Transfected glucocorticoid receptor and certain GR fragments evoke cell death in malignant lymphoid, not myeloid cell lines

We compared the data from four growth hormone (GH) immunoassays for analyzing 24-h GH profiles in four apparently normal subjects and four obese subjects (508 serum samples). The detection limit was 0.02 microgram/L for one immunochemiluminometric assay (ICMA), 0.1 microgram/L for two IRMAs, and 0.4 microgram/L for one RIA. All GH pulses with a peak ICMA value > 1 microgram/L were detected by each of the other methods. Overall, the correlation coefficient between the values obtained with all four assays exceeded 0.90. However, for GH concentrations < or = 0.25 microgram/L, acceptable concordance (r2 > or = 0.80) was reached only between the ICMA and one IRMA; between the ICMA and the RIA, concordance was acceptable only for GH concentrations > or = 10 micrograms/L. In the normal subjects, the percentage of undetectable values was 0% with the ICMA but 29% with one of the IRMAs; in obese subjects, the corresponding values were 12% and 38%.     

Taste receptor response to sodium chloride and natriuresis in the workers and employees of an industrial enterprise

Studied in the course of one-stage epidemiologic survey of 1191 individuals were the threshold of gustatory sensitivity to table salt and nycterine natriuresis, relation of these indices to dietary habits, some risk factors for cardiovascular disorders and clinical parameters. Differing relations were established between gustatory sensitivity to table salt and natriuresis and age and gender of the examinees, the level of blood pressure, aggravated heredity in respect of arterial hypertension, smoking and alcohol abuse, this enabling one to embark upon a differential approach to dietetic correction of salt consumption.     

从复印机纸盒结构看人性化设计

静电复印机是常用的办公设备,复印时要将不同规格的复印纸装入纸盒,经常需要操作者对纸盒进行调整。从使用者的角度讲,要用最小的力气、最简便的方法来完成对机器的操纵。这就需要考虑进行人性化设计。纸盒调整主要有自动监测纸盒尺寸的功能和纸盒内侧挡板(导纸板)的调整。对比不同品牌和不同机型复印机的纸盒设计,可看出人性化设计对方便操作者使用的重要性,也为购买机器时提供了借鉴。     

路43-P1水平井高密度钻井液难点技术的解决

路43-P1井是冀中坳陷饶阳凹陷留西油田路43断块施工难度较大的一口水平井。该井上部地层泥岩吸水膨胀造浆性强；下部地层局部存在异常高温，泥岩水敏性强，易吸水膨胀，造成地层坍塌。采用高密度钻井液钻井满足了井下要求，避免了井漏，减少了复杂情况的发生，缩短了建井周期；解决了深部定向、井温高、地层压力大、地层易垮塌的问题，顺利地完成了钻井目的。     

Effect of electric skin stimulation on the level of succinate dehydrogenase activation and changes in the parameters of glutamatergic synaptic transmission in response ro sensory stimulation

Livedo racemosa with cerebrovascular lesions has been described as Ehrmann-Sneddon syndrome. The etiopathogenetic factors provoking the vascular lesions, however, are of high diversity reaching from mechanical to autoimmune causes. We present a male patient with typical livedo racemosa, muscle pain and feeling of coldness of the forearms. By dermatohistopathology and magnetic resonance tomography of the brain, Ehrmann-Sneddon syndrome could be confirmed. At this time a chronic streptococcal infection could be diagnosed. Antibiotics, anticoagulants and vascularity-supplying therapy improved the clinical and subjective symptoms. Six months later, the patient developed dizziness, vision disorder, hypesthesia of the right forehead, malaise and weight loss. A further diagnostic workup including echocardiography revealed a myxoma of the left atrium. This report illustrates the association of Ehrmann-Sneddon syndrome with cardiac myxoma and points out that cardiac diagnostic examination should be included when dealing with small-vessel involvement of the brain.     

河流二维水质模型与地理信息系统的集成研究

根据水质预测、管理的不同需求,提出基于二维对流扩散方程的三种水质计算模式:连续点源排放水质模型,瞬时点源排放水质模型,有限体积法求解的数值解水质模型。基于MO进行GIS系统的组件式开发,实现了GIS平台下河势贴体河道二维正交网格的自动生成,解决了二维水体的空间网格离散问题。在此基础上,将三种类型的二维水质模型模块与GIS平台集成,以更好满足水质预测与管理在水质模型计算方式选取、计算精度与实现效率等方面的需求。     

环境友好油层保护钻井液的研究及应用

针对江苏油田地层特性和地面生态环境具体情况开展了钻井液防塌性能、油层保护与环境保护的协同研究。在研制和筛选能满足环境保护要求的钻井液处理剂如润滑剂、降滤失剂和油层保护剂等的基础上,通过配方优化研制出了环境友好油层保护钻井液体系,并进行了防塌、油层保护、裂缝封堵等性能的室内评价。评价结果表明:该钻井液体系具有较强的抑制泥页岩膨胀和分散能力,渗透率恢复值大于85%,润滑性及滤失性好,而且无生物毒性,化学毒性低,易生物降解。应用该钻井液体系在江苏油田AF地区进行了现场试验,现场应用表明,该钻井液体系防塌性和油层保护效果好,各项环境指标达到农用污染标准,可直接排放,从源头控制了钻井液的污染,可进一步推广应用。     

两个基于身份的数字签名方案的安全性改进

分析了文献[1]提出的两个基于用户身份的数字签名方案，发现其一般签名方案存在安全性缺陷，在此基础上建立了多重签名方案，但此方案也是不安全的。本文给出了改进的签名和多重签名方案。     

不用专门相移装置的三维面形测量

提出一种不需要专用相移装置实现相移，主要利用数字图像处理技术实现三维面形测量的方法，研究结果表明，用原干涉图像及1幅以上的移值条纹图主可能实现物体三维面形的测量。
