铝双晶晶界的内耗峰

用受迫振动法测量了夹角为60°和129.5°的铝双晶的内耗,都观测到一个温度内耗峰,峰巅温度是200℃左右(频率1Hz)激活能为0.88eV对于这个内耗峰的机制做了初步解释。     

稀土与二（2,4,4—三甲基戊基）膦酸固体配合物的研究

合成了除Pm以外的16个稀土与二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸(HBTMPP)的固体配合物,其组成为RE(BTMPP)_3,对配合物的性质进行了表征,热分析表明,在氩气中,热分解是一步完成的,在空气中,热分解分二步完成,前者的热分解产物是RE_4 (P_2O_7)_3,后者的产物为RE_2P_4O_(13)测定了配合物的振动光谱,对其主要吸收谱带进行了归属,配合物中RE-O键具有较高的离子特性     

热力管线中不锈钢波纹管破裂原因分析

采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分析了热力管线中不锈钢 波纹管破裂原因.该波纹管破裂特征与一般环向开裂不同，裂纹沿轴向扩展.分析认为，破裂 属穿晶应力腐蚀.引起应力腐蚀的介质是土壤中的氯化物，而应力则来自环向工作应力和冷 加工残余应力，而环向工作应力起主导作用。     

弛豫铁电体Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3的相变

测量了(1-x％)镁铌酸铅-x％钛酸铅(1≤X≤11)(简称PMNTx)陶瓷样品的介电常数、内耗和Young’s模量．观测到在Tm温度附近，即在介电常数达到最大值时，出现一个内耗峰，并且模量发生软化．这反映了极化纳米微畴的弛豫．对于PMNTx(5≤x≤11)的样品，在Tm温度以下的某个温度出现附加的内耗峰和Young’s模量的异常，表明样品中发生了自发的弛豫铁电到铁电(简称R-F)的相变，对R-F相变的机制进行了讨论．     

Microstructure and strength of brazed joints of TiB2 cermet to TiAl-based alloys

In this study, TiB2 cermet and TiAl-based alloy are vacuum brazed successfully by using Ag-Cu-Ti filler metal.The microstructural analyses indicate that two reaction products, Ti ( Cu, Al ) 2 and Ag bused solid solution ( Ag ( s. s ) ) , are present in the brazing seam, and the iuterface structure of the brazed joint is TiB2/TiB2 Ag ( s. s ) /Ag ( s. s ) Ti ( Cu,Al)2/Ti( Cu, Al)2/TiAl. The experimental results show that the shear strength of the brazed TiB2/TiAl joints decreases us thebrazing time increases at a definite brazing temperature. When the joint is brazed at 1 223 K for 5 min, a joint strength up to 173 MPa is achieved.     

我国的静电喷涂枪技术评述

就我国涂装用各种静电喷枪技术的现状分别作出了阐述和剖析,对有关企业制造或安全使用静电喷涂枪有积极意义。     

液相流动对柱晶一次间距的影响

利用带有对流驱动系统的定向凝固装置,研究了液相稳定流动时透明合金SCN-2wt-％Ace定向凝固的动态过程.结果表明:流动显著改变定向凝固柱状晶的一次间距枝晶的间距增大,主要是流动与枝端浓度场耦合作用的结果;胞晶的间距变小,主要是侧向分枝转向生长的结果     

Ti和V对Fe中氢与位错交互作用的影响

研究了Fe-0.5wt-%Ti和Fe-0.5wt-%V合金中由氢与位错交互作用所形成的氢致冷加工内耗峰(H-CWP)。实验结果表明:合金元素对H-CWP、对氢与位错之间的交互作用有显著的影响,与氢作用愈强的元素,对H-CWP的影响愈大,内耗实验结果与力学性能之间存在着一定的联系.     

SELECTION OF THE PROCESS PARAMETERS FOR BATH AUTOGENOUS SMELTING OF COPPER

The process parameters for bath autogenous smelting of copper were selected based on dynamic analysis of the experimental data and calculation of the mathematical model. Selecting the slag composition of SiO_2/Fe=0.80 and CaO％=16. desulphur ratio less than 80 wt.-％ in system. and the copper content of matte less than 60 wt.-％, it is able to limit Fe_3O_4 formation and obtain a high desulphurization. The critical oxygen content of the blast increased with decrease of the sulphur content of the concentrate and increase of copper contents of the matte. If the copper contents of the concentrate are respectively of 30 and 35 wt.-％, the critical oxygen contents of the blast will be 48 and 69 wt.-％ respectively. The smelling rate increases linearly with the blast intensity. When the sulphur content of the concentrate is 30 wt.-％, the oxygen content of the blast 70 vol.-％ and the copper content of the matte 60 wt.-％, a blast intensityy of 700 Nm~3/m~2·h results in a smeling rate of 48.81 t/m~2·d.     

HIGH RESOLUTION STUDY OF TWINS IN Al_(20)Cu_2Mn_3 PHASE

The dispersoid phase Al_(20)Cu_2Mn_3 in a 2024 Al alloy is commonly composed of twins,An ob-servation of corresponding high resolution image shows that the twin boundary plane is a glideplane other than mirror one.Two neighbouring components of twins are not symmetry of re-flection or rotation,but of glide reflection.The“diamond”glide plane is(101)and the glidevector is(1/4)(-).Components of twins in the phase take shape of prism with thelongitudinal edge being parallel to[010]and side faces being{101}and{100}.
