A high voltage step-up nonisolated DC–DC converter based on coupled inductors suitable to photovoltaic (PV) systems applications is proposed in this paper. Considering that numerous approaches exist to extend the voltage conversion ratio of DC–DC converters that do not use transformers, a detailed comparison is also presented among the proposed converter and other popular topologies such as the conventional boost converter and the quadratic boost converter. The qualitative analysis of the coupled-inductor-based topology is developed so that a design procedure can be obtained, from which an experimental prototype is implemented to validate the theoretical assumptions.  相似文献

The copper‐catalyzed azide–alkyne 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition (CuAAC) is extensively used for the functionalization of well‐defined polymeric materials. However, the necessity for copper, which is inherently toxic, limits the potential applications of these materials in the area of biology and biomedicine. Therefore, the first entirely copper‐free procedure for the synthesis of clickable coatings for the immobilization of functional molecules is reported. In the first step, azide‐functional coatings are prepared by thermal crosslinking of side‐chain azide‐functional polymers and dialkyne linkers. In a second step, three copper‐free click reactions (i.e., the Staudinger ligation, the dibenzocyclooctyne‐based strain‐promoted azide–alkyne [3+2] cycloaddition, and the methyl‐oxanorbornadiene‐based tandem cycloaddition?retro‐Diels?Alder (crDA) reaction) are used to functionalize the azide‐containing surfaces with fluorescent probes, allowing qualitative comparison with the traditional CuAAC.  相似文献

We investigated the influence of the growth rate on the quality of zero-net-strained InGaAsP/InGaAsP/InP multiquantum well structures for 1.55 μm emission grown by low pressure metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy. The samples consisted of fixed compressive strained wells (ɛ=+1%) and tensile strained barriers (ɛ=−0.5%) grown with different quaternary bandgap wavelengths (λB=1.1–1.4 μm). Using higher growth rates, we obtained for the first time high quality zero net strained multi quantum well structures, regardless having constant group V composition in the well and barriers. The samples were analyzed by x-ray diffraction, photoluminescence and atomic force microscopy techniques. The amplitude of surface modulation roughness along [011] direction decreased from 20 nm to 0.53 nm with increasing growth rate and/or quaternary compositions grown outside the miscibility gap. A new deep PL broad emission band strongly correlated with the onset of wavy layer growth is also reported. Broad area and ridge waveguide lasers with 10 wells exhibited low losses (34 cm−1) and low threshold current densities at infinite cavity length (1020 A·cm−2 and 1190 A·cm−2, respectively).  相似文献

In this paper we discuss estimation and diagnostic procedures in semiparametric additive models with symmetric errors in order to permit distributions with heavier and lighter tails than the normal ones, such as Student-t, Pearson VII, power exponential, logistics I and II, and contaminated normal, among others. Such models belong to the general class of statistical models GAMLSS proposed by Rigby and Stasinopoulos (Appl. Stat. 54:507–554, 2005). A back-fitting algorithm to attain the maximum penalized likelihood estimates (MPLEs) by using natural cubic smoothing splines is presented. In particular, the score functions and Fisher information matrices for the parameters of interest are expressed in a similar notation of that used in parametric symmetric models. Sufficient conditions on the existence of the MPLEs are presented as well as some inferential results and discussions on degrees of freedom and smoothing parameter estimation. Diagnostic quantities such as leverage, standardized residual and normal curvatures of local influence under two perturbation schemes are derived. A real data set previously analyzed under normal linear models is reanalyzed under semiparametric additive models with symmetric errors.  相似文献

Nanostructured materials have been widely studied due to the improvement of their mechanical properties comparing to those of coarse grain materials. The present work intended to analyze the microstructure and microhardness of Zr-2.5Nb processed by high-pressure torsion (HPT), one of the severe plastic deformation techniques. The deformations were carried out at room temperature using a pressure of 5?GPa and 5 anvil turns. Vickers indentation was used to evaluate the microhardness of the samples. Transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the microstructure. The results showed a significant refinement from the initial microstructure achieving nanometric grain size around 50?nm and phase transformation α?→?ω?+?βI induced by shear. The Vickers microhardness values of the material submitted to HPT technique were significantly higher than those of non-deformed material. Also, HPT procedure resulted in a huge grain refinement of the material and in phase transformation.  相似文献

Herpes simplex virus (HSV) 1 and 2 are viruses that infect individuals worldwide and for which there is no cure or vaccine available. The protective response against herpes is mostly mediated by CD8 T lymphocytes that respond to the immunodominant SSIEFARL epitope. However, there are some obstacles concerning the use of free SSIEFARL for vaccine or immunotherapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of nanoencapsulation of SSIEFARL and its immunostimulatory properties. Nano/SSIEFARL was produced by interfacial polymerization in methylmetacrylate, and the physico‐chemical properties, morphology and immunobiological parameters were evaluated. To evaluate the ex vivo capacity of Nano/SSIEFARL, we used splenocytes from HSV‐1‐infected mice to enhance the frequency of SSIEFARL‐specific CD8 T lymphocytes. The results indicate that Nano/SSIEFARL has a spherical shape, an average diameter of 352 ± 22 nm, the PDI was 0.361 ± 0.009 and is negatively charged (−26.30 ± 35). The stability at 4°C was 28 days. Also, Nano/SSIEFARL is not toxic for cells at low concentrations in vitro and it is taken up by JAWS II dendritic cells. No histopathological changes were observed in kidneys, liver and lymph nodes of animals treated with Nano/SSIEFARL. Nan/SSIEFARL increased the production of IL‐1β, TNF‐α and IL‐12 by the dendritic cells. Finally, Nano/SSIEFARL expanded the frequency of SSIEFARL‐specific CD8+T lymphocytes at the same rate as free SSIEFARL. In conclusion all data together indicate that SSIEFARL is suitable for nanoencapsulation, and the system produced presents some immunoadjuvant properties that can be used to improve the immune response against herpes.  相似文献

An in-pile experiment for the determination of the relative abundances and decay constants of delayed neutrons has been successfully performed at the IPEN/MB-01 research reactor facility. The experimental data are of good quality and can be used to validate theoretical predictions of the delayed neutron group constants based on the current knowledge of the fission products yields and emission probabilities for known precursors. The theory/experiment comparison shows that the current release of ENDF/B-VI, namely release 8, shows severe discrepancies in both relative abundances and in its first decay constant. The version revised at LANL shows very good progress in both aspects. JENDL3.3 shows the best performance in the C/E comparison. One of the main achievements of the experiment was the consistency of the measured first decay constant to that of 87Br. Finally, it is also shown preliminary experimental results for an eight-group model.  相似文献

Alcohol-free beer with isotonic properties is getting more popular and its production can be carried out by different production strategies; however, interrupted fermentation is still a challenge. Therefore, the objective of this study was to develop a low-alcohol isotonic beer (<0.5% v/v) by interrupted fermentation. Moreover, the major objective is to compare the developed product to commercial beverages (sports drinks, ‘Pilsen' regular beer, alcohol-free beers and low-alcohol isotonic beer). The beverages were evaluated based on pH, alcohol content (% v/v), total titratable acidity (mEq L−1), osmolality (mOsmol kg−1), bitterness International Bitterness Units, colour European Brewery Convention, total phenolic compounds (mg L−1 gallic acid), reducing and total sugars (%) and Na and K contents (mg L−1). The developed low-alcohol isotonic beer presented characteristics similar to sports drinks, with the advantage of being richer in phenolic compounds and suitable osmolality. Despite salts were added in its formulation, the grades attributed to all beers employed in the sensory evaluation, as well as the purchase intention did not present significant differences.  相似文献
