The success of several constraint-based modeling languages such as OPL, ZINC or COMET, appeals for better software engineering
practices, particularly in the testing phase. This paper introduces a testing framework enabling automated test case generation
for constraint programming. We propose a general framework of constraint program development which supposes that a first declarative
and simple constraint model is available from the problem specifications analysis. Then, this model is refined using classical
techniques such as constraint reformulation, surrogate, redundant, implied, global constraint and symmetry-breaking to form
an improved constraint model that must be thoroughly tested before being used to address real-sized problems. We think that
most of the faults are introduced in this refinement step and propose a process which takes the first declarative model as
an oracle for detecting non-conformities and derive practical test purposes from this process. We implemented this approach
in a new tool called CPTEST that was used to automatically detect non-conformities on classical benchmark programs, such as the Golomb rulers, n-queens,

Mechanical stimulation, as provided by physiotherapy or controlled motion is essentially the only factor able to improve anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) healing. We investigate the cellular effects of such stimulus. Two types of stimulations are applied on canine ACL fibroblasts: repetitive stretch of an elastomeric adhesion substrate and a laminar flow of culture media over the culture surface. Cell orientation, proliferation rate, synthesis and type of collagen as well as proteoglycans (PG) synthesis and hydrodynamic characteristics have been studied. According to our results, the fibroblasts tend to align perpendicularly to the deformation axis of their substrate, and along a laminar flow. The shear stress induced by the laminar flow does not modify significantly proliferation rate nor extracellular matrix synthesis. Substrate stretching however, increases proliferation rate, collagen synthesis, mostly type III, and PG synthesis, principally of small sizes. The characteristics of fibroblasts submitted to repeated deformation match those of fibroblasts from ligament scar tissues. Their orientation perpendicular to substratum deformation differs from the one usually encountered in the undamaged tissue: aligned on the ligament axis. 相似文献

For the first time the growth of dichlorobis (thiourea) zinc(II) (ZTC) monocrystal in presence of Phenol red dye of considerably good size (~13 mm?×?5 mm) has been achieved from aqueous solution using slow evaporation solution technique at room temperature. The solubility was calculated at different temperatures. The crystal structure was confirmed through X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystallinity of the dyed crystals has been enhanced revealed by Powder X-ray diffraction study. The presence of dye was inveterate by FT-IR and FT-Raman spectroscopic studies. The scanning electron microscopy analyses show that the grown crystals with dye are better than pure. Diffused reflectance was measured and optical band gap was calculated found to be enhanced from 4.5 to 4.65 eV for dyed crystals. The enhancement in the PL intensity has been observed in the dyed crystals. DSC study shows that the thermal stability has been remarkably enhanced from 163?°C (pure) to 203?°C (dyed) and various other thermal parameters are calculated. The surface study shows that the grown crystals with dye possess less dislocation than pure. Mechanical strength of the dyed crystal is found to be remarkably enhanced. Third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility (χ3) of PRZTC was found to be 2 times higher than pure. All results suggest that the properties of ZTC crystals grown in presence of dye are enhanced and can be considered as better contender in various nonlinear devices. 相似文献

According to the physical optic approximation, a physical scale factor is suggested for scale model measurement of radar cross section (RCS). By this factor, the models of radar targets can be tested at the same frequency as prototype. This is significant for the lack of experimental equipment required or the problem of frequency dependency of radar absorbing materials on the objects. For the purpose of further verification and comparison, millimeter-wave is used to measure the model at the wavelength scaling down proportionally to the prototype. The current-voltage characteristics of mono-crystalline solar cell device under dark and illumination of 100 mW/m2 (AM1.5) were measured. The efficiency of the studied device under AM1.5 was found to be 14.22%±0.2 compared with the company standards. The capacitance properties of mono-crystalline silicon solar cell device were investigated under dark and illumination conditions. The studied mono-crystalline silicon solar cell exhibits an unusual photocapacitance ranging from 50.4 to 4585 nF under dark and 100 mW/m2 (AM1.5) of white light, respectively. The drastic increase in the capacitance of the solar cell is due to the space charge polarization induced by the increasing number of photogenerated carriers. The photocapacitance mechanism of the solar cell was interpreted by modified Goswami and Goswami (MGG) model. The relative capacitance Cph/Cd (the ratio between the capacitance under illumination to the capacitance under dark) and the relative resistance Rph/Rd (the ratio between the resistance under illumination to the resistance under dark) as a function of the applied frequency at different illuminations were interpreted. The values of the interface state density Nss and interface capacitance Css are increased with the increasing illumination intensities. The prepared mono-silicon solar cell device is a good candidate for photocapacitive and photoresistive sensors in modern electronic and optoelectronic devices. 相似文献
