Pt/ZrO2/Si sandwich structures where ZrO2 is deposited by radio frequency (r.f.) magnetron sputtering using a Zr target in an atmosphere of O2/Ar gas mixture, were fabricated and the effects of the O2/Ar flow ratio in the reactive sputtering process, the annealing temperature, the ZrO2 film thickness on the structure, the surface roughness of ZrO2 films and the electric properties of Pt/ZrO2/Si metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) capacitors were investigated. The optimum process parameters of the Pt/ZrO2/Si capacitor based on reactively sputtered-ZrO2 determined in such a way as the capacitance is maximized and the leakage current, the oxide charge, and the interface trap density are minimized that is the O2/Ar flow ratio of 1.5, the annealing temperature of 800℃, and the film thickness of 10 nm. Also the conduction mechanism in the Pt/ZrO2/Si capacitor has been discussed.  相似文献

This study is a fundamental work performed to obtain basic information about designing two-phase closed thermosyphons with a working fluid of FC-72 (C6F14). FC-72 is a kind of alternative refrigerant designed to be chemically safe and more environmentally friendly than any other conventional CFC refrigerants.

To obtain experimental data on operational performances of a FC-72 two-phase closed thermosyphon, an experimental model was designed and manufactured with a micro fin groove copper tube with an outside diameter of 22.2 mm for its container, on which a series of operational performance tests were conducted. Its maximum capacity of heat transport rate was designed to be about 300–400 W. The focus was given to investigate the effects of such parameters as micro fin grooves and fill charge ratios on operational performances of the FC-72 two-phase closed thermosyphon. The experimental data on phase change heat transfer coefficients and heat transport limitations were compared with some corresponding correlations, and a couple of measures that would help to predict operational performances were suggested with some physical explanations.  相似文献

The thermal behavior of tilapia muscle proteins was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry at various stages in the processing of surimi and during purification of myosin and actin. A shift in the thermal transition of actin to lower temperature was observed and the enthalpies of denaturation for both actin and myosin decreased with further processing. Salt addition also induced shifts in denaturation transitions to lower temperatures and decreased enthalpies of denaturation.  相似文献

To investigate the effect of cellulase on increase of recovery of red bean starch precipitate, cellulases from Fusarium moniliforme were purified and applied to the production of red bean starch precipitate. Oneã-glucosidase, two filter paper degradation enzymes (FPase), one endo-ã-glucanase (endo-Cx) and one exo-ã-glucanase (exo-Cx) were purified by ammonium sulfate fractionation, gel filtration and ion-exchange chromatography. Optimum temperature and time of submersion of red beans for reduction of hardness was 50°C and 2 h. Maximum sedimentation rate of starch was obtained when the red bean was incubated in a mixture of 0.004 units/mL of FPase and 0.3 units/mL of CMCase, and maximum recovery of red bean starch precipitate was obtained with 0.004 units/mL of FPase and 0.2 units/mL of CMCase. Enzyme treatment reduced suspended solids about 40% in waste water compared with control. A little hydrolysis in cell wall, intercellular space and interstarch granular space was observed.  相似文献

A transportable system equipped with an overhead shackle conveying line and a visible/near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectrophotometer system was assembled and used at a poultry slaughter plant. The reflectance spectra of each poultry carcass hung on the moving shackle was measured with a stationary fiber optic probe, which was set 2 to 5 cm away from the carcass, depending on the size. Reflectance spectra of wholesome and unwholesome poultry carcasses on the moving shackle, set at 60 or 90 birds/min, were measured, either under room light or in a dark environment. The scanning time for each carcass was 0.32 s. Most of the unwholesome poultry carcasses for this study were septicemic and air-sacculitic. The average accuracy in classifying wholesome and unwholesome carcasses was above 94%. All the misclassified carcasses were air-sacculitic. With a shackle speed of 90 birds/min, the highest average accuracy was obtained when the reflectance was measured in the dark (97.5%). The results showed that the accuracy of classification could be improved with the maintenance of a consistent lighting environment. All results indicated the Vis/NIR spectrophotometer system would be a highly accurate, robust tool for on-line, real-time classification of wholesome and unwholesome carcasses.  相似文献

The antioxidant activity of water-soluble natural extracts from an edible seaweed , Sargassum horneri, was evaluated by examining the radical scavenging activities of the extracts of hydrolyzates from S. horneri on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), hydroxyl and alkyl radicals. A spin-trapping electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrophotometer was employed and the results were compared for their ESR signal intensity. The brown seaweed S. horneri was enzymatically hydrolyzed to prepare water-soluble extracts by five carbohydrases (AMG, Celluclast, Termamyl, Ultraflo and Viscozyme) and five proteases (Alcalase, Flavourzyme, Kojizyme, Neutrase, Protamex). The extracts so prepared exhibited strong scavenging activity on DPPH, hydroxyl and alkyl radicals. The scavenging activity of the radicals increased with increased concentration of the extracts. The scavenging results were higher or similar for hydroxyl and alkyl radicals, and lower for DPPH radical compared with vitamin C as a reference. Viscozyme and Alcalase extracts were superior and scavenged radicals examined better than the extracts prepared by other carbohydrases and proteases.  相似文献

The effects of various stearic-palmitic acid blend concentrations in films, storage temperatures and storage times on potato chip quality were evaluated using Response Surface Methodology. Storage temperature and time affected the quality of potato chips. The maximum storage times for acceptable potato chip quality were: 30 to 43 days, 23 to 25 days, and 11 to 12 days for storage temperatures of 15, 25 and 35°C, respectively. Results were independent of stearic-palmitic acid blend concentrations.  相似文献

The phase behaviors of toluene/polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon mixture systems were investigated with a continuous-flow type apparatus at 573.2,598.2.623.2 and 648.2K,while the pressure changed from 1 tp 5 MPa,The pseudo-binary phase behaviors were predicted with the Peng-Robinson equation of state with interaction parameters between toluene and pseudo-components considered.The phase diagrams of the system have been classified following the category of phase boundary diagram models.The extraction selectivity and efficiency of toluene as a solvent was discussed by comparing with that of hexane .The prediction model for selectivity was also suggested.  相似文献

The carbon steels dispersed with ultrafine TiC particles were fabricated by conventional casting method. The casting process is more economical than other available routes for metal matrix composite production, and the large sized components to be fabricated in short processing time. However, it is extremely difficult to obtain uniform dispersion of ultrafine ceramic particles in liquid metals due to the poor wettability and the specific gravity difference between the ceramic particle and metal matrix. In order to solve these problems, the mechanical milling (MM) and surface-active processes were introduced. As a result, Cu coated ultrafine TiC powders made by MM process using high energy ball milling machine were mixed with Sn powders as a surfactant to get better wettability by lowering the surface tension of carbon steel melt. The microstructural investigations by OM show that ultrafine TiC particles are distributed uniformly in carbon steel matrix. The grain sizes of the cast matrix with ultrafine TiC particles are much smaller than those without ultrafine TiC particles. This is probably due to the fact that TiC particles act as nucleation sites during solidification. The wear resistance of cast carbon steel composites added with MMed TiC/Cu-Sn powders is improved due to grain size refinement.  相似文献

Selected mixes consisting of Bf [high-beef (29%) low-fat (2.96%)], bf [low-beef (20%) low-fat] and BF [high-beef high-fat (5%)] which incorporated raw beef, defatted soy flour, and corn starch were extruded in a single-screw extruder. The products had no flavor additives and trained sensory panelists detected hay-like, beany or grainy flavors. Bf extrudate was more expanded than BF extrudate and rated least hard by the sensory panel, whereas bf extrudate was least susceptible to lipid oxidation. Bf and bf extrudates showed microstruc-tures with large air cells. All three showed advantages of beef and soy flour in amino acid and fatty acid compositions, respectively, and were microbiologically safe during prolonged storage at 37°C.  相似文献
