能动抛光磨盘的变形实验研究

 能动抛光磨盘实时产生不同的表面变形，在对大口径非球面光学元件进行精磨和抛光时实现与工件表面良好的大尺寸吻合，可以消除传统光学加工采用小尺寸磨头时带来的高频残余误差并提高加工效率。以加工直径1.3m左右，F/2的抛物面光学元件为例，对能动磨盘在不同离轴度时能够产生的变形进行了计算和实验。结果表明，能动磨盘能够以较高精度产生旋转对称或非对称的抛物面形状。对能动磨盘产生变形后的残余误差进行了分析。     

巯基丁二胺铜单层修饰金电极上HIV-p24抗原的电化学免疫检测

制备了用巯基丁二胺铜(CuL)修饰的金电极并用作HIV-p24抗原蛋白(简称p24)免疫检测的化学传感器。CuL通过单层自组装固定在金电极表面,其覆盖率为1.02×10-11mol.cm-2,在含有1.0 mmol.L-1过氧化氢并在pH 6.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,制备的校正曲线的线性范围为0.5-150μg.L-1p24对相应的伏安响应,方法的检出限为0.2μg.L-1。在10μg.L-1p24浓度水平作精密度试验,得RSD值为3.5%,于试样中分别加入5,15,20及30μg.L-1p24进行回收率试验,所得结果在98%-102%之间。此方法毋需另加电子传递媒介体。应用此方法于临床血清分析,所得结果与放射性免疫法的结果一致,且所得RSD值均小于0.3%。     

汽车车轮流场的数值模拟

首先以独立车轮为研究对象,以商用计算流体力学软件STAR—CD为工具,利用移动边界条件,并依据k-ε双方程高雷诺数湍流模型对三维定常不可压缩流N-S方程进行数值模拟计算．然后在合适尺寸的计算域下对3种不同宽度的静止和滚动车轮分别进行数值模拟计算,研究车轮宽度和来流速度对阻力系数的影响,将计算结果与实验结果进行了对比分析．计算结果表明,车轮宽度的减小以及来流速度的减小均明显降低汽车的气动阻力系数．     

The Effects of Charged Amino Acid Side-Chain Length on Diagonal Cross-Strand Interactions between Carboxylate- and Ammonium-Containing Residues in a β-Hairpin

The β-sheet is one of the common protein secondary structures, and the aberrant aggregation of β-sheets is implicated in various neurodegenerative diseases. Cross-strand interactions are an important determinant of β-sheet stability. Accordingly, both diagonal and lateral cross-strand interactions have been studied. Surprisingly, diagonal cross-strand ion-pairing interactions have yet to be investigated. Herein, we present a systematic study on the effects of charged amino acid side-chain length on a diagonal ion-pairing interaction between carboxylate- and ammonium-containing residues in a β-hairpin. To this end, 2D-NMR was used to investigate the conformation of the peptides. The fraction folded population and the folding free energy were derived from the chemical shift data. The fraction folded population for these peptides with potential diagonal ion pairs was mostly lower compared to the corresponding peptide with a potential lateral ion pair. The diagonal ion-pairing interaction energy was derived using double mutant cycle analysis. The Asp2-Dab9 (Asp: one methylene; Dab: two methylenes) interaction was the most stabilizing (−0.79 ± 0.14 kcal/mol), most likely representing an optimal balance between the entropic penalty to enable the ion-pairing interaction and the number of side-chain conformations that can accommodate the interaction. These results should be useful for designing β-sheet containing molecular entities for various applications.     

Surface-assembled highly flexible Na_3(VOPO_4)_2F nanocube cathode for high-rate binder-free Na-ion batteries

Flexible Na-ion storage cathodes are still very few due to the challenge in achieving both reliable mechanical flexibility and excellent electrochemical performances.Herein,a new type of flexible Na_3(VOPO_4)_2F cathode with nanocubes tightly assembled on carbon cloth is fabricated by a facile solvothe rmal method for the first time.The cathode is able to exhibit superior rate capability and stable cycling performa nce up to 1000 cycles,due to the surface-assembling of crystalline nanocubes on carbon fibers.In addition,it shows good mechanical flexibility,nearly no capacity decay is observed after continuous bending of 500 times.With this novel cathode and a directly-grown Na_2Ti_2O_5 anode,a fully binde r-free Na-ion battery is assembled.It can deliver a high wo rking voltage and increased gravimetric energy/power densities(maximum values:220.2 Wh/kg;5674,7 W/kg),and can power a LED indicator at bending angles fro m 0° to 180°.     

Noether-Mei Symmetry of Mechanical System in Phase Space

In this paper, a new kind of symmetry and its conserved quantities of a mechanical system in phase space are studied. The definition of this new symmetry, i.e., a Noether-Mei symmetry, is presented, and the criterion of this symmetry is also given. The Noether conserved quantity and the Mei conserved quantity deduced from the Noether-Mei symmetry of the system are obtained. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the application of the results.     

Non-Noether Conserved Quantity of Poincaré-Chetaev Equations of a Generalized Classical Mechanics

In the present paper the Lie symmetrical non-Noether conserved quantity of the Poincaré-Chetaev equations of a generalized classical mechanics under the general infinitesimal transformations of Lie groups is discussed. First, we establish the determining equations of Lie symmetry of the equations. Second, the Lie symmetrical non-Noether conserved quantity of the equations is deduced. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.     

Syntheses,Structures and Photocurrent Response Properties of Two Crystals Based on Tetrathiafulvalene Derivatives

In this paper, two compounds [Zn_2~(2+)(2,6-bis(4'-pyridyl)-TTF)(TPA)_2~(2-)](1) and [Cd~(2+)(2,6(7)-bis(4'-pyridyl)-TTF)(TPA)~(2-)(H_2O)_2](TTF = tetrathiafulvalene, TPA = terephthalic acid)(2) were synthesized by using solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray. The purity of the two compounds was confirmed by their PXRD data. We also tested the photocurrent responses of these two compounds, and found they could generate photocurrent signal when exposed to light, but the photocurrent intensity of compound 2 is significantly greater than that of 1. From the crystal structure analysis, the possible reason for this phenomenon is that 2 has a more compact ligand arrangement than 1, leading to a higher carrier density and easier excitation.

Activation of Stimulation of Interferon Genes (STING) Signal and Cancer Immunotherapy

Stimulator of interferon gene (STING), an intracellular receptor in the endoplasmic reticulum, could induce the production of cytokines such as type I interferon (IFN) by activating the cGAS-STING signal pathway. In recent years, activation of STING has shown great potential to enhance anti-tumor immunity and reshape the tumor microenvironment, which is expected to be used in tumor immunotherapy. A number of STING agonists have demonstrated promising biological activity and showed excellent synergistic anti-tumor effects in combination with other cancer therapies in preclinical studies and some clinical trials. The combination of STING agonists and ICI also showed a potent effect in improving anti-tumor immunity. In this review, we introduce the cGAS-STING signaling pathway and its effect in tumor immunity and discuss the recent strategies of activation of the STING signaling pathway and its research progress in tumor immunotherapy.
