有限元方法是解决神经导航中脑组织变形的重要方法,需要手术过程中的脑皮层信息作为其边界条件.本文通过非结构点云进行了脑皮层信息的表示,并通过对其进行处理来获取有限元方法的边界条件.点云处理包括纹理映射、分割、简化和去噪,其中非结构点云的简化与去噪采用了改进的基于表面特性k邻域的聚类方法.实验结果证明所采用的点云处理方法是可靠的. 相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the relationship between IL-18 levels in urine and parameters of renal pathological changes in patients with lupus nephritis (LN). METHODS: IL-18 levels in morning free urine and 24-hour's urine in 19 normal persons and 55 patients with LN were measured by ELISA. The correlation between IL-18 levels and parameters of renal pathological changes, namely activity index (AI) and chronicity index (CI), were analyzed by liner correlation analysis method. RESULTS: IL-18 levels in morning free urine and 24-hour's urine in LN group were elevated significantly compared with control group. In both groups IL-18 levels in morning free urine were (247.1+/-317.5) ng/L and (20.3+/-14.5) ng/L, respectively, P<0.001; those in 24-hour's urine were (192.1+/-170.1) ng/d and (21.0+/-3.8) ng/d, respectively, (P<0.001). There was close positive correlation between IL-18 levels in morning free urine and 24-hour's urine and LN patient's AI (for morning free urine: r=0.602, P<0.001; for 24-hour's urine: r=0.461, P<0.005) but there was no correlation between IL-18 levels in morning urine and 24-hour's urine and CI (P>0.05). Patients with LN were divided into three groups (high, moderate and low) according to AI value. There was distinct difference of IL-18 levels in urine among the three groups: IL-18 levels in morning urine were (69.2+/-82.7) ng/L, (193.5+/-106.1) ng/L and (580.7+/-453.1) ng/L, respectively, (P<0.001); those in 24-hour's urine were (103.5+/-141.4) ng/d, (188.8+/-124.0) ng/d and (333.1+/-183.2) ng/d, respectively. CONCLUSION: It is very simple and convenient to detect IL-18 levels in morning free urine, so it is a good method for evaluating renal pathological activity of LN. 相似文献

Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection is often associated with central nervous system damage and vascular complications. However, the mechanisms of this association are largely unknown. We examined the effect of HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein 120 (gp120) on cell adhesion molecule expression by endothelial cells. We found, for the first time, that both soluble and membrane-bound gp120 could significantly increase the expression of human endothelial intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) at both mRNA and protein levels, but not vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 and E-selectin. The specificity of gp120-mediated response was demonstrated by blocking experiments using a specific monoclonal antibody against gp120, which successfully abolished the gp120-mediated increase of ICAM-1 expression. Furthermore, there was a significant increase of human monocytic cell line THP-1 adherence onto the gp120-treated endothelial monolayers. This increased cell adhesion was effectively blocked by either anti-gp120 or anti-ICAM antibodies. These findings suggest that HIV-1 gp120-mediated endothelial ICAM-1 expression could be one of the important mechanisms of HIV-1 pathogenesis. 相似文献

目的 探索在石蜡切片中应用免疫组织化学-激光显微切割-聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,检测进展期胃癌p53蛋白表达阴性或阳性的p53基因外显子5~8的突变情况。方法 对41例进展期胃癌标本进行p53蛋白的免疫组织化学标记,再用激光显微切割(LMD)技术切取p53表达一致的癌组织及远离癌灶的正常胃黏膜腺体。经消化后直接进行p53基因外显子5~8的PCR扩增、单链构象多态性分析及直接测序。结果 41例进展期胃癌标本均扩增出特异的目的条带。其中有11例p53蛋白表达阳性,15例p53基因检测到突变。蛋白表达阳性者中有8例突变(8/11);表达阴性者中有7例突变(7/30,23.3%)。p53蛋白表达和p53基因突变具显著相关(P=0.004)。结论 免疫组织化学-LMD-PCR技术应用于石蜡切片可获得满意的结果,此技术可将细胞特定基因的结构状态和表达水平很好地结合起来检测分析。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The study was designed to compare cognitive therapy (CT) with intensive behavior therapy (BT) in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and to study their change process. METHODS: Sixty-five outpatients with DSM-4 OCD were randomized into 2 groups for 16 weeks of individual treatment in 3 centers. Group 1 received 20 sessions of CT. Group 2 received a BT program of 20 h in two phases: 4 weeks of intensive treatment (16 h), and 12 weeks of maintenance sessions (4 h). No medication was prescribed. RESULTS: Sixty-two patients were evaluated at week 4, 60 at week 16 (post-test), 53 at week 26 and 48 at week 52 (follow-up). The response rate was similar in the 2 groups. The Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) was significantly more improved by CT (p = 0.001) at week 16. The baseline BDI and Obsessive Thoughts Checklist scores predicted a therapeutic response in CT, while the baseline BDI score predicted a response in BT. At week 16, only the changes in Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) and a scale measuring the interpretation of intrusive thoughts correlated in CT, while the changes in Y-BOCS, BDI, and interpretation of intrusive thoughts correlated in BT. Improvement was retained at follow-up without a between-group difference. The intent-to-treat analysis (last observation carried forward) found no between-group differences on obsessions, rituals and depression. CONCLUSIONS: CT and BT were equally effective on OCD, but at post-test CT had specific effects on depression which were stronger than those of BT. Pathways to improvement may be different in CT and BT. The outcomes are discussed in the light of an effect size analysis. 相似文献

目的:研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)血清中抗Aβ抗体与淀粉样蛋白结合的特性。方法:以AD患者和健康老人的血清作一抗,①用组织淀粉样斑块免疫反应(TAPIR)观察与Tg2576鼠脑内老年斑结合能力;②Western blot检测与Aβ42-GST融合蛋白的结合能力;③将Aβ42与PC12细胞培养,加入健康老人和AD患者的血清后,MTT法观察PC12细胞存活率。结果:AD患者的血清中抗Aβ抗体与成熟老年斑和Aβ42-GST融合蛋白的结合能力较弱;加入AD血清后,PC12细胞的A值较健康老人血清相比下降明显(P<0.01)。结论:AD血清中抗Aβ抗体对淀粉样蛋白可能存在着免疫耐受。 相似文献

Deficits in GABAergic inhibitory transmission are a hallmark of temporal lobe epilepsy and have been replicated in animal and tissue culture models of epilepsy. GABAergic inhibition comprises phasic and tonic inhibition that is mediated by synaptic and extrasynaptic GABAA receptors, respectively. We have recently demonstrated that chronic stimulation with cyclothiazide (CTZ) or kainic acid (KA) induces robust epileptiform activity in hippocampal neurons both in vitro and in vivo . Here, we report a downregulation of tonic GABA inhibition after chronic epileptogenic stimulation of rat hippocampal cultures. Chronic pretreatment of hippocampal neurons with CTZ or KA resulted in a marked reduction in GABAergic inhibition, as shown by a significant decrease in whole-cell GABA currents and in the frequency of miniature inhibitory postsynaptic currents (mIPSCs). Interestingly, synaptically localized GABAA receptors remained relatively stable, as evidenced by the unaltered amplitude of mIPSCs, as well as the unchanged punctate immunoreactivity of γ2 subunit-containing postsynaptic GABAA receptors. In contrast, tonic GABA currents, assessed either by a GABAA receptor antagonist bicuculline or a selective extrasynaptic GABAA receptor agonist THIP, were significantly reduced following epileptogenic stimulation. These results reveal a novel form of neural plasticity, that epileptogenic stimulation can selectively downregulate extrasynaptic GABAA receptors while leaving synaptic GABAA receptors unchanged. Thus, in addition to synaptic alteration of GABAergic transmission, regulation of tonic inhibition may also play an important role during epileptogenesis. 相似文献

利用45只经墨汁乳胶混合液灌注的标本,观察大鼠的脑动脉环。观测发现:闭锁型动脉环的出现为97.78%,其前部多数由两侧胡脑前动脉及其合并而成的总前大脑动脉构成,后部多数由后交通动脉和基底动脉未端构成,动脉环的血管左,右对称,粗细相等者为80%,此种动脉环有利于制作脑缺血模型。 相似文献
