A global output-feedback controller for stabilization and tracking of underactuated ODIN: A spherical underwater vehicle

This paper presents a method to design an output-feedback controller that simultaneously solves global asymptotic stabilization and tracking of an underactuated omni-directional intelligent navigator—a spherical underwater vehicle moving in a horizontal plane (i.e. at a constant depth). The vehicle does not have a sway actuator and has only position and orientation measurements available. The control development is based on Lyapunov's direct method, backstepping technique and use of interconnected structure of the vehicle dynamics. Numerical simulations demonstrate the results.     

Interfacial hybridization kinetics of oligonucleotides immobilized onto fused silica surfaces

Fused silica optical fibers have been used in an intrinsic mode optical configuration as biosensors for fluorescence based detection of hybridization of nucleic acids. In this work, the kinetics of hybridization of single-stranded oligonucleotides that were covalently immobilized were studied. The probe DNA was dT₂₀, and the target was Fluorescein-labeled non-complementary (dT₂₀) or complementary (dA₂₀) oligonucleotide. Chronofluorimetric monitoring of the adsorption and hybridization processes was used to investigate oligonucleotide films of different density, in different salt concentrations, at temperatures of 25 and 40 °C, with the concentration of the target DNA being 0.005–0.1 μM. Mathematical models based on first- and second-order Langmuir adsorption have been examined to describe both the adsorption and the hybridization processes. Experimental data were processed using the models, and the hybridization kinetics were calculated. Hybridization kinetics on these optical fiber DNA sensors was found to be up to three orders faster than results presented for a number of other experiments using different immobilization chemistries.

基于USB接口的射频IC卡系统

介绍了一种带有USB接口的射频IC卡系统,阐述了该系统的工作原理.经过方案对比,选用USBN9603作为USB接口控制芯片,构成USB接口电路,可以使设计简单,尤其适合于产品的改型设计.给出了USB设备的软件设计方法,并给出了单片机与上位管理机通信的程序流程.由于采用USB接口,可以克服以往IC卡系统不支持热插拔和不能灵活与外设连接的缺点.     

网上考试系统中指纹验证模块的研究与算法实现

网上考试中运用指纹认证方法,可以有效地杜绝代考现象的发生.文中探讨了网上指纹验证过程中的算法实现,综合运用图像处理和模式识别技术,研究了指纹识别的理论和技术,建立了一对一的指纹识别系统.整个系统框架采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)结构,用户在客户端提交指纹图像,而服务器端则完成指纹图像的预处理、匹配算法等,再将识别信息反馈给客户端.

Optimization of support positions to maximize the fundamental frequency of structures

In this paper, the position optimization of simple supports is implemented to maximize the fundamental frequency of a beam or plate structure. Both elastic and rigid supports are taken into account. First, the frequency sensitivity with respect to the movement of a simple support is derived using the discrete method. By means of the shape functions of the finite element method, closed‐form sensitivity formulations are developed straightforwardly. Then, a heuristic approach, called evolutionary shift method, is presented for optimizing support positions with a fixed grid mesh scheme. Based on the design sensitivity analysis, the support with the highest efficiency is shifted in priority along the elementary edges with the interval (step) of the elementary size. To facilitate the convergence of the process, the interpolation technique is employed to evaluate the solution more accurately. Finally, three numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the validity of the sensitivity analysis and the effectiveness of the optimization method. 汽车代用燃料的应用和发展

评述了汽车代用燃料的现状和未来，压缩天然气和液化石油气将率先大量使用，其次是醇燃料，合成燃料和二甲醚将主要用于某些混合动力车，燃料电池因为能源效率高是最有吸引力的车用能源，将于2010-2015年开始在汽车上实际使用，我国石油工业在提升汽油和柴油质量的同时，应与汽车工业联手开发代用燃料，特别要注意发展燃料电池技术。
