PC／PET共混物的非等温结晶动力学

采用等速变温ＤＳＣ法对ＰＣ／ＰＥＴ共混体系的非等温结晶动力学进行了研究，结果表明，从玻璃态结晶时，随着ＰＣ含量的增加，ＰＥＴ组分的结晶速率先增加后降低。耐从熔体结晶时，体系的结晶速率随着ＰＣ含量的增加而增加，讨论了ＰＣ对ＰＥＴ组分结晶过程的影响。     

Self-aligned offset gated poly-Si TFTs with a floating sub-gate

We have fabricated a self-aligned offset-gated poly-Si thin film transistor (TFT) by employing a novel photoresist reflow process. The gate structure of the new device is consisted of two unique patterns: A main-gate and a sub-gate. The new fabrication method extends the gate-oxide over the offset region. With the assistance of the sub-gate and reflowed photoresist a self-aligned offset region is successfully obtained due to the offset oxide acting as an implantation mask. The poly-Si TFT with symmetrical offsets is easily fabricated and the new method does not require any additional offset mask step. Compared with the misaligned offset gated poly-Si TFTs, excellent symmetric electrical characteristics are obtained     

对提高节目技术质量的意见和建议

随着电视事业的发展，电视这一特殊传播媒介越来越为人们所重视，电视观众对电视节目质和量的要求也越来越高。在这一前提下，中央电视台在一九九五年新增设了包括电影频道、文艺频道、体育频道、少儿军事农业科技频道、戏曲音乐频道共五个卫星频道，加上原先的一、二、四套节目，每天共有八个频道，总计约140多小时的节目量进行播出。在这种情况下，虽然技术系统也相应地增加了一些设备和人员，但仍无法完全满足编播部门如此迅猛的发展。因此，确保技术质量和进一步提高工作效率就成了当前一个突出的课题。     

Al,Ga取代Bi：DyIG薄膜的磁和磁光特性的研究

本文报道用热分解法在玻璃衬底上制备了Ａｌ和Ｇａ取代的Ｂｉ：ＤＹＩＧ薄膜，对其磁和磁光特性做了详细研究．Ａｌ和Ｇａ取代的薄膜均可获得好的矩形比和高的矫顽力．对于Ｂｉ１．２Ｄｙ１．８Ｆｅ５－ｘＭＸＯ１２（Ｍ＝Ａ１，ＧＺ）薄膜，Ａ１和Ｇ２的最佳替代成份分别为１．０和Ｇ．７；最佳晶化温度分别为７００ｏ℃和６７５℃．在波长５１０ｎｍ附近，法拉第旋转角可达８°／ｕｍ左右．光学吸收和品质因子的研究结果表明，Ａｌ和Ｇａ取代能够影响光学吸收和品质因子，其中Ｇａ取代对光学吸收和品质因子的影响较大．     

Strain analysis of moving objects using a Fourier transform grid method

There is no good method to measure the shape and the strain distributions of a structure changing with time. We have previously proposed the Fourier transform grid method (FTGM) to measure the three-dimensional shape and surface strain distributions of stationary objects by analysing the two-dimensional grating images recorded with two cameras. In the stereoscopic method, it is very important to determine the accurate geometric parameters of the camera system. In this paper, the positions and the directions of cameras are accurately determined using the FTGM applied to images of a reference object on which a two-dimensional grating is drawn. Applications for analysing shape and strain distributions of vibrating rubber plates and a moving human skin are shown.     

激光在材料中感生的瞬态光声波和光热波

研究了锁模激光在材料中产生频率达GHz的光声波和相应探测技术,用回波分析法无损坏测量了薄材料的厚度。研究了激光在材料中感生的光热波,热沉测量可用于解释材料的破坏机理。     

用过滤工艺全面提高铸锭质量

探讨了过滤器孔径对6063铝合金铸锭组织和性能的影响规律。在此基础上指出,在过滤工艺恰当时,不仅可以减少铸锭中的夹杂物,而且可以有效地防止裂纹、羽毛晶等连续铸锭中的常见缺陷。     

激光辐照对不同饵料微藻生长的影响

利用Nd:YAG激光(波长1.06μm,功率5W,照射时间0.5-3min)和Ar 激光(波长:488nm,功率70mw,照射时间5-20min)分别照射角毛藻和叉鞭金藻,辐照后进行细胞增殖和生长速率的测定。实验结果表明:照射剂量为1min的Nd:YAG激光及剂量为5min的Ar 激光对叉鞭金藻有较明显的促长效果,这两种激光处理组的细胞增殖量在辐照后的两天内较对照组分别高42.9%和48.1%,但这种促长效果随时间的推移逐渐消失。不同剂量的两种激光辐照角毛藻后,在延滞期均出现生长抑制现象,但进入指数生长期或传代培养后,剂量为1min的Nd:YAG激光及剂量为10min的Ar 激光对角毛藻有明显的促长效果,其中在指数生长期1min剂量的Nd:YAG激光处理可促长27.0%,传代培养后10min的Ar 激光处理组生长速率提高达51.2%。本文对不同激光及不同激光参数条件下,两种饵料藻的耐受性及生长特性的差异也进行分析探讨。本实验结果不仅证实了已有研究的推论,还展示出激光技术在饵料藻种选育中的应用前景。     

Investigation of texture effect on visual colour difference evaluation

The texture effect on visual colour difference evaluation was investigated in this study. Five colour centers were selected and textured colour pairs were generated using scanned textile woven fabrics and colour‐mapping technique. The textured and solid colour pairs were then displayed on a characterized cathode ray tube (CRT) monitor for colour difference evaluation. The colour difference values for the pairs with texture patterns are equal to 5.0 CIELAB units in lightness direction. The texture level was represented by the half‐width of histogram, which is called texture strength in this study. High correlation was found between texture strength and visual colour difference for textured colour pairs, which indicates that an increasing of 10 units of texture strength in luminance would cause a decreasing of 0.25 units visual difference for the five colour centers. The ratio of visual difference between textured and solid colour pairs also indicates a high parametric effect of texture. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
