To analyze the growth factor receptor-bound protein 2 (Grb2) signaling pathway in lymphoid cells, we used expression cloning to isolate the genes encoding proteins that associate with Grb2. We find that the Src homology 3 domains of Grb2 directly associate, in vitro and in vivo, with murine hemopoietic specific protein 1 (HS1), a protein identical to Lck-binding protein 1. Because HS1 associates with the p56(lck) and p59(lyn) tyrosine kinases in vitro and in vivo, and becomes tyrosine phosphorylated upon various receptor stimulations, our present data suggest that HS1 mediates linkage between Lck or Lyn and Grb2 in lymphoid lineage cells.  相似文献

In order to determine the catalytic ability of the polymers containing chiral bornyl groups to the asymmetric induction, the asymmetric addition reaction of dodecanethiol to isopropenyl methyl ketone was studied using synthetic chiral polymers having pendant bornyl groups, in comparison with the case of using a monomeric model compound, i.e. d-bornyl acetate, and also poly(methyl methacrylate). It was found that the polymers having chiral borynl groups were effective for the asymmetric induction, and the optical yield depended on the bornyl group content in the polymers.  相似文献

Summary ESR studies were made on the poly (vinylimidazole)· copper(II) complex in a lower magnetic field near 1600 gauss. The absorption in this region was observed for the poly(vinylimidazole) · copper (II) complex system while no absorption was present for the imidazole· copper (II) complex. The result was interpreted in terms of the dipolar interaction between copper (II) ions in the polymeric complex system, where the copper (II) ions were put together on the polymeric ligand in a highly condensed state.  相似文献

The reactive diffusion between Sn–Ag solders and Cu was experimentally examined during soldering and isothermal annealing. Three sorts of solders with compositions of Sn–3.5Ag, Sn–3.5Ag–0.1Ni and Sn–3.5Ag–0.1Co were used for the experiment. Each solder was soldered on a Cu plate at 523 K (250 °C) for 1–60 s in a pure nitrogen gas, and then the solder/Cu diffusion couple was isothermally annealed at 423 K (150 °C) for 168–1008 h. Due to soldering, only Cu6Sn5 is formed at the interface in each diffusion couple. On the other hand, Cu3Sn is produced between Cu6Sn5 and Cu owing to the isothermal annealing. The composition of Cu6Sn5 is (Cu0.8Ni0.2)6Sn5 and (Cu0.93Ni0.07)6Sn5 on the solder and Cu3Sn sides, respectively, in the (Sn–3.5Ag–0.1Ni)/Cu diffusion couple, and it is (Cu0.9Co0.1)6Sn5 and (Cu0.99Co0.01)6Sn5 on the solder and Cu3Sn sides, respectively, in the (Sn–3.5Ag–0.1Co)/Cu diffusion couple. Different rate-controlling processes were suggested for the (Sn–3.5Ag)/Cu, (Sn–3.5Ag–0.1Ni)/Cu and (Sn–3.5Ag–0.1Co)/Cu diffusion couples. Finally, thermodynamic models were herein adopted to explore influences of the additives on the thermodynamic interaction of the component elements and the driving force for the growth of intermetallics.  相似文献

A highly sensitive analysis method for six aflatoxins (aflatoxin B?, B?, G?, G?, M? and aflatoxicol) in rainbow trout muscle and liver was developed. Aflatoxins (AFs) were extracted with acetonitrile-water (9 : 1), purified on an immunoaffinity column, and subjected to HPLC with fluorescence detection after post-column photochemical derivatization. The recoveries of AFs at 0.05 μg/kg spiking levels were 71.4-82.4% in muscle and 80.1-93.0% in liver, and the repeatability relative standard deviations (RSDr) were 0.87-4.6% in muscle and 2.0-6.2% in liver. Limits of quantitation (LOQs) and limits of detection(LODs)of AFs were estimated to be 0.004-0.029 μg/kg, and 0.002-0.012 μg/kg, respectively.  相似文献

At the Kyoto University Critical Assembly (KUCA), spallation neutrons generated by high-energy proton beams are injected into the thorium-loaded systems on March 2010. By combining the Fixed Field Alternating Gradient (FFAG) accelerator with the thorium-loaded system at KUCA, a series of the ADS experiments is carried out under conditions whereby the spallation neutrons are generated at a tungsten target by 100 MeV protons at an intensity of 30 pA. Prompt neutron behavior in the time evolution is observed and thorium fission reactions are attained through the experiments and calculations, respectively. And the effects of neutron leakage and spectrum softening are experimentally observed through the neutron multiplication and reaction rate analyses. From the experimental and numerical analyses, in the future, experimental conditions need to be improved to attain further neutron multiplication using the variation of fuels (thorium, highly-enriched and natural uranium) and moderators (graphite, polyethylene, aluminum and beryllium).  相似文献

The difficulty in achieving long-term survival is demonstrated by the fact that an improvement of 30 percentage points in 1-year cadaver donor survival resulted in only a 10-percentage point improvement over 20 years. In early transplants from 1965 to 1974, the 20-year survival rate of HLA identical siblings was 46%, of parental donors 27%, and of cadaver donors 12%. More recent grafts, performed since 1987, had a projected survival of 57% for identical donors, 30% for parental donors, and 18% for cadaver donors. With respect to HLA matching for cadaver donor kidney transplants, a 0 AB-antigen mismatch produced higher graft survival than did mismatched transplants during the 20-year period from 1965 to 1984. After the introduction of HLA Class II typing in 1980 and general improvements in typing for transplants performed after 1987, the 0 ABDR-mismatched grafts have a projected 20-year survival of 40%. The projected survival rates for transplants with one or more mismatches fall progressively to 13% for transplants that have 6 ABDR mismatches. Thus, the success due to HLA matching has improved ever since the introduction of cyclosporine because of the concurrent improvements in tissue typing for Class I and Class II specificities.  相似文献

A feasibility study has been conducted to determine whether steam plasma can be used for the treatment of carbonized wastes, such as the carbide of the hazardous waste. The gasification which was often called “water gas reaction” was studied to reduce the volume and weight of wastes and to produce the combustible gas like hydrogen from them by using steam plasma. In this study, the thermal plasma generated by DC plasma was used as a heat source, where steam was added to react with carbon. Graphite was used as a test piece instead of carbonized wastes. The weight of the test piece was measured before and after treatment to decide the weight reduction during the experiment. The gas produced in the reaction was analyzed. The result indicated that it is possible to reduce the weight of graphite and to produce the combustible gas from graphite by using the DC steam plasma.  相似文献
