利用高压原位角散X射线衍射实验研究了ZnSe纳米带的结构稳定性。发现样品在12.6 GPa 附近存在一个从立方闪锌矿型到立方岩盐矿型的结构相变,并且在相变点附近存在较大的体积收缩,相对体积变化率达13%。利用Birch-Murnaghan 状态方程拟合,得到了闪锌矿相的体弹模量约为56 GPa,略低于体材料的体弹模量(约67 GPa);并得到其立方岩盐矿相的体弹模量约为116 GPa。高压拉曼散射实验结果表明,横光学声子模散射峰在5.5 GPa压力附近发生劈裂,纵光学声子模散射峰在12.8 GPa压力以上逐渐消失。根据角散实验的体弹模量数据,计算得到了闪锌矿相中对应不同声子模式的格林爱森常数。 相似文献

We report on the high-pressure synthesis and superconductivity of MgB2 intermetallic compounds. The compounds have been obtained through high-pressure sintering of the mixtures of magnesium and boron fine powders under 5.0 GPa and at ~1000℃ for 30 min. Magnetic measurements using a SQUID magnetometer show the sharp bulk superconducting transition above 39 K; the four-probe dc resistivity measurements indicate the highly-conductive normal state and sharp superconducting transition. The results highlight that high-pressure synthesis would be a promising way to promote the studies of this new kind of intermetallic superconductors. 相似文献

稀磁半导体兼具半导体材料和磁性材料的双重特性,是破解摩尔定律难题的方案之一.我们团队通过提出自旋和电荷分别掺杂的机制,研制发现了一类新型稀磁半导体材料,为突破经典稀磁半导体材料自旋和电荷一体掺杂引起的材料制备瓶颈提供了有效解决方案.(Ba,K)(Zn,Mn)_2As_2(BZA)等新型稀磁半导体通过等价掺杂磁性离子引入自旋、异价非磁性离子掺杂引入电荷,实现了230 K的居里温度,刷新了可控型稀磁半导体的居里温度记录.本文重点介绍1)几种代表性的自旋和电荷掺杂机制分离的新型稀磁半导体的发现与研制; 2)新型稀磁半导体的μ子自旋弛豫与高压物性结构的调控; 3)大尺寸单晶生长、基于单晶的安德烈夫异质结研制以及自旋极化率的测量.通过新材料设计研制、综合物性研究、简单原型器件构建的"全链条"模式研究,开拓了自旋电荷分别掺杂的稀磁半导体材料研究领域,展现了这类新型稀磁半导体材料潜在的光明前景. 相似文献

We investigate the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 ceramic with coarse to nanograin size under different hydrostatic high pressures up to 5000 bar in the range between room temperature and 200℃. The ferroelectric-to-paraelectric phase transition temperatures Tc are determined from the peak of dielectric constant versus temperature. The values of average grain-size are estimated from the SEM images. It is found that the magnitude of dTc/dp varies considerably from sample to sample depending on grain size. The Curie point Tc of the sample with small grain size decreases more sharply than that of samples with larger one. 相似文献
