Densification behavior of mullite-Al2TiO5 composites by reaction sintering of natural andalusite and TiO2

In this work, mullite-Al₂TiO₅ composites were fabricated by natural andalusite with TiO₂ as an additive. The densification characteristic, phase composition and mullitization process of andalusite with TiO₂ addition was investigated by the Archimedes’ principle, dilatometry, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDS) techniques. The results showed that the incorporation of TiO₂ not only enhanced the thermal stability of in-situ Al₂TiO₅ in the silica liquid yielded from the mullitization of andalusite, but also accelerated andalusite decomposition and retarded mullite formation, which facilitated the sintering and densification of mullite-Al₂TiO₅ composites.     

Simultaneous Desulfurization and Denitrification by Microwave Catalytic over FeCoCu/Zeolite 5A Catalyst

FeCoCu/zeolite 5A was used as a catalyst for microwave catalytic desulfurization and denitrification and for microwave catalytic reduction of SO2 and NOx with ammonium bicarbonate (NH4HCO3) as a reducing agent. Microwave catalytic desulfurization and denitrification efficiency attained 99.5 and 86.1%, respectively. The reaction efficiencies of microwave catalytic reduction of SO2 and NOx could be up to 95.8 and 95.1% separately; the optimal microwave power and empty bed residence time on microwave catalytic reduction of SO2 and NOx simultaneously are 280 W and 0.358 s, respectively. Microwave accentuates catalytic reduction treatment, and microwave addition can increase the SO2 and NOx removal efficiency. The microwave catalytic SO2 and NOx removal follows the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model.

YG6R稀土硬质合金的研究

研究了ＹＧ６Ｒ稀土硬质合金的生产工艺、组织和物理力学性能，进行了刀（模）具现场使用试验。结果表明，该合金与ＹＧ６相比，室温抗弯强度提高１０％以上，耐用度提高１．５＋－３．５倍，可以代替ＹＧ８进行断续切削粗加工，其寿命提高０．５－１倍。
