Inhibitory effect of Cr(Ⅵ) on activities of soil enzymes   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
To evaluate the influence of various Cr(VI) concentrations (0.05, 0.25, 0.50, 1.00 and 2.00 g/kg) on the activity of soil enzymes, the activities of catalase, polyphenol oxidase, dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase in soils were investigated in the incubation experiment with a period of 35 d. The results indicate that all the tested Cr(VI) concentrations significantly inhibit dehydrogenase activity by over 70% after 35 d. The activity of alkaline phosphatase is slightly inhibited during the whole experiment except for on the day 7. Cr(VI) has no obvious effect on the activity of catalase in soil. On the contrary, Cr(VI) stimulates the activity of polyphenol oxidase. The results suggest that dehydrogenase activity can be used as an indicator for assessing the severity of chromium pollution. 用XRD层析技术、SEM/EDAX和DTA等手段测定了矾土集料-硬化硫铝酸盐水泥浆体界面区的组成、微结构及形貌,同时用XRD线宽法测定了界面区中AFt晶体尺寸及其分布。研究发现,在矾土界面区中,AFt主要以胶体形态富集,C(?)H_2以晶体形态富集,界面区的厚度为70μm左右。为此,提出了矾土集料界面区微结构的形成机理。  相似文献

The Zn-substituted planar hexaferrite Ba3Co2− x Zn x Fe24O41 ( x =0–1.2) powders were prepared via a citrate precursor method. With an appropriate sintering aid, ceramics with high density could be obtained after sintering at a temperature of less than 900°C. These ceramics exhibit excellent high-frequency properties such as high initial permeability up to 10.0 with cut-off frequencies above 1.1 GHz. The results show that we have exploited novel promising ferrimagnetic materials well suited for multilayer chip inductors or multilayer chip beads applications in the high-frequency range.  相似文献

Blends of poly(bisphenol-A carbonate) (PC) and synthesized liquid crystalline poly(oxybenzoate-co-ethylene terephthalate 40/60) (P46) were prepared through meltmixing in a Brabender mixer. The miscibility of the blends at different compositions and blending time was investigated with differential scanning calorimetry. The corresponding morphology of the blends was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy. It was found that for blends containing more than 20% P46 and mixed at 250°C or above the transesterification between PC and P46 took place. This transesterification was confirmed at a blend containing 40% P46 by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The transesterification happened first between PC and the ester in the poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) block and then between PC and the ester in the polyoxybenzoate (POB) block. At 260°C and after 60 min' blending, the blend containing 30% P46 became an almost compatible system for appearing of a single glass transition temperature. This is also verified by the disappearing of P46 droplets in the PC matrix in the micrographs' observation. After 60 min' of blending, the compatibility of the system can be greatly improved even for the blend containing 40% P46 mixed at 260°C by the micrograph's observation. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Ba/MgO is an active catalyst for the oxidative coupling of methane to form ethane and ethylene. It has been proposed that activation of methane occurs via reaction with peroxide species present at the surface of the catalyst. In the present work, Raman spectroscopy has been used to investigate the formation, decomposition, and reduction of BaO2 on 4 mol% Ba/MgO. The presence of BaO2 is evidenced by the presence of a band at 842 cm–1. The peroxide forms above 300°C but is stable to decomposition at temperatures up to 500°C. Reduction of BaO2 to BaO proceeds via Ba(OH)2. BaCO3 forms when either BaO or BaO2 is exposed to CO2. Once formed, BaCO3 is stable to decomposition in He or O2 at temperatures up to 500°C. Only BaCO3 is observed when a mixture of CH4 and O2 is passed over the catalyst at 500°C.  相似文献

In this article nano‐sized CdS crystal embedded in a PEO matrix was successfully prepared by a complex transformation method that is universal for preparing nanosized compounds containing transition metals. The size of embedded CdS particles was in the nanoscale from 2 to 10 nm determined by X‐ray diffusion. The nanosized CdS displayed the expected blue shift of the onset absorbance in the UV spectrum. The amount of blue shift depends upon the dipping time of the PEO–cadmium complex film in a sodium sulfide solution as well as its concentration. The most effective means for adjusting the size of CdS nanocrystals is to change the ratio of the oxygen along with the PEO chain to the cadmium ion in the complex film. The equilibrium and kinetics of solvent extraction of Cu2+ from aqueous solutions containing equimolar EDTA with Aliquat 336 in n‐decanol and kerosene at 298 K were investigated. The concentrations of Cu2+ (8–50 mol m?3), Cl? (5–60 mol m?3), and Aliquat 336 (20–100 mol m?3) were varied. A semi‐empirical model with three parameters was proposed to describe the equilibrium behavior, in which the non‐idealities in both aqueous and organic phases were considered. Over the ranges studied, the model agreed reasonably well with the experimental data (standard deviation, 15%). The forward and backward reaction rate constants were determined as (5.31 ± 0.16)×10?6 m9/4 mol?3/4 s?1 and (2.62 ± 0.09)×10?7 s?1, respectively, at 298 K. An interfacial reaction mechanism was proposed, which revealed that the reaction between the chelated anions and trimeric amine molecules at the interface was rate limiting.
