抑郁症是精神科常见病,严重影响了患者的正常工作和生活质量,也给患者家庭及社会带来了沉重的负担,因此,需引起高度重视。近年来,参与式音乐干预疗法对抑郁症的效果受到越来越多医学工作者及患者的重视与认可。为此,我们以省脑科医院的110例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,进行了相关研究。我们在对患者进行随机分组后,一组给予医院常规治疗,另一组则在常规治疗的基础上加用参与式音乐治疗,我们观察了两组治疗2个月、3个月患者贝克自评问卷(BDI-13)和Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化以及临床效果情况。我们发现:治疗2个月、3个月后加用参与式音乐治疗的患者BDI-13和HAMD评分明显低于仅采用常规治疗的患者,临床疗效也更优。为此,我们得出这样的结论:参与式音乐治疗干预抑郁症,能够有效改善患者抑郁状况,显著提高治疗有效率,且该法具有简便、可靠、疗效高等特点,值得在临床医学推广。 相似文献

针对多端直流系统的故障保护问题,首先分析了直流故障特性及多端直流系统保护难点,总结了现有多端直流系统故障保护方法。然后,基于一种典型的多端直流系统拓扑结构,以使用最少数量直流断路器为目标,提出了多端直流系统区域保护划分原则和分区保护策略。该方法将直流故障区域通过直流断路器与非故障区域进行隔离,从而使非故障区域可以继续维持正常运行,而故障区域则通过换流站交流侧断路器和直流侧开关进行保护和隔离。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台建模及仿真分析,验证了多端直流系统分区保护的有效性和经济性。 相似文献

包履层是固体火箭发动机装药的重要组成部分,其力学行为影响着装药结构的完整性。为研究丁羟橡胶包覆层的拉伸力学性能,采用单轴拉伸实验方法拟合获取了Neo-Hookean、Yeoh、Mooney-Rivlin及Ogden超弹性本构模型的本构参数,对比分析了各模型对丁羟橡胶包覆层的适用性和精度。结果表明:丁羟橡胶包覆层具有显著的超弹特性,Neo-Hookean模型难以预示有限变形下丁羟包覆层的非线性特性,Yeoh模型可反映较大应变时的力学行为,而Mooney-Rivlin和Ogden模型可准确描述丁羟包覆层的力学特性,可应用于药柱/包覆层结构完整性的分析。 相似文献

For exploring synthetic methods for MXene and MBene materials,the safer,greener and more reliable methods for synthesizing MXene have been proposed,and the preparation method of MXene using an organic solvent was pioneered. However,there are few reports on the synthesis of MBene experiments,and the feasibility of chemical etching was confirmed based on first-principles calculations. This article mainly reviews the research progress of two-dimensional transition metal MXene and MBene synthesis in recent years. The two-dimensional transition metal MXene with different elements was introduced to the corresponding synthetic method,and the intercalation stripping was also briefly introduced. Prospects for the future development and application of MXene and MBene were presented. We confirm that the excellent and stable synthetic structure of MXene and MBene is the premise of their development into application. We believe that with the deepening of research and the rapid development of synthetic technology in the field of material research,more MXene and MBene with good stability will be designed and synthesized,and the two- dimensional material family will be further developed.

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) has been developed to in situ diagnose the chemical compositions of the first wall in the EAST tokamak. However, the dynamics of optical emission of the key plasma-facing materials, such as tungsten, molybdenum and graphite have not been investigated in a laser produced plasma(LPP) under vacuum. In this work, the temporal and spatial dynamics of optical emission were investigated using the spectrometer with ICCD.Plasma was produced by an Nd:YAG laser(1064 nm) with pulse duration of 6 ns. The results showed that the typical lifetime of LPP is less than 1.4 μs, and the lifetime of ions is shorter than atoms at ~10~(-6)mbar. Temporal features of optical emission showed that the optimized delay times for collecting spectra are from 100 to 400 ns which depended on the corresponding species. For spatial distribution, the maximum LIBS spectral intensity in plasma plume is obtained in the region from 1.5 to 3.0 mm above the sample surface. Moreover, the plasma expansion velocity involving the different species in a multicomponent system was measured for obtaining the proper timing(gate delay time and gate width) of the maximum emission intensity and for understanding the plasma expansion mechanism. The order of expansion velocities for various species is V_C~+ V_H V_(Si)~+ V_(Li) V_(Mo) V_W.These results could be attributed to the plasma sheath acceleration and mass effect. In addition, an optimum signal-to-background ratio was investigated by varying both delay time and detecting position. 相似文献
