本文阐述了企业账面利润与现金流量的关系 ,指出了企业账面利润与现金流量的四个不同点 ,并且提出了一个现代企业应如何在四个方面做好工作 ,正确处理好这两者的关系。     

Rolling and Lifting Probabilities for Sediment Entrainment

This study addresses the rolling and lifting probabilities for sediment entrainment by incorporating the probabilistic features of the turbulent fluctuation and bed grain geometry. The lognormally distributed instantaneous velocity and uniformly distributed initial grain position, along with a relation between lift coefficient and particle Reynolds number, are used to extend the theoretical formulation of the entrainment probabilities in smooth-bed flows. The two threshold conditions identified herein enable us to precisely define the probabilities of entrainment in the rolling and lifting modes. The results obtained in this study coincide well with the published data. The lifting probability increases monotonously with the dimensionless shear stress θ, which is consistent with the earlier results yet displays improved agreement with the experimental data. The maximum value of rolling probability, with a magnitude of 0.25, occurs at θ ≈ 0.15. For θ<0.05 (or θ>0.6), the rolling (or lifting) probability makes up more than 90% of the total entrainment probability and thus can be used as an approximation to the total probability of entrainment. The proposed rolling and lifting probabilities are further linked to the two separate criteria for incipient motion to explore the critical entrainment probabilities. The results reveal that a consistent probability corresponding to the critical state of sediment entrainment cannot be found.     

一种应用于二次布局的有效划分方法

提出了一种基于二次布局的结合MFFC结群和hMETIS划分的算法.实验表明:这种方法能得到很好的布局结果,但是运行消耗的时间比较长.为了缩短划分在二次布局中运行的时间,提出了一种改进的结群算法IMFFC,用它在二次布局中做划分.与前者相比较,这种方法虽然布局质量稍差,但速度更快.     

回龙电站地下厂房开挖施工技术

回龙电站地下厂房设计开挖尺寸为112m×42m×16m(长×高×宽),采用岩壁吊车梁新型结构形式。厂房结构布置自上而下共分6层,结构复杂;施工面相互交叉,干扰因素多,爆破施工安全隐患大。通过精心组织,结合优质的施工技术和周密的措施,较好地完成了开挖任务。图1幅,表3个。     

Organosoluble and light-colored fluorinated polyimides derived from 2,3-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)naphthalene and aromatic dianhydrides

A novel fluorinated bis(ether amine) monomer, 2,3-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)naphthalene, was prepared through the nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction of 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride and 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene in the presence of potassium carbonate, followed by catalytic reduction with hydrazine and Pd/C. A series of new fluorine-containing polyimides having inherent viscosities of 0.54 to 1.10 dl/g were synthesized from the diamine with various commercially available aromatic dianhydrides using a standard two-stage process with thermal imidization of poly(amic acid) films. These polyimides were highly soluble in a variety of organic solvents, and most of them afforded transparent, light-colored, and tough films with good tensile strengths. These polyimides exhibited glass transition temperatures (T_gs) of 247-300 °C and showed no significant decomposition below 500 °C under either nitrogen or air atmosphere. Except for the polyimide derived from pyromellitic dianhydride, the polyimide films were almost colorless, with an ultraviolet-visible absorption cutoff wavelength below 400 nm and low b∗ values (a yellowness index) of 10.7-41.9. These polyimides had dielectric constants of 3.09 to 3.65 (1 MHz) and moisture absorptions in the range of 0.2-0.3 wt%.     

In situ polymerization and characterization of polyester‐based polyurethane/nano‐silica composites

Polyester‐based polyurethane/nano‐silica composites were obtained via in situ polymerization and investigated by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), or FTIR coupled with attenuated total reflectance (FTIR‐ATR), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), an Instron testing machine, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and ultraviolet‐visible spectrophotometry (UV‐vis). FTIR analysis showed that in situ polymerization provoked some chemical reactions between polyester molecules and nano‐silica particles. FTIR‐ATR, TEM and AFM analyses showed that both surface and interface contained nano‐silica particles. Instron testing and DMA data showed that introducing nano‐silica particles into polyurethane enhanced the hardness, glass temperature and adhesion strength of polyurethane to the substrate, but also increased the resin viscosity. UV‐vis spectrophotometry showed that nano‐silica obtained by the fumed method did not shield UV radiation in polyurethane films. Copyright © 2003 Society of Chemical Industry

High-power 1320-nm wafer-bonded VCSELs with tunnel junctions

A new long-wavelength vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser structure is described that utilizes AlGaAs-GaAs mirrors bonded to AlInGaAs-InP quantum wells with an intracavity buried tunnel junction. This structure offers complete wavelength flexibility in the 1250-1650 nm fiber communication bands and reduces the high free-carrier losses and bonded junction voltage drops in previous devices. The intracavity contacts electrically bypass the bonded junctions to reduce threshold voltage. N-type current spreading layers and undoped AlGaAs mirrors minimize optical losses. This has enabled 134/spl deg/C maximum continuous-wave lasing temperature, 2-mW room-temperature continuous-wave single-mode power, and 1-mW single-mode power at 80/spl deg/C, in various devices in the 1310-1340 nm wavelength range.

Predicting chain conformation and entanglement of polymers from chemical structure

The characteristic ratio C_∞ and the entanglement molecular weight M_e are two key molecular parameters that control melt viscoelasticity, solid mechanical (brittle/ductile) behavior, and adhesion of polymers. We show that the characteristic ratio C_∞ and the entanglement molecular weight M_e can be predicted from chemical structure by group additivity with uncertainties usually less than ～ 7% for C_∞ and ～ 15% for M_e, comparable with the accuracies of experimental values.
