周边土体变形及内力有是利的,且灌注桩墩的影响效应要超过锚杆,故在深基坑开挖中采用桩墩扶壁复合土钉墙支护结构是合理有效的。 相似文献

A database-based strategy of candidate generation was proposed for molecular design of new de-phenol extractants following the idea of finding new applications of existing commercial compounds. The strategy has the advantage that the environmental, safety and health risks of candidate compounds are known and controllable.In this work, the Existing Commercial Compounds (ECC) database and special combined search strategy were developed as the base for the proposed CAMD method following such idea, and molecules for phenol extraction used in coking wastewater treatment were selected from the ECC database. The candidate solvents cover the following categories: ketones, esters, ethers, alcohols, anhydrides and benzene compounds, which are consistent with the de-phenol extractants commonly used in the industry or experiment. The compounds with higher partition coefficient and selectivity than widely used methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) are mainly ketones. 26 obtained molecules showhigher partition coefficient and selectivity than MIBK,which are suggested to be further investigated by experiment. Furthermore, analysis of these potential moleculesmay present the effective functional groups as the initial group set to generate newmolecular structures of de-phenol extractants. The results showthat the proposedmethod enables us to efficiently generate chemicals with benefits of less time, less economical cost, and known environmental impact as well. 相似文献

采用EO20PO70EO20(P123)作为模板剂,通过溶胶-凝胶-程序升温溶剂热一步法并经不同时间微波辐射处理,制备了一系列纳米复合材料Ag/TiO2。采用XRD、XPS、TEM、N2吸附-脱附测定和SEM-EDS等测试手段对其组成、结构及形貌等进行表征。结果显示,微波辐射5min制备的Ag/TiO2晶型结构最佳,该产物中Ag以单质形式存在,其比表面积可达100.64m2·g-1,平均孔径约为6.9nm。与未经微波辐射样品相比,其颗粒细小、结构规则、分布均匀、无明显团聚现象。以甲基橙为模型分子,考察经不同时间微波辐射处理的纳米复合材料Ag/TiO2的紫外光催化活性。结果表明,在微波功率为200W,微波时间为5min时获得的Ag/TiO2的催化活性最高,循环使用3次后降解率仍能达到80%以上。 相似文献

1-Hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) is a ubiquitous metabolite of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and has been widely used as a biomarker for evaluation of human exposure to PAHs. In this paper, an electrochemical sensor consisted of graphene oxide nanoribbon (GON)/octa(3-aminopropyl)octasilae quioxane octahydrochloride (OA-POSS) framework films (GON/OA-POSS) modified electrode for pre-concentrating and sensing of 1-OHP was described. The GON/OA-POSS composite films were prepared by hierarchically layer-by-layer assembly via electrostatic interactions. GON, which has higher electrical conductivity than that of graphene oxide, offers residual π-conjugated systems for adsorption of 1-OHP via π–π stacking interaction. Meanwhile, OA-POSS nanocages make the GON layers frameworked to enhance contacting between GON and 1-OHP. When 1-OHP was pre-concentrated on GON/OA-POSS frameworks modified electrode, the response signal and adsorption stability was enhanced significantly. Differential pulse voltammetry was used for direct determination of 1-OHP. The electrochemical sensor calibration curve had a range of 0.1–12.55 μM (R = 0.995) with a detection limit of 0.04 μM. We have synthesized water soluble zinc selenium (ZnSe) nanocrystals by using mercaotoacetic acid (TGA) as the stabilizer. The synthesized ZnSe nanocrystals were co-doped with poly[2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy-p-phenylenevinylene)] (MEH-PPV) to fabricate an organic/ inorganic hybrid multilayer light-emitting device (LED). The structure of the device was indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/poly (ethylene-dioxythiophene):poly(styrenesul-fonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/MEH-PPV:ZnSe/bathocuproine (BCP)/tris-(8-hydroxylquinoline)-aluminum (Alq3)/Al. We demonstrate that the device has a lower driving voltage and increased current densities and power efficiencies owing to the co-doped ZnSe quantum dots. We obtained good efficiency of the devices when the quality ratio of MEH-PPV and ZnSe quantum dots was 1:1. 相似文献
