A solid immersion lens (SIL) has been applied to the writing and reading of three-dimensional optical data storage in transparent materials. Using a SIL with n=1.516 to focus a 150-fs, 800-nm Tiisapphire laser, the 5-layer reading and writing of data are achieved in fused silica and polyethylene methacrylate at a density of 1.1×10 2 b/cm3. Three-dimensional bitwise optical recording with a density of 500 Gb/cm3 in fused silica using a Ti:sapphire femtosecond laser modulated by binary digits is demonstrated. Laser pulses modulation is realized by modulating two circuits of trigger pulses signal which are used to control laser pulses trapping and switching out from cavity, respectively. Bits are optically readout in both a parallel reading (phase-contrast) and a serial reading (confocal-type) methods. The method for modulating laser pulses can also be used in all of pulsed laser systems which operate in cavity-dumping configuration. 相似文献

在吲哚俘精酰胺/PMMA薄膜上记录了同偏振全息和正交偏振全息图,获得了它们的再现衍射像.实验结果表明:吲哚俘精酰胺具有光致各向异性,可以进行正交偏振全息记录.在偏振全息中,衍射光的偏振方向依赖于物光和再现光的偏振方向,衍射像的噪声主要来源于再现光照射到样品上引起的散射.正交偏振全息可以得到比同偏振全息更高信噪比的衍射像.存储于样品上的全息图在室温下黑暗处至少可以保存五个月而衍射效率无明显下降.结果表明,吲哚俘精酰胺是一种可用于偏振全息的可擦重写记录介质.

BR-D96N是经过基因定点突变具有显著光致变色特性的细菌视紫红质(BR), 与野生BR相比,它的M态寿命延长到了数分钟量级,因此可以采用常规光谱分析方法对其光致变色动力学过程及中间态的形成进行定量分析. 本实验使用分光光度计测量样品在光激发后热弛豫过程中不同时刻的吸收光谱,通过对吸收光谱变化的分析,认为该样品的光致变色过程主要包含3个态,即B态(光适应态)、M态和D态(暗适应态). 在此假设下,分离出了B态、M态和D态的吸收光谱,并用最小二乘拟合方法对热弛豫各个时刻的吸收光谱进行了数据拟合,得到了B态、M态和D态分子数百分比随时间的变化规律,定量地测量出了M态和B态的寿命. 另外,通过对样品在407和568 nm波长处光吸收随时间变化的测量,采用双指数拟合的方法也得出了M态和B态的寿命,与光谱拟合得到的结果一致. 相似文献
