The increase of the concentration of fatty acids, the reduction in the concentration of serotonin, the lowering of the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and transketolase, and the development of compensated metabolic acidosis were discovered in the stage that preceded strophanthine arrhythmia. Hypoxemia (45-minute) influence in vivo on erythropoietic activity of the kidney, liver, spleen, and sternum was studied by normoxemic perfusion of the isolated organs. The erythropoietic activity proved to increase after 6-hour perfusion of the liver; this confirmed the participation of this organ in the extrarenal secretion of the erythropoietic factor.  相似文献

Concrements were found in the ducts of 172 patients subjected to secondary surgical interventions on bile ducts. The detailed analysis of the data failed to answer the question whether the stones could be formed immediately in the ducts without such conditions as a mechanical obstacle for the outflow of bile, the presence of foreign bodies and a big stump of the cystic duct. Such a formation of stones can take place in very few cases. The authors have shown that control cholangiography and especially choledochoscopy can reduce the danger to leave the stones in the ducts, but does not eliminate the danger completely. Nevertheless they think that now it is possible to lessen the indications for biliodigestive anastomoses in choledocholithiasis since the retained stones can be revealed within the first days after surgery and, as a rule, removed with instruments or by other methods using the drainage left in the ducts.  相似文献

Fe(3)O(4) coated polypyrrole (PPy) magnetic nanocomposite was prepared via in situ polymerization of pyrrole monomer for the removal of highly toxic Cr(VI). Structure and morphology of the prepared nanocomposite were characterized by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), X-ray diffraction pattern, Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM). Electron spin resonance (ESR) studies confirmed that the nanocomposite is magnetic in nature. Up to 100% adsorption was found with 200mg/L Cr(VI) aqueous solution at pH 2. Adsorption of Cr(VI) on the surface of the adsorbent was confirmed by the ATR-FTIR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). XPS studies also suggested that ion exchange and reduction on the surface of the nanocomposite may be the possible mechanism for Cr(VI) removal by the PPy/Fe(3)O(4) nanocomposite. Adsorption results showed that Cr(VI) removal efficiency by the nanocomposite decreased with an increase in pH. Adsorption kinetics was best described by the pseudo-second-order rate model. Isotherm data fitted well to the Langmuir isotherm model. Thermodynamic study revealed that the adsorption process is endothermic and spontaneous in nature. Desorption experiment showed that in spite of the very poor recovery of the adsorbed Cr(VI); the regenerated adsorbent can be reused successfully for two successive adsorption-desorption cycles without appreciable loss of its original capacity.  相似文献

TiSBA-1 materials with extremely high Ti content, up to silicon to titanium ratio (nSi/nTi) of 2.4, have been successfully prepared through direct synthesis method by controlling the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid to silicon (nHCl/nSi). It has been found that the amount of Ti content and the structure of the TiSBA-1 can easily be controlled by the simple adjustment of nHCl/nSi ratio. X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) of the obtained materials revealed that the materials are highly ordered and possess cubic three-dimensional cage type structure with open windows. N2 adsorption–desorption measurement confirmed the narrow pore size distribution, high specific surface area (1317–1491 m2 g−1), and large specific pore volume (0.68–0.75 cm3 g−1) for all the samples. UV–vis DR spectra of the prepared materials confirmed that Ti atoms are exclusively incorporated within silica framework and occupy the tetrahedral position while the presence of isolated bulk titania could be negligible. Morphologies of the TiSBA-1 materials have been also controlled by simply adjusting the nSi/nTi ratio. With the appropriate Ti content, TiSBA-1 materials can be obtained as regular fine spheres. Moreover, the detailed mechanism on the morphological and phase transition control, and the incorporation of high amount of Ti in the framework of TiSBA-1 materials has been also discussed in detail.  相似文献

In a 4 month study, a group of 16 patients with stable renal graft function receiving triple immunosuppressive therapy including cyclosporin A (Cy A) were investigated for the levels of calcium, magnesium and zinc in erythrocytes. The patients were randomized to be converted to the new microemulsion formulation (Sandimmun Neoral) in a 1:1 fashion (n = 8) or to continue with the classical formulation (Sandimmun) (n = 8). The concentrations of creatinine, phosphate, alkaline phosphatase activity, calcium, magnesium and zinc were measured twice a month in blood plasma. The concentration of calcium, magnesium and zinc in erythrocytes was also measured. The concentration of magnesium in blood plasma and erythrocytes during the study showed no deviation from normal values. The level of zinc in erythrocytes was almost twice as high as in normal healthy controls and was not dependent on Cy A formulation. Calcium content in erythrocytes of patients receiving Sandimmun was 27.6% higher than in healthy persons. Conversion of the patients to Sandimmun Neoral normalized the calcium concentration in erythrocytes and caused a transient increase of calcium levels in blood plasma.  相似文献
