Microstructure and erosion resistance of in-situ SiAlON reinforced BN-SiO<Subscript>2</Subscript> composite ceramics

BN-SiO₂-SiAlON composite ceramics were successfully prepared by the means of hot pressed sintering. Xe plasma flow generated by Hall Thruster was used for sputtering the surface of the samples in order to evaluate the plasma erosion resistance. XRD, TEM, SEM, and LSCM were used to characterize the phase composition and morphologies of as-made composite ceramics before and after Xe plasma erosion. The ceramics were composed of h-BN, fused silica, and SiAlON, which maintained structural stability during the process of Xe plasma sputtering. In conclusion, comparing with BN-SiO₂ composite ceramics, the plasma erosion rate of BN-SiO₂-SiAlON composite ceramics decreases significantly at first then rises with the increase of AlN addition. Erosion pits can be observed by using SEM on the surface after plasma sputtering, which demonstrates that the BN grains have dropped off the surface. In addition, mechanical denudation by high-speed Xe ions is recognized as the injury mechanism for the BN-matrix composite materials.     

海底隧道地震动力响应研究

高水压作用下海底隧道的地震动力响应是一个需要深入研究的问题.基于Winkler地基模型,利用动力平衡条件和微分关系推导出了仅由弯曲引起的梁振动方程,利用分离变量法求得了海底隧道的振型和自振频率,并推导出了地震作用下海底隧道与地基之间的动力相互作用系数以及隧道结构位移表达式.通过算例计算研究了水压对于结构的自振频率、结构位移以及相互作用系数的影响.研究表明,高水压作用下结构的地震动力响应不可忽略.     

Global Avalanche Characteristics of Boolean Functions by Concatenation

In order to measure the correlation propeties of two Boolean functions,the global avalanche characteristics of Boolean functions constructed by concatenation are discussed,i.e.,f_1‖f_2and f_1‖f_2‖f_3‖f_4.Firstly,for the function f = f_1‖f_2,the cross-correlation function of f_1,f_2 in the special condition are studied.In this case,f,f_1,f_2 must be in desired form.By computing their sum-of-squares indicators,the crosscorrelation function between f_1,f_2 is obtained.Secondly,for the function g = f_1‖f_2‖f_3‖f_4,by analyzing the relation among their auto-correlation functions,their sum-of-squares indicators are investigated.Based on them,the sum-of-squares indicators of functions obtained by Canteaut et al.are investigated.The results show that the correlation property of g is good when the correlation properties of Boolean functions f_1,f_2,f_3,f_4 are good.     

城市雨水径流多填料优化组合快速渗蓄试验研究

通过雨水径流渗蓄处理系统的填料筛选及多填料分层组合渗蓄处理径流的效能试验,分析了陶粒、稀土瓷砂、沸石、石英砂对城市雨水径流主要污染物COD及重金属Pb、Zn的吸附性能,研究了多填料优化组合快速渗蓄系统对径流污染物的处理效能。结果表明:陶粒、稀土瓷砂、沸石较石英砂具有更好的径流有机物及重金属污染物的吸附、离子交换等性能。将陶粒、稀土瓷砂、沸石组合作为径流渗蓄池的填料,3种填料各填装一层,每层厚度均为30 cm,则自上而下填料不同的填装组合方式,会导致径流渗蓄处理的效果有明显差异。渗蓄池填料自上而下的最佳分层组合为陶粒-稀土瓷砂-沸石,此时,径流COD、SS的渗蓄去除率分别高达94.82%、97.82%,对Pb、Zn的去除效率分别达到81.05%、75.64%,处理出水的COD约为50mg/L、SS约为25 mg/L、Pb、Zn浓度均约为0.13mg/L。对城市雨水径流的处理,该多填料优化组合快速渗蓄池较传统石英砂快滤池更高效。     

高温预析出对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金显微组织、强度和应力腐蚀抗力的影响

通过改变固溶条件 ,对Al Zn Mg Cu高强铝合金采用先高温后低温的两步固溶处理 (高温预析出 )来改善晶内和晶界的析出状态 ,研究了高温预析出对Al Zn Mg Cu铝合金的金相组织、强度和应力腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明 ,4 6 5℃高温预析出在保持较高强度和塑性的同时 ,可以改善合金的抗应力腐蚀性能     

铝合金涡轮叶片砂芯芯盒的设计与制作

涡轮叶片铸件的难点是叶片砂芯的制作。采用线切割的方法制作涡轮叶片砂芯芯盒，用该芯盒手工起模制作叶片砂芯。对于产品批量适中的铸件，本制芯方法可行而适用。     

在VC环境下利用Pro/TOOLKIT对Pro/E进行二次开发

目前我国Pro/E应用日益普及,而二次开发严重滞后,论文介绍了其二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT,并针对Pro/TOOLKIT开发对话框较困难,提出利用动态链接库实现了在Pro/E中调用MFC对话框,给出了实现方案和齿轮参数化设计的编程实例.     

Network Characterizations for Excluding Braess’s Paradox

Braess’s paradox exposes a counterintuitive phenomenon that when travelers selfishly choose their routes in a network, removing links can improve the overall network performance. Under the model of nonatomic selfish routing, we characterize the topologies of k-commodity undirected and directed networks in which Braess’s paradox never occurs. Our results strengthen Milchtaich’s series-parallel characterization (Milchtaich, Games Econom. Behav. 57(2), 321–346 (2006)) for the single-commodity undirected case.
