~(125)Ⅰ眼镜蛇毒及抗眼镜蛇毒血清在小白鼠体内分布的比较观察

用氯胺-T法125I标记眼镜蛇毒示踪液及抗眼镜蛇毒血清。小白鼠分二组，用125I-眼镜蛇毒、125I-抗眼镜蛇毒血清分别给小白鼠尾静脉注射，于注射后的不同时间测定血、颈部肌肉、肝、肺、肾、心等脏器放射性分布。结果发现：125I-眼镜蛇毒在肌肉及肝、肺等器官中于注射后2小时过高峰，在肾脏中浓度高，在脑未见放射性分布，抗眼镜蛇毒血清与眼镜蛇毒分布相似但在肌肉及肺脏有更高的分布。证明抗眼镜蛇毒血清能跟踪分布眼镜蛇毒。     

Central circulation in rats with different tolerance to acute blood loss

Study of the dynamics of cardiac output in rats with different tolerance to acute massive blood loss showed that the pumping ability of the heart remains intact during the entire posthemorrhagic period in all high-resistant and in 65% low-resistant rats. In 35% rats that were low-resistant to blood loss, the cardiac output deficiency syndrome developed after cessation of bleeding against the background fall in arterial pressure and a decrease in the hepatic blood flow, which are the signs of rapid variant of the dysfunction produced by acute blood loss. 组织扩张术皮肤胶原的代谢改变

目的：研究常规扩张（ＩＴＥ）和持续快速扩张（ＣＴＥ）对皮肤胶原代谢的影响。方法用白色小家猪制作组织扩张术动物模型，用Ｇｏｒｄｅｌａｄｚｅ法测定血清和扩张组织的羟脯氨酸（ＨＰ）含量，藻酸盐印模材膜片法测量标记区面积；光镜测量真皮厚度。结果：ＩＴＥ组血清ＨＰ含量升高，０．８倍，ＣＴＥ组升高１．２倍，ＩＴＥ和ＣＴＥ组皮肤含量与正常皮肤相同，组织中ＨＰ总量均明显升高，持续扩张皮瓣组（ＣＴＥＦ）术后４ｗｋ皮     

Photoinactivation of bladder tumor cells by methylene blue: study of a variety of tumor and normal cells

Human bladder cancer cell lines, J82, Yen-87, Shen-87 and Zoa-88, and murine bladder cancer cell lines, MBT-2 and M1660, were used as target cells for dye-sensitized photoinactivation study in using methylene blue. Normal fibroblast cells, FB-1 and FB8490, were used as control group. The cytoplasmic activity of lactic dehydrogenase, soft agar clonogenic assay, and in vivo tumor growth, survival rate and tumor taking rate with or without photoinactivation were monitored and compared between different cell lines. Efficacy of photoinactivation was time-related and more than 90 per cent of cytotoxicity could be obtained within 60 minutes of illumination. The plateau of cytotoxicity curve could be achieved after staining for 30 minutes by methylene blue under the same illumination time. Normal fibroblasts had the same features with cancer cells. Photoinactivation of tumor cells showed significant inhibition of tumor growth and tumor taking rate in experimental animals. Survival rate was also significantly prolonged in the animals with tumor cells receiving photoinactivation. These results suggest that methylene blue-sensitized photoinactivation may be useful as an adjuvant photochemotherapy for superficial bladder cancer.     

LightCycler实时监测PCR定量分析血清HBV DNA

目的 检验LightCycler实时监测PCR（real-time detection PCR,RTD-PCR)对血清中HBV DNA定量检测的灵敏性和可重复性，探讨HBV血清标志物与HBV DNA定量的关系。方法 HBV定量按深圳匹基公司乙肝PCR荧光检测试剂盒使用说明，对乙肝标志物已明确的773例血清中HBV DNA定量结果进行统计分析。结果 实时监测PCR对血清中HBV DNA定量检测的灵敏性高，可检测低至1000拷贝／ml血清；可重复性好，批间误差＜20％；各种标志物类型的血清HBV DNA含量分布情况表明，HBV血清标志物中HBeAg与HBV DNA含量有明显的关系，一般HBeAg阳性血清HBV DNA含量较高，但也有相当一部分例外。结论 LightCycler实时监测PCR对血清中HBV DNA定量检测灵敏性高可重复性好；仅根据HBV血清标志物往往不能确定乙肝患者HBV DNA复制水平的高低，HBV DNA定量检测具有十分重要的临床意义。     

一期正位尿道下裂修复术：附342例报告

总结１９８６年７月～１９９５年１０月行一期正位尿道下裂修复术３４２例，手术成功率９５．６％。其中阴茎型１５６例，阴茎阴囊型１０２例，阴囊型６８例，会阴型１６例。采用阴囊纵隔血管蒂皮瓣成形尿道加阴茎头腹侧高位Ｖ形切口，将成形尿道口做到阴茎头顶端，对１８４例病人采用保留导尿替代传统的尿液转流。本法最适宜治疗阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂。由于皮瓣血供良好，皮管翻转固定后，其缝合面紧贴阴茎海绵体腹侧，极少发生尿瘘及尿道狭窄等术后常见并发症。     

近节指骨段屈肌腱鞘不同范围损伤对肌腱功能的影响

目的 探索手指屈肌腱在近节指骨段不同范围损伤时对屈指肌腱功能的影响。方法 采用12只成人尸体手指。实验分为:第一阶段屈指肌腱完整,以后四个阶段依次沿近节指骨掌侧小线闭开小央1/4、1/2、3/4及全长。在掌指关节被动屈80°和掌指关节屈80°同时近侧指关节屈100°时,测量指浅屈肌腱(FDS)和指深屈肌腱(FDP)的滑动距离。根据肌腱力臂和滑动距离的关系,得出屈指肌腱在掌指关节处和近侧指间关节及肌腱在近节指骨段的弓弦畸形程度。结果 腱鞘中央1/4切开时,指屈肌腱的滑动距离、力臂均无显著变化;1/2切开后,单纯屈曲掌指关节时的FDS腱和掌指、近节指间关节屈曲时的FDS、HDP腱的滑动距离和力臂较腱鞘完整时显苫增大(P<0.05);切开3/4长度后,FDS、FDP腱滑动距离均有统计学意义变化,FDS、FDP腱力臂平均增加8～9％;全切开腱鞘,FDS、FDP腱滑动距离变化正统计学上有高度显著性(P<0.01),两腱力臂分别增加16％和15％。随腱鞘切开范围增大,FDS、FDP在近节指骨段的弓弦畸形程度也越来越大。结论 从肌腱的生物力学变化可见,近节指骨段腱鞘的小范围损伤如中间1/4以内损伤时,对肌腱功能影响小,可以不予修复;若损伤超过1/2长度,尤其对腱鞘全长损伤,应予以修复以恢复肌腱功能。
