中压汽包法兰断裂失效原因分析及改进措施

本文针对中压汽包法兰断裂失效原因进行分析，指出汽包上两个法兰同时断裂的原因在于安全阀排汽管路设计上的失误，并提出对安全阀排汽系统的改进措施。     

高分子材料配方均匀设计系统

结合实验均匀设计和逐步回归优化方法，设计了更为科学的高分子材料配方设计系统，可更准确地预测产品的性能，简化实验程序，提高实验效率。该系统特别适用于多因素多水平多指标实验，在配方变量的变化范围内，利用回归方程建立单一组分与性能间的关系，并可用于预测某一配方的性能指数，利用计算机程序在设定优化条件后可得到相应的优化配方及其性能指标。     

Effects of soaking soybeans in dilute acids on biologically active components

Soaking soybeans in dilute acids affected activities of lipoxygenase, trypsin inhibitor and urease. Effects of soaking time, acid concentration and soaking temperature were investigated. Lipoxygenase activity was completely eliminated by soaking in 0.3 M HC1 at either 23°C or 40°C for 8 hr. Less than 50% trypsin inhibitor remained and urease was inactivated to an acceptable level (0.04 ΔpH).

Numerical study of particle dispersion in the wake of gas-particle flows past a circular cylinder using discrete vortex method

A numerical investigation on the particle dispersion in the wake of particle-laden gas flows past a circular cylinder at Reynolds number of 10⁵ is presented. In the numerical method, the Discrete Vortex Method with the diffusion velocity model is employed to calculate the unsteady gas flow fields and a Lagrangian approach is applied to track individual particles. A dispersion function is defined to represent the dispersion scale of the particle. The distributions of gas velocities and vortex blobs, the trajectories and dispersion functions as well as distributions for particles with various Stokes numbers ranging from 0.01 to 1000 are obtained. The numerical results show that: (1) very small sized particles with St = 0.01 can distribute both in the vortex core and around the vortex periphery, whereas intermediate sized particles with St = 1.0, 10 are distributed around the vortex periphery, and very large sized particles with St = 1000 do not feel the gas flow; (2) only at small Stokes number (St = 0.01, 0.1) the particles do not impact with the cylinder; (3) the particle's dispersion intensity decreases precipitously as St is increased from 0.01 to 10.     

Effect of scraped-surface tube cooler temperatures on the physical properties of palm oil margarine

The effects of scraped-surface tube cooler temperatures on the isothermal solid fat content (SFC) of palm oil margarine during processing and on margarine consistency (yield value, g/cm²), SFC, and polymorphic changes in storage were studied. SFC was measured in the mixing tank after leaving the tube cooler and the pin worker. The SFC at the tube cooler exit was proportional to the amount of cooling; a higher SFC was produced by more extreme cooling treatment. The SFC of all margarines were reduced in the pin worker, and the reduction was related to the initial SFC profile of palm oil. Margarine samples were stored at 28°C for 28 d and tested daily. Margarine processed at 25°C in the tube cooler had the highest consistency and the least change in SFC, but by the second week crystals had transformed into the β form. Uniform product consistency and SFC were observed in margarines processed at 20 and 15°C. These margarines retained the β′ crystal form for 3 and 4 wk, respectively. The best palm oil margarine was obtained with a tube cooler temperature of 15°C and a residence time of 1.8 min.     

The kinetics of B‐a and P‐a type copolybenzoxazine via the ring opening process

The structure of benzoxazines is similar to that of phenolic resin through thermal self‐curing of the heterocyclic ring opening reaction that neither requires catalyst nor releases any condensation byproduct. These polybenzoxazine resins have several outstanding properties such as high thermal stability and high glass transition temperature. To better understand the curing kinetics of this copolybenzoxazine thermosetting resin, dynamic and isothermal differential scanning calorimetry measurements were performed. Three models, the Kissinger method, the Flynn–Wall–Osawa method, and the Kamal method, were used to describe the curing process. Dynamic kinetic activation energies based on Kissinger and Flynn–Wall–Osawa methods are 72.11 and 84.06 KJ/mol, respectively. The Kamal method based on an autocatalytic model results in a total order of reaction between 2.66 and 3.03, depending on curing temperature. 良好设施 科学规范化管理的必要性

江西省药物研究所于2008年建立了实验动物屏障设施,同年八月取得《实验动物使用许可证》,现已正常运行两年,由于我们严格按照屏障系统设施标准操作规范进行管理,实验动物屏障设施启用后,一直比较稳定。通过对实验动物屏障设施空调净化系统两年多的运行管理,深深体会到良好设施科学规范管理是非常必要的。
