半固态灰铸铁的制备与显微组织

建立了一种不需搅拌和其它附加处理的半固态灰铸铁制备技术 ,用浇注前合理调整熔体温度或调温 适当快冷的铸造方法 ,并配以合适的凝固冷却速度 ,成功地制备了球状初生奥氏体圆整、尺寸细小、分布均匀的半固态亚共晶灰铸铁 ,得到了最佳工艺条件 ,并用铸铁金相计算机辅助检测系统 ,对初生奥氏体的形状系数和等效直径进行了测量与统计分析 ,定量描述了半固态组织的特性     

低温烧结制备钇铁氧体(YIG)及其性能的研究

以Y2O3和Fe2O3粉末为原料，采用固相反应法合成钇铁氧体（YIG），研究了通过添加CaO和V2O3助烧剂来降低YIG的烧结温度。结果表明，Ca、V复合添加剂可显著降低YIG的合成温度至1100℃，比未加助烧剂的YIG的温度降低了150℃。     

34CrNiMo钢齿轮轴开裂原因分析

对34CrNiMo钢齿轮轴的化学成分、金相组织及断口分析表明，其淬火开裂的主要原因是由于锻造温度过高，导致过热缺陷所致。

20%虫酰肼悬浮剂的反相高效液相色谱测定

叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(240nm),测定了20%虫酰肼悬浮剂的含量.结果表明:方法的标准偏差为:0.071;变异系数为:0.35%;平均回收率为:99.56%.线性相关系数为:0.9993.     

Unique Dielectric Behavior of 0.6Pb(Ni1/2W1/2)O3·0.4PbTiO3 Derived from Mechanical Activation

0.6Pb(Ni_1/2W_1/2)O₃·0.4PbTiO₃(0.6PNW·0.4PT) of complex perovskite structure is successfully synthesized by mechanical activation of mixed oxide composition, followed by sintering at 950°C. It exhibits a considerably stable temperature dependence of dielectric constant over the wide temperature range of −120° to 20°C, although there occurs a dielectric peak at around 74°C. Raman spectroscopic studies show the coexistence of tetragonal and pseudocubic perovskite phases on sintering at 950°C, which are attributed to the inhomogeneous distribution of PbTiO₃ arising from mechanical activation. The dielectric behavior can be fine tuned by thermal annealing at 750°C, leading to phase redistribution in PNW-PT.     

The kinetics of desorption in the presence of a gas phase of the desorbing molecule: CO/Re(001)

TPD/Exchange from CO/Re(001) in a gas ambience showed that the absolute rate of desorption depends on the gas pressure and has a first plus second order rate law. It is proposed that desorption is a two step process from the adsorbed state to a stable intermediate which is itself weakly adsorbed.
