本文简单介绍了国内外新型酚醛树脂及其复合材料工艺的进展情况。     

破伤风毒素及其片段的纯化

本文报道了破伤风毒素及其片段AB、BC、A和C的纯化方法。应用硫酸铵沉淀和Ultrogel AcA_(34)凝胶过滤制备的纯化毒素,于SDS-PAGE和PAGE中均形成单一的蛋白带,分子量为15万,pI为5.95,毒力为1～3×10~4MLD/μg。毒素经DTT还原、尿素处理、再用Ultrogel AcA_(44)凝胶过滤制备A和BC片段。A片段的分子量为54000,pI为4.8。BC片段的分子量为98 000,pI为7.2。木瓜酶处理毒素后用高压液相层析制备AB和C片段。纯化的AB片段分子量为98 000,于等电聚焦中为2条主要区带,pI为5.3和5.5,另有数条小区带;纯化的C片段分子量为51000,于PAGE中形成5条蛋白带,于等电聚焦中主要区带的等电点为7.3,另有几条小区带。     

运动发酵单胞原生质球的形成和再生

运动发酵单胞(Zymomonas mobilis)ATCC29191菌株在含1～3g/L甘氨酸的液体培育12小时的菌体,用含20g/L的溶菌酶溶液处理12小时,可以稳定得到80％～90％的原生质球。原生质球稀释后在底层再生培养基上涂布,上面复盖一层半固体培养基,30℃培养5～7小时,再生率可达10~(-2)水平。     

Trail-following responses of the Argentine ant,Iridomyrmex humilis (Mayr), to a synthetic trail pheromone component and analogs

Behavioral evidence indicates that (Z)-9-hexadecenal (Z9-16ALD) is a trail pheromone component ofIridomyrmex humilis, and that the true trail pheromone may be multicomponent. Trail-following responses ofI. humilis workers to several concentrations of syntheticZ9-16ALD, a constituent of the Pavan's gland, were found to be comparable to responses to gaster extract trails containing ca. 100 times lessZ9-16ALD. Of the five aldehyde analogs tested, only (Z)-7-hexadecenal (Z7-16ALD) elicited significant trail-following. However, following responses to severalZ9-16ALD-Z7-16ALD combinations were lower than responses toZ9-16ALD alone. Trails on filter paper of biologically relevant concentrations ofZ9-16ALD lose activity within 2 hr in the laboratory. The release rate ofZ9-16ALD measured from filter paper trails was 0.25 ± 0.10 pg/cm-sec. This was used to estimate the trail-following threshold for this compound of Argentine ant workers.     

Analysis of junction temperatures in high-power GaN-based LEDs

We presented the analysis of the incomplete conduction in bonding medium in high power GaN-based light-emitting diode (LED) packages. A numerical study was carried out with parametric model to understand the junction temperature variation due to bonding medium defects. Transient thermal measurement was performed to evaluate LED’s junction temperature. Thermal resistance from chip to lead frame was 20 K/W in our sample LED. It was suggested that only 60% of the surface area of the bonding medium was involved...     

Preparation of micro-patterned surfaces of Si-N-O films and their influence on adhesion behavior of endothelial cells

Microgrooves were prepared on Si(100) surface by photolithography and wet etching.Subsequently,Si-N-O films were deposited on the microgrooves by unbalanced magnetron sputtering(UBMS) and micro-patterned surfaces of Si-N-O films were obtained.The size of the micropatterns was measured by surface profilometer.The chemical composition of Si-N-O films were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS) and the wettability of the micropatterned surfaces was evaluated by contact angle measurement.The beh...     

A novel shaft-less double suction mini pump

A novel double suction shaft-less mini pump was developed for heat control of small energy systems in this study.The mini pump impeller with an exit diameter of 40 mm was combined with the motor rotor supported by the hybrid dynamic bearing.The specific speed of the pump was 125 min-1 m3 min-1 m.The hydraulic performance of the pump was investigated experimen-tally under four rotational speeds.From the test results,it was recognized that the pump could provide a flow discharge of 5 L/min and head of 1.5 m,w...     

Influence of Zn ion implantation on structures and field emission properties of multi-walled carbon nanotube arrays

The structures and field emission properties of multi-walled carbon nanotube arrays implanted with Zn+ by MEVVA ion implanter have been investigated.The results revealed that Zn+implantation induced structural damage and that the top of carbon nanotubes with multi-layered graphite structure were transformed into carbon nanowires with amorphous structure.Meanwhile,C:Zn solid solution was synthesized after Zn+ implantation.The turn-on field and threshold field were 0.80 and 1.31 V/μm,respectively for original...

杨木乙醇木素羟甲基化改性反应的研究

用甲醛对杨木乙醇木素进行羟甲基化改性并对其反应机理和反应条件进行了研究。通过测定改性后产物的羟甲基含量值,确定了杨木乙醇木素羟甲基化改性的最优条件:甲醛用量7.37 mmol.g-1(对木素),pH值10.0,反应温度65℃,反应时间90 min。在该条件下对杨木乙醇木素进行羟甲基化改性,测得改性后木素的羟甲基质量分数可达到12.84%。
