报导对一组[Ru(bpy)2L]2+络合物的光谱特性和非线性光学性质的研究。其中bpy=2,2-bipirdine,l=imidazo[f]1.10-phenanthroline(IP),or2-pheny-limidazo[f]1,10-phenanthline (PIP)or PIP的衍生物。采用时间分辨的ns激光对这组Ru络合物在含水溶液中和与DNA结合的发光特性进行研究。实验结果表明,当在L上结合不同电子施主或受主基时,对[Ru(bpy)2L]2+的MLCT的发光强度和寿命都有很大的影响,同样DNA的插入也对此有影响。采用四波混频方法对其非线性光学特性进行了测量,由此推算出三阶极化系数和分子的三阶超极化系数。并讨论了不同配体对三阶非线性光学系数的影响。 相似文献

To develop a fast and sensitive alloy elemental analysis method, a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) system was established and used to carry out quantitative analysis of impurities in aluminum alloys in air at atmospheric pressure. A digital storage oscilloscope was used as signal recording instrument, instead of traditional gate integrator or Boxcar averager, to reduce the cost of the whole system. Linear calibration curves in the concentration range of 4 ×10^-5-10^-2 are built for Mg, Cr, Mn, Cu and Zn using absolute line intensity without internal calibrations. Limits of detection for these five elements in aluminum alloy are determined to be (2-90)× 10^-6. It is demonstrated that LIBS can provide quantitative trace elemental analysis in alloys even without internal calibration. High repetition rate laser-ablation spark-induced breakdown spectroscopy(HRR LA-SIBS) was first used to analyze trace elements in copper alloy samples. The 1064 nm output of an acoustooptically Q-switched Nd:YAG laser operated at a pulse repetition rate of 1 kHz was utilized to ablate copper alloy and to form original plasma, spark-discharge was applied to further breakdown the ablated samples and enhance the emission of the laser-induced plasma. A compact multichannel fiber spectrometer was used to analyze the plasma emission under nongated operation mode. Under the assistance of high repetition rate spark discharge, the plasma emission was able to be improved significantly. The determined limits of the detection of lead and aluminum were 15.5 ppm and 1.9 ppm by HRR LA-SIBS, respectively, which were 11 and 6 folds better than that determined by HRR LIBS under the same laser-ablation condition. This work demonstrates the feasibility of using fiber spectrometer to analyze plasma emission under non-gated operation mode and the possibility of building a portable HRR LA-SIBS system for rapid elemental analysis of copper alloys and other solid samples. 相似文献

当聚焦激光束在焦平面上的光强分布为高斯分布时,理论推导了激光能量与激光在样品表面所烧蚀的坑洞半径的关系。以铝箔、铝反射镜和热敏相纸为样品,用显微镜测量出不同能量的脉冲激光在样品表面烧蚀的坑洞半径并通过数值拟合来实现对聚焦激光束的焦点光斑尺寸和样品剥离阈值的同时测量。对于脉宽为15ns、波长为532nm的激光,测得铝和热敏相纸的剥离阈值分别为2.5J/cm2和0.25J/cm2。光斑尺寸和剥离阈值两个参量的测量误差均约为±10%。该技术能够同时且简便地测量出聚焦激光束焦点的光斑尺寸和样品的剥离阈值,对研究固体与激光相互作用以及评价激光束聚焦的特性有一定的应用价值。 相似文献
