采用熔融-淬火-放电等离子体烧结制备了Ag偏离化学计量比Ag1-xPb18SbTe20(x=0,0.25,0.50,0.75)样品,研究了Ag含量对样品热电传输性能的影响.结果表明,随Ag含量降低,样品中出现少量第二相Sb2Te3,样品载流子浓度增加到5×1018cm-3后不再增加.样品载流子迁移率随Ag含量降低先降低后增加,随着温度增加,载流子散射机理由电离杂质散射转变为声学波散射.随Ag含量降低,样品电导率增加而Seebeck系数降低,热导率增加. 相似文献

研究了La2O3对Yb:Y2O3透明陶瓷光谱性能的影响,添加适量La2O3以后,Yb:Y2O3透明陶瓷的吸收峰和发射峰的位置不变,但由于La3+的离子半径大于Y3+的离子半径,在Y2O3中引入La3+离子后,导致Y2O3晶格常数变大,晶场强度变弱,同时降低了Y2O3晶体的有序度,致使发射峰强度有所下降,发射截面变小.过量的La2O3(x=0.16)造成Yb3+激活离子发射强度明显下降;其荧光寿命在添加La2O3后总体增大45%-60%. 相似文献

A sinusoidal phase-modulating (SPM) laser diode (LD) interferometer for real-time surface profile measurement is proposed and its principle is analyzed. The phase signal of the surface profile is detected from the sinusoidal phase-modulating interference signal using a real-time phase detection circuit. For 60 × 60 measurement points of the surface profile, the measuring time is 10 ms. A root mean square (RMS) measurement repeatability of 3.93 nm is realized, and the measurement resolution reaches 0.19 nm. 相似文献

To resolve the conflict of large measurement range and high accuracy in the existing real-time displacement measurement laser diode (LD) interferometers, a novel real-time displacement measurement LD interferometry is proposed and its measurement principle is analyzed. By use of a new phase demodulation algorithm and a new phase compensation lgorithm of real-time phase unwrapping, the measurement accuracy is improved, and the measurement range is enlarged to a few wavelengths. The main refractive indices of calcite crystal are measured by the means of auto-collimation, and the thermo-optical coefficients are calculated. The coefficient expression of Sellmeier equation is obtained by solving Sellmeier equation strictly and the refractive indices of different wavelengths are calculated, which accord with experimental esultsery well. In this paper, we propose a novel method to automatically detect the belt-like object, such as highway,river, etc., in a given image based on Mumford-Shah function and the evolution of two phase curves. The method can automatically detect two curves that are the boundaries of the belt-like object. In fact, this is a partition problem and we model it as an energy minimization of a Mumford-Shah function based minimal partition problem like active contour model. With Eulerian formulation the partial differential equations (PDEs) of curve evolution are given and the two curves will stop on the desired boundary. The stop term does not depend on the gradient of the image and the initial curves can be anywhere in the image. We also give a numerical algorithm using finite differences and present various experimental results. Compared with other methods, our method can directly detect the boundaries of belt-like object as two continuous curves, even if the image is very noisy. 相似文献

Polarization independent bends and beam splitters for transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) polarizations have been demonstrated in two-dimensional (2D) photonic crystals (PhCs). In virtuel of equi-frequency contour analysis and finite-difference time-domain calculations, self-collimation behaviors for TE- and TM-polarizations are achieved at the same frequency. Simulation results show a 90-degree bend with 90% efficiency and beam splitters with about 96% total efficiency for both TE- and TMpolarizations, where the light is self-guided by the self-collimation effect. Such bends and beam splitters are expected to play important roles in optical devices where polarization insensitivity is needed. 相似文献

A novel long-pulse TE CO2 laser with UV-preionization is presented. With an active volume of 1.17 l and gas pressure of 30 kPa, the laser can discharge stably with low pulser energy and high sustainer energy. Various long-pulse discharges such as 12, 20 or 25 μs are demonstrated. At discharge pulse width of 23.9 μs, maximum output laser energy of 6.8 J is obtained at an efficiency of 9.0%. 相似文献
