阐述了蓝光材料Liq的合成及其提纯方法,并用Liq作为发光材料制备了蓝色有机发光器件,研究了CuPe对该器件特性的影响.结果表明,CuPe的加入降低了空穴载流子的注入势垒,有利于提高空穴注入能力,因而提高了器件的亮度和发光效率.在电压为16 V时,没有缓冲层的器件效率为0.363 cd/A,有缓冲层的器件效率为0.731 cd/A.  相似文献

为了测量托卡马克放电期间离子回旋加热系统的传输线电流值,利用电流探针搭建了传输线电流测量系统。对传输线电流测量原理进行简单介绍,并对电流探针的特性进行分析研究,确保电流探针的性能。将实验中用电流探针测得的传输线电流值与电压探针拟合计算得到的传输线电流值进行了对比,验证了传输线电流测量系统的可靠性。  相似文献

EAST超导托卡马克是我国开展受控核聚变研究的新一代实验装置,离子回旋波加热(ICRH)是在该装置中加热等离子体的重要手段之一。离子回旋加热系统中的发射机和天线两者各有一个地电平,两个地电平会存在严重的相互干扰。高功率同轴隔直器的作用是用来隔断两者之间的直流通路,从而把两端的地电平分开,保证发射机和天线系统的正常运行。论文介绍了隔直器的原理、工程结构和设计指标,分析了S参数、端口驻波比的计算和仿真,最后给出了实际的隔直器参数曲线。  相似文献

A new ICRF antenna has been designed in EAST,whose aims are to reduce the parallel RF electric fields E_‖ and to investigate the current drive using the fast magnetosonic wave.This antenna consists of four toroidally spaced radiating straps.The electrical characteristics of the new antenna are estimated by using a three-dimensional electromagnetic commercial code.The S-parameters,RF current distribution and electromagnetic field distribution on and near the 4-strap antenna are analyzed,and the RF potentials influenced by antenna phasing and radial position are investigated.  相似文献

Radio frequency(RF) plasma heating in ion cyclotron range of frequencies(ICRF)was successfully performed on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).This is mainly because lithium wall conditioning was routinely used to reduce both impurity and hydrogen(H) recycling and to improve the ICRF power absorption.Mainly ICRF heating of the H minority regime at 27 MHz has been applied in deuterium plasmas.The ion cyclotron resonance heating(ICRH) is found to depend strongly on plasma preheating.The ICRH efficiency can be much improved in conjunction with the lower hybrid wave(LHW).Effective ion and electron heating was observed with the H minority heating mode.The increase of the stored energy reached30 kJ in L-mode plasma by using the ICRF power of 1.0 MW alone when the H cyclotron resonance layer was at plasma center.  相似文献

On the experimental advanced superconducting tokamak(EAST), a pair of voltage and current probes(V/I probes) is installed on the ion cyclotron radio frequency transmission lines to measure the antenna input impedance, and supplement the conventional measurement technique based on voltage probe arrays. The coupling coefficients of V/I probes are sensitive to their sizes and installing locations, thus they should be determined properly to match the measurement range of data acquisition card. The V/I probes are tested in a testing platform at low power with various artificial loads. The testing results show that the deviation of coupling resistance is small for loads RL??2.5 Ω, while the resistance deviations appear large for loads RL??1.5 Ω, which implies that the power loss cannot be neglected at high VSWR. As the factors that give rise to the deviation of coupling resistance calculation, the phase measurement error is the more significant factor leads to deleterious results rather than the amplitude measurement error. To exclude the possible ingredients that may lead to phase measurement error, the phase detector can be calibrated in steady L-mode scenario and then use the calibrated data for calculation under H-mode cases in EAST experiments.  相似文献

In microwave circuit and aerial system, impedance matching is very important. Liquid stub tuner is a new type of impedance matching device. In the HT-7 Tokamak Ion Cyclotron Resonance Heating ( ICRH ) system, we have already adopted liquid stub tuner to replacethe conventional stub tuner. It is urgent to develop a control system of the liquid stub tuner.This paper mainly introduces the design and realization of the liquid stub tuner control system ,and briefly introduces its three controlling functions: local control, remote control and computer control.  相似文献
