MH对EBA阻燃及热降解行为影响

采用极限氧指数法、热重分析和差示扫描量热分析等技术和手段研究了氢氧化镁（MH）对乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物（EBA）的阻燃性能、力学性能及热降解行为的影响。结果表明：EBA／MH复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和熔体流动速率均随着MH用量的增加而降低；当MH的质量分数为60％时，复合材料的极限氧指数可达34．3％；MH通过分解吸热可提高EBA的热稳定性；MH表面羟基与EBA的反应性基团发生相互作用，以及EBA发生酯裂解后形成的羧酸与MH反应形成热稳定性更高的离聚物，均可提高EBA在高温下的热稳定性，并改变EBA的热降解历程。MH的“热阱”机理对EBA的阻燃起着很重要的作用。     

一种改进的动态核主元分析故障检测方法

针对复杂工业系统动态非线性故障检测过程精度低和计算量大的问题,提出了一种改进的动态核主元分析故障检测方法，该方法首先利用不可区分度剔除相关程度较小或者不相关变量,减少数据量，然后通过观测值扩展对筛选后的新数据构建增广矩阵，并对矩阵使用核主元分析提取变量数据的非线性空间相关特征，最后通过监测T ²和SPE 两种统计量诊断出系统发生故障及识别故障变量。仿真实验证明，该方法能对风力发电机故障进行有效监测和诊断，与KPCA方法相比，改进的动态核主元分析方法对微小故障更为敏感。     

Rate control of hierarchical B prediction structure for multi-view video coding

Rate control plays an important role in regulating bit streams in video coding. In order to obtain good coding performance, the hierarchical B prediction structure has been adopted in Multi-view Video Coding (MVC). However, the conventional rate control scheme is not efficient in the hierarchical B prediction structure. In this paper, we propose a rate control algorithm to address this problem. First, the accurate estimation of Mean Absolute Distortion (MAD) of the current frame is desired for both quantization parameter (QP) selection and Rate Distortion Optimization (RDO). Considering the hierarchical B structure, a bi-directional MAD prediction model is proposed to predict the MAD of the current frame by using the actual MADs of the encoded frames in the lower Temporal Layers (TLs). Second, the number of header bits has a close relationship with the TLs in the hierarchical B prediction structure. Therefore, we propose an enhanced prediction method in which a proportional relationship of the header bits is introduced if the frames are located in different TLs. Experimental results show that our proposed algorithm can achieve both accurate target bit rate and good coding performance.     

Detecting and tracking dim small targets in infrared image sequences under complex backgrounds

This paper presents a unified framework for automatically detecting and tracking dim small targets in infrared (IR) image sequence under complex backgrounds. Firstly, the variance weighted information entropy (variance WIE) followed by a region growing technique is introduced to segment the candidate targets in a single-frame IR image after background suppression. Then the pipeline filter is used to verify the real targets. The position and the size of the detected target are then obtained to initialize the tracking algorithm. Secondly, we adopt an improved local binary pattern (LBP) scheme to represent the target texture feature and propose a joint gray-texture histogram method for a more distinctive and effective target representation. Finally, target tracking is accomplished by using the mean shift algorithm. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can effectively detect the dim small targets under complex backgrounds and has better tracking performance compared with the gray histogram based tracking methods such as the mean shift and the particle filtering.     

指数曲线贮仓的设计剖析

贮仓是许多工业过程中的常用设备，起拱是贮仓使用时常出现的故障，如何解决起拱问题是贮仓设计的关键，除常采取增大仓壁倾角、设置破拱装置等方法外，设计成曲线贮仓也是行之有效的措施之一。分析了指数曲线贮仓的工作原理和特点，建立了仓壁指数曲线方程，阐述了设计步骤与注意事项，并举例说明。     

铁铵矾为催化剂对合成乙酸仲丁酯的影响研究

以铁铵矾为催化剂,对冰乙酸与仲丁醇之间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比、反应时间对合成乙酸仲丁酯的影响,结果表明:铁铵矾有一定催化活性。当冰乙酸物质的量为0.12mol,冰乙酸、仲丁醇及铁铵矾的摩尔比为1∶2∶0.12,催化剂质量为7.0g,反应2.5h后,收率可达75.12%,所得产品无色透明。     

A hybrid clustering algorithm based on PSO with dynamic crossover

In order to overcome the premature convergence in particle swarm optimization (PSO), we introduce dynamical crossover, a crossover operator with variable lengths and positions, to PSO, which is briefly denoted as CPSO. To get rid of the drawbacks of only finding the convex clusters and being sensitive to the initial points in $k$ -means algorithm, a hybrid clustering algorithm based on CPSO is proposed. The difference between the work and the existing ones lies in that CPSO is firstly introduced into $k$ -means. Experimental results performing on several data sets illustrate that the proposed clustering algorithm can get completely rid of the shortcomings of $k$ -means algorithms, and acquire correct clustering results. The application in image segmentation illustrates that the proposed algorithm gains good performance.     

Vinyl‐containing silicone resin as the crosslinking agent of heat‐curable silicone rubber

Heat‐curable silicone rubber (HCSR) was prepared by using vinyl‐containing silicone resin (VSR) as the crosslinking agent instead of polyvinylsilicone oil (C gum). Mechanical properties and crosslink density of the vulcanizates were measured. The results indicate that VSR is a good crosslinking agent for HCSR. The tensile strength, tearing strength, elongation at break, and hardness of the vulcanizate can reach 10.2 MPa, 29.1 kN/m, 720%, and 58 SHA, respectively. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
